All life's activities and decisions are no longer solely aimed at money, but money is seen as a means of achieving even more essential goals. Money is no longer in con trol of one's life, but one is in control of money. Behavioral finance in financial management where religious education plays an important role in the character formation guides and directs individuals to form behaviors that can lead individuals to the positive side to manage money wisely and impose money as it should so that money does not become evil lord. The poverty is the condition of the society who cannot afford to fulfill their basic and other needs. The social, economic and political cripples affect the acceleration of the society’s multidimensional poverty and ignorance which need comprehensive management. In this case, the government has to give protection and social service to citizens who live in poverty economically, socially, politically, and culturally based on the regulations. In fact, several programs of the social protection have been done since the New Order era of the government, but they are not explicitly managed under a social protection system to build wholly and fairly, so that they have to be in accordance with the documents of the government’s plans for implementing the periodical programs. The social protection has four elements: providence, prevention action, promoting action, and transformative role. To strengthen the programs of poverty alleviation management, the government has to support the action of mental revolution by redesigning programs which enable the changing of the poor society mind set to be productive, autonomous, prestigious dealing with the social programs which are supporting the society to care for health, education, family planning, and promote the social solidarity in the society. The Moluccas are the archipelago areas that geographically have difficulties in reaching the remote areas, so optimizing and strengthening the one-door system needs to be applied throughout villages. Moreover, the roles of restructuring in the villages and sub-district levels, strengthening the system of inter service institutions, empowering the program givers and receivers, increasing the whole and integrated system have to be done. Explaining religion is a serious problem for any evolutionary account of human thought and society. In most societies religion is a prime motivator of both individual and collective behavior. Most of the people live in the conflict because of their different religions, especially, the plural context of Indonesia. This context may bring conflicts. This article gives the alternative ideology and perspectives to find the universality value of religion. The alternative ideology and perspectives is about the religion evolution. Evolution of the religion is meaningful to bridge the understanding of different religions. Main idea of this concept represents the understanding of their different religion. Discipline of ethology which means “the biology of behavior” has been used to studying religion. Ethology has approached the study of religion by using the theory of evolution by natural selection of Charles Darwin. By using Darwinian Theory it will help them to understand and accept religion that finally it becomes accepted as a science and religion. The ethology is endeavoring to understand one important aspect of religion that deals with religious behavior.","PeriodicalId":316184,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference on Religion and Public Civilization (ICRPC 2018)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121603839","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In efforts for conflict transformation in Maluku, the local music functions as a way of reviving the collective memory of the Maluku people about their cultural identity as orang basudara, an identity that was formed within the cultural institution of the community, such as in the cultural ritual pela-gandong that has been practised since ancient times, as well as in the life practices of orang basudara in their daily social encounters. The collective memory of the cultural identity of the Maluku community as orang basudara encourages the transformation of situations and relationships of conflict into situations and relationships in their life as orang basudara, which means they should always protect one another, help one another, and make peace with one another to end any conflict. Therefore, the goal of this research is to present an academic explanation which shows that music has the potential to communicate the collective memory of the Maluku people in connection with their cultural identity so that it can contribute to the scenario of conflict transformation in the community.
