This study aims to describe the collection development of the Samudra Pustaka Library.. Samudra Pustaka Library is a village library that became the best village library in 2021 nationally. The completeness of the collection is one of the indicators of the success of managing the village library management. \u0000Data Collection Methods. The method used was a qualitative descriptive with several data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation studies. \u0000Data Analysis. Data analysis was conducted by following stages of collection development developed by Evans and Saponaro \u0000Results and Discussion. Samudra Pustaka Library currently does not have their own collection development policy Societal analysis was conducted based on user suggestions and identified community livelihoods.. Selection criteria focus on purchases, donations, and collaboration. Weeding activities are carried out by withdrawing collections deemed unreadable. Evaluation activities are carried out by taking into account user suggestions related to collections. Several identified constraints were found on the budget, collections, and human resources. \u0000Conclusion. All collection development processes are on the right track. This study aims to explore strategies, stages, and understand the partnership model applied by TBM Sahabat Pena (SP) and Karang Taruna in disseminating health information. \u0000Research methods. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study involving interviews, observation, and document study. With a purposive sampling, four informants and one expert were involved from the TBM SP partnership. \u0000Data analysis. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. \u0000Results and Discussion. The TBM SP creates strategies to establish partnerships among the parties who have a personal interest and collaboration with the TBM manager by using the existing resources. The stages conducted were identified in four stages: initiating, implementating, monitoring & learning, developing and maturing stage. \u0000Conclusion and recommendations. All activities related to partnership need to be in line with the TBS vision and mission. The implementation stage is the most influential stage in the success and sustainability of the partnership. This study describes the role of social inclusion-based TBM in Bandung Regency, West Java to support SDGs. \u0000Data collection methods. This study was qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data analysis was started with data reduction, data display and conclusion. \u0000Results and Discussion. TBM contributes to build a community-based literacy ecosystem based on the community characteristics and information needs in their environment. Literacy activities at TBM may improve individual or group skills and give impacts to the community's quality of life through collborations with multiple parties. TBM is a place for consultation regarding life problems in the community by providing access to information and knowledge to support the community's productivity and welfare. \u0000Conclusion and suggestions. The presence of community-based TBM supports poverty alleviation efforts. Literacy programs at TBM can help improve people's life skills by giving them more empowerment, training, and mentoring. These activities have an impact on improving individual abilities and skills. A qualitative approach, through participatory observation, interviews with seven informants, and literature studies was conducted. \u0000Data analysis. Reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions were conducted as parts of data anaylsis. The validity used source triangulation, cross-checking on informants. \u0000Results and discussion. LAM collected ancient manuscripts through compensation, exchange, deposit, grants, and copying.They were still many ancient manuscripts kept privately and preserved in a simple way among the community so that they are vulnerable and be the threat of extinction. Therefore, LAM needed to optimize its role as a collector, educator, conservator, and translator in order to maintain the integrity and extend the life of ancient manuscripts. \u0000Conclusion. University students rely on heavily on academic literature, however, paywalls frequently stifle its access. To circumvent this limitation, they use shadow libraries, an unofficial archive of academic resources freely available online. We investigated how Universitas Gadjah Mada students use shadow libraries to mitigate the lack of access their institutions provide. \u0000Data collection methods. We collected data using an online survey involving 398 Universitas Gadjah Mada students to gather descriptive statistical data on the usage of shadow libraries and a literature study. \u0000Data analysis. We analyzed quantitative data with statistics processing software (Stata) and coded the open-ended qualitative responses. \u0000Results and Discussion. Students use shadow libraries because shadow libraries are more accessible and offer more access to literature than university library. They use shadow libraries despite their ambivalence due to shadow libraries’ legality. Moreover, some students also support shadow libraries, using them as part of an active effort to counter the enclosure of scholarly goods. \u0000Conclusion. Multistakeholders need to collaborate to solve the challenges. The year 2021 becomes the most productive year with 700 publications. United States and United Kingdom are the two most productive countries. The co-authorship network shows Torfing while Ansell was the most cited author. The Co-Occurrence Network, based on keywords, shows governance, collaboration and collaborative governance. \u0000Conclusion: Bibliometric methods can be used to analyze publication trends related to \"Collaborative Governance\". However, it needs the support of datasets and a complete computing system. Previous research on the quality of search engines through a combination of three supporting theories is limited. This research which used the three theories aims to measure the quality of search engines based on user perceptions, utilization, and recall and precision values. The three supporting theories include recall and precision analysis, TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and WebQual. \u0000Research methods. This study used a quantitative inferential method with questionnaires, observations, and online search. \u0000Data analysis. This study used inferential statistical data analysis techniques which used to determine the relationships among research variables. \u0000Results and discussion. Search engine Yahoo shows the highest recall value, while Google shows the highest precision value. The two search engine are well accepted and used frequently by users. The usability quality dimension has a significant effect on the utilization of Google and Yahoo, while the interaction quality dimension has no significant effect on those two search engines. Meanwhile, the dimension of information quality has a significant effect on Yahoo, however, it has no a significant effect on Google. \u0000Conclusion and suggestions. The two search engines are accepted by user. Digital curation tasks and objectives align with the task of archivists who must digitally plan to ensure safe long-term preservation. As information professionals, archivists must master competencies to become digital curators in the future. This study aims to determine what competencies an archivist must have in digital curation. \u0000Data Collection Methods. This study uses a systematic literature review (SLR) available in SCOPUS from 2018-2022, considering 11 selected articles. This study also applied bibliometric analysis using VOSViewer to identify the main characteristics, discuss, and provide research opportunities in this field. \u0000Data Analysis. In the first phase, SLR consists of three steps: planning, conducting, and reporting. In the second phase, the bibliometric using co-occurrence analysis to visualize the keyword network, density, and overlay visualization. \u0000Results and Discussion. The results of the bibliometric analysis indicate that there are still several topics regarding digital curation that have not been widely studied, including those related to competence, cultural heritages, data management, career, and learning. Based on the systematic literature review there are 11 selected articles that are relevant to research topics and used for data analysis. \u0000Conclusion. From 11 selected articles, it was found that archivist competencies in digital curation can be divided into four categories: cognitive, functional, social, and meta competence. The competencies found have implications for archivists as future digital curators by combining technical skills, including expertise in metadata standards and information organization, as well as personal skills. The use of library websites has begun to be used massively by libraries as a source of digital library information. This study aims to analyze the quality of the vocational school library website and identify the factors that influence the quality of the website. \u0000Data Collection Methods. Using quantitative methods with a population of all vocational high school students in Yogyakarta. Data were obtained using a questionnaire on 357 students from three schools. \u0000Data Analysis. Data analysis techniques were performed using WebQual Index (WQI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis. \u0000Results and Discussion. The results of this study found a WQI value of 0.87 on the library website of SMKN 1 Bantul, the library website of SMKN 1 Godean of 0.85 and of SMKN 2 Yogyakarta of 0.81. The quality of the library website at SMKN 1 Bantul is the library website with the best quality based on user perceptions. There are five factors that are important for users, namely a positive experience when visiting the website, reliable information provided by the website, personal data security, personalization features, and website manager information. \u0000Conclusion. Agricultural progress cannot be separated from research activities carried out by researchers and students. It is suspected that the thesis research topics in IPB undergraduate theses are thought to be related to one another. This study aims to determine the relationship of the research topics of the IPB undergraduate theses in 2020. \u0000Research methods. This research is a mixed method research. The data collected by purposive sampling technic with a 2020 limit. The data was retieved from IPB repocitory. \u0000Data analysis. The data were tabulated and analyzed using the VOSviewer to generate maps relationships between keywords. \u0000Results and Discussion. Co-word analysis of controlled keywords found 181 keywords. Co-word analysis with a limitation of three keyword occurrences found 120 related keywords grouped into 10 clusters. Co-word analysis of the keywords formed by the author found 10,943 keywords. The ten occurrence limit found 81 keywords in 11 clusters. Similar research topics were found in at least two faculties. \u0000Conclusion. The research topics of IPB's thesis were spread into 120 topics with 10 clusters having close relationships.
