SMEs was the main income generator for the tourism sector due to the limited movement of people, so there are no tourists in the destinations. Despite the fact, SMEs in many tourists destinations in Indonesia are still facing many issues. There are also limited study that identified the issues facing by the SMEs in tourist destinations. This study try to identify the strategic issues facing by the SMEs. This study was conducted using qualitative approach and data were obtained from the results of Focus Group Discussions (FGD), interviews, and observations. This study used the Nvivo analysis tool version 12 to process the data. The processed data is qualitative data obtained from questionnaires and FGD results. Qualitative data processing methods carried out are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results shows that the issuses are experiencing not only by the SMEs but also by another industry player related. The SMEs are experiencing strategic issues in resources, both capital and human resouces. 摘要
中小型企业(SME)或Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah(UMKM)在新冠肺炎大流行期间在旅游业发挥着重要作用。由于人员流动有限,中小企业是旅游业的主要收入来源,因此目的地没有游客。尽管如此,印尼许多旅游目的地的中小企业仍面临许多问题。也有有限的研究确定了旅游目的地中小企业面临的问题。本研究试图确定中小企业面临的战略问题。本研究采用定性方法进行,数据来自焦点小组讨论(FGD)、访谈和观察结果。本研究使用Nvivo分析工具版本12来处理数据。处理后的数据是从问卷调查和烟气脱硫结果中获得的定性数据。进行定性数据处理的方法是数据缩减、数据表示和得出结论。结果表明,这些问题不仅发生在中小企业身上,也发生在另一个相关行业参与者身上。中小企业正在经历资源、资本和人力资源方面的战略问题。政府在这方面有援助计划,但中小企业认为这些计划的有效性仍然很低。
