The operational definition of research variables consisted of tourists, motivation, perception as the dependent variable with the total using 28 indicators. In determining the sample, the researcher used a purposive sampling method in which the researcher gave an offline questionnaire and online questionnaire via google form to 100 people who were on a diving tour in the Derawan Islands. The data analysis technique used is qualitative. The results showed that the majority of domestic tourists on diving trips were male on average aged 15-24 years. The main motivation of tourists is to go diving in the Derawan Islands because of the beautiful scenery. Tourists as a whole have a very good perception of diving tourism in the Derawan Islands. Many pinisi ships operate in Labuan Bajo. One of them is Prana. Due to the high price offered, the Prana manager must give satisfaction to tourists. This journal aims to determine the characteristics of tourists and the factors that influence the satisfaction of tourists who use the pinisi Prana cruise ship in Labuan Bajo. The sample choosen with a purposive sampling technique with a number of respondents 100 foreign tourists. Data analysis techniques: validity test, reliability test, and factor analysis. The results indicate that: the characteristics of tourists who use the pinisi Prana cruise ship in Labuan Bajo are 25 - 50 years old, male, work as an entrepreneur, latest undergraduate education, not married, for recreation, stay for 5-7 days, get information from friends / relatives, going on trips with friends, and planning trips by yourself. From 2 initial factors consisting of 22 indicators, 6 factors are formed that affect the satisfaction of tourists who use the pinisi Prana cruise ship. The 6 factors are service quality (29,20%), security (8,61%), price & image (7,81%), convenience (6,11%), facilities (5,33%), and trust (5,07%). As one of the tourist attractions affected by the pandemic, Bali Zoo maintains its image as a family-friendly tourist attraction and is safe to visit. In addition, Bali Zoo has also added new services that are needed at this time in accordance with standard operating procedures for tourist attractions during the pandemic. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and service quality on the satisfaction of domestic tourists visiting Bali Zoo. The sample used is domestic tourists who visit Bali Zoo in 2020-2021.sampling technique used purposive sampling on 100 respondents. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique and used a Likert scale model questionnaire which was calibrated using the validity test and the reliability test was calculated using the Cronbach alpha using SPSS 22.0. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the calculation of the IBM SPSS Statistics version 22.0 software, the results show that there is a significant influence between brand image and service quality variables on the satisfaction of domestic tourists visiting the Bali Zoo. This is evidenced from the analysis of the determination of the influence of brand image and service quality on the satisfaction of visiting domestic tourists, which is 71%. The purpose of this research was to investigate the integration of waste management practices and the level of community involvement in waste management within Bindu Village. Qualitative research methodology was employed for this study, utilizing qualitative data that consisted of both primary and secondary sources. The selection of informants followed a purposive sampling technique. Qualitative descriptive analysis was utilized as the technique for analyzing the data in this study. The results of the study found that Bindu Village in managing waste has implemented integrated waste management starting from the source of waste to waste going to TPS 3R with the local community of Bindu Village having good environmental awareness with the potential to manage waste properly and correctly. This study aims to determine the effect of the 7P marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence) and which marketing mix had the most significant influence on tourism products purchasing decisions at Blibli Travel during the Covid-19 pandemic. This sample is determined by purposive sampling method with total sample of 125 respondents. Data collection uses questionnaires distributed online through social media, interviews with Blibli Travel management and several Blibli Travel consumers, observations, literature studies, and documentation. The data analysis technique is descriptive quantitative with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. This study uses the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for MacOS program. The results indicate that product and physical evidence partially have a significant effect on tourism products purchase decision at Blibli Travel while price, place, promotion, people, and process partially have no significant effect on tourism products purchase decision at Blibli Travel. Through Instagram tourists can find out the spread of information through reviews, comments, caption and hastags that indirectly provide benefit for potensial tourists in making decision to visit a tourist destination. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) on Instagram of the domestic milennial tourists visiting decisions to Tamansari Yogyakarta. This study use accidental sampling to determinant the sample. The data collected by interview, observation,  shares the questionnaries from google form, literature review,  documentations and netnography. The data analysis used simple linear regression analysis which had previously had been analyzed by classical assumptions. The result of this study the significance of the EWOM variable 0,01 < 0,05 and the t count was 12,808 > t table 1,981. The result of determination R Square is 60,03%. Entrepreneurs did not understand how to manage online travel agent, such as a lack of concern for maintaining the system and price disparity rates and the lack of ability to carry out innovative promotions through OTA, as well as dependence on offline travel agents. The theory of marketing and OTA have used in this researched, data obtained through interviews and analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The next step is to analyze the internal environment of Serang Beach tourist attraction, which is analyzed based on tourism potential 4A, while the external environment is based on PEST. Then analyze the internal environment and external environment using IFAS and EFAS matrices. The internal environment gets a total score of 3.13 which is greater than the total score of external factors, which is 0.03. So based on these results, the tourist attraction of Serang Beach as a location for family leisure and recreation activities is included in quadrant I, which means the appropriate strategy is grow and build. Tourism workers who have been laid off try to open businesses despite limited capital and human resources through the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. During the Covid - 19 pandemic, MSMEs in Cemagi Village, Mengwi District, also felt the impact due to the absence of visiting tourists. This study aims to 1) find out the factors that support the recovery of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the tourism and creative economy sectors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in Cemagi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. 2) to find out the most dominant factors which are supporting factors for the recovery of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the tourism and creative economy sectors affected by the Covid -19 pandemic in Cemagi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. This research used 70 MSME respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data will be analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis and using factor analysis. Based on the results of calculations using factor analysis, there are 12 variables grouped into 2 factors, namely digitalization of MSME management and factors of motivation and legal protection for MSMEs which are supporting factors for the recovery of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the tourism and creative economy sectors that are affected Covid 19 pandemic in Cemagi Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. SMEs was the main income generator for the tourism sector due to the limited movement of people, so there are no tourists in the destinations. Despite the fact, SMEs in many tourists destinations in Indonesia are still facing many issues. There are also limited study that identified the issues facing by the SMEs in tourist destinations. This study try to identify the strategic issues facing by the SMEs. This study was conducted using qualitative approach and data were obtained from the results of Focus Group Discussions (FGD), interviews, and observations.  This study used the Nvivo analysis tool version 12 to process the data. The processed data is qualitative data obtained from questionnaires and FGD results. Qualitative data processing methods carried out are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results shows that the issuses are experiencing not only by the SMEs but also by another industry player related. The SMEs are experiencing strategic issues in resources, both capital and human resouces.
