As we know, the slogan of Bojonegoro Regency is the Food and Energy Barn. However, this slogan also raises the question of whether the two aspects of food and energy can be balanced or if they will only harm one another. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method supported by data to strengthen the author's argument. The results of this study state that the slogan of the Bojonegoro Regency with Food and Energy Barns is a questionable thing in reality. Districts with abundant natural wealth of oil and gas pose a threat to food security due to the many shifts in the function of agricultural land. The impact of the conversion of agricultural land in several villages also causes various economic and environmental impacts. The Bojonegoro Regency Government needs to review and think about strategies to manage and make the Bojonegoro Regency slogans real and have an impact on the surrounding community. Researchers provide policy recommendations with balanced management between the oil and gas and food sectors for the sake of realizing it as a District of Food and Energy Barns.","PeriodicalId":31637,"journal":{"name":"Aristo","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41760054","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To reduce the transmission of Corona virus massively, the education process is conducted online. As online learning progressed there were many obstacles so that in the new normal era the Ministry of Education decided to return to face-to-face learning in schools for the yellow and green zones. Similarly, Surabaya has been proclaimed face to face learning although there are pro-cons because Surabaya is still the worst exposed area. This becomes a dilemma between the immediate application of face to face learning because online learning is no longer effective or prioritizes the health of students who are leading issues in online media coverage. This article discusses news framing on the issue of face-to-face learning from Surya.co.id and JawaPos.com media. This research is qualitative research with framing analysis of Robert Entman. In the context of the society in North Halmahera, strengthening social capital is supported by cultural aspects. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, trust levels degraded, weakening the previously accumulated cultural-based social norms and networks. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach in North Halmahera District to identify social capital vulnerability during the Covid-19 pandemic. Local communities, as farmers, fishers, and small traders, were involved as key informants. This study indicates a transformation of the social capital structure that substantially changes cultural-based social capital's fundamental values into information-based social capital values. The social capital structure transformation was stimulated by the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy, which increased social media use intensity. In Addition, trust was an aspect of vulnerability in the social capital structure during the Covid-19 Pandemic.","PeriodicalId":31637,"journal":{"name":"Aristo","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42819619","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach with descriptive-critical methods with strength analysis and in the data processing using literature study. To discuss politics and accountability for local budgets, three conceptual frameworks are used. First, supervision to control and check the performance of regional governments in the implementation of regional autonomy and regional wealth management Strategies to improve local government performance. Second, the use of agencies as legal rules that are formulated indirectly by the government to carry out budget transparency by presenting data that will become one of the pillars in shaping public management. The Pancasila values were explored directly from the noble values possessed by the Indonesian people before Indonesian independence. This paper through library research concludes that the Pancasila historically underwent its dynamics since the Old Order government until the Reform Era, especially in its ideological process among plural Indonesian society. The ideology of Pancasila has been confronted with other ideologies, such as communist ideology and Islamic ideology which seeks to create an Indonesian nation in accordance with each ideology. Although the teachings of Islam are not contrast to the Pancasila, but the political movement of some Indonesian Muslims to establish an Islamic state or Khilafah in Indonesia clearly contradicts the spirit of Pancasila because Indonesia is a nation achieved by agreement of all Indonesian people with their various religions. Therefore, the Indonesian Muslims (as well as other non-Muslims) must prove their main role in maintaining the continuity of Pancasila and the unity of Indonesia with its Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. Besides, the Government leaders of Indonesia together with all Indonesian society must practice the holy values of Pancasila, maintain the unitary of the Indonesian nation, and realize a prosperous Indonesia based on the Pancasila.","PeriodicalId":31637,"journal":{"name":"Aristo","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48535275","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
