Archives are not only seen as a product but also as a process to produce knowledge particularly, through interdisciplinary collaborations in the era of postmodernisme. The postmodernism perspective may influence the interpretation of archives which leads to archival discourse. This study aims to investigate the postmodernism perspective of archives in the knowledge production process in a more impartial and democratic way. Data Collection Methods. This study used a qualitative approach through literature study. Results and Discussion. The postmodernism perspective has opened up new viewpoints on the role and function of archives in the knowledge production process for searching and reading archives in a more diverse manner. In this study, several discussed archives were related to human rights, community engagement, accountability, and power relations, as well as social and transitional justice. The postmodernism perspective of archives as intellectual control in the production of knowledge through interdisciplinary collaboration and as one of the sustainable international projects may establish intellectual networks between countries. Conclusion. The postmodernism perspective has provoked new ideas and expanded the discourse on archives needed in the development of the archival field. The number of librarian with disability, particularly with limited ability to see or blind is not many. This research explores the motives of the blind on why becoming librarians. Research methods. This study used a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques used observations and interviews. Sampling was decided purposively. Analysis data. Research analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validation techniques were carried out using credibility tests. Results and Discussion. The motive to become a librarian refers to Alfred Schutz's phenomenological theory which can be divided into two categories: motives based on because-motive (Weil-Motiv), namely the hobby of reading, lack of reading material for blind people, and library facilities that support performance for librarians with visual disabilities. Motives based on the in-order-to motive (Um-zu-Motiv) are to change the social stigma of people with visual disabilities, increase readers’ interest in reading, socialize braille collections, increase economic levels, and increase relationships. Conclusion. This study discusses how a job design influences knowledge productivity among archivists at the Indonesian National Archives. A job design is examined with knowledge productivity and the relationship between them. The three job design was used to measure knowledge productivity characteristics (motivation, social, and work context). \u0000Data Collection Methods. This research used a quantitative approach with qestionnaires distributed in March-April 2021 to archivists at The National Archives of Indonesia \u0000Data Analysis. The validity and reliability of the instrument were processed using the IBM SPSS v26 program. \u0000Results and Discussion. The results showed that the job design had a relationship with knowledge productivity of 0.859 with a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 and a coefficient of determination of 0.738. The results of the regression analysis showed Y = 37.707 + 0.189X means that job design has a positive effect on knowledge productivity. \u0000Conclusion. Based on data analysis, there is a positive influence between job design and knowledge productivity. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with 100 respondents. The sampling technique used the probability sampling with simple random sampling method. \u0000Results and Discussion. The role of school leaders in developing library governance has not yet been significant so that libraries could not contribute effectively to the learning process. During the pandemic, the role of IT is needed by teachers and students, particularly for the library users to finish their assignment from home. Users also need to have the library updates regarding books. Many teachers and students do not understand how to use of information technology in the library including how to access or search information (online). \u0000Conclusion. School leaders play an active role in improving the quality of the library as a source of learning to create benefits for the school community. Library websites become one important service in social distance. This study aims to find out the level of user satisfaction in the utilization of library websites during the COVID-19 pandemic. \u0000Data Collecttion Methods: The paper used a quantitative approach with surveys. Questionnaires are managed based on webqual variables. \u0000Data analysis: The survey data analysis used descriptive statistics with mean value. The mean value is based on the interpretation guidelines. \u0000Results and discussion: Library web statements showed the highest score while library web appearance showed the lowest. The average score of user satisfaction on the utilization of library websites is at a satisfactory level. The highest score is 28,04 on the information quality variable. Inclusion-based libraries aim to improve information literacy, quality of life, and community welfare, as well as become a place for lifelong learning. The librarians need to have sufficient information literacy skills in implementing social inclusion-based services. \u0000Data Collection Methods. Qualitative case study approach was used. The data was collected by interviews, observations, and documentation from librarians at the Malang State University Library. \u0000Data Analysis. We analyzed our data by using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. \u0000Results and Discussion. Information literacy skills of librarians were examined by several indicators such as identify, scope, plan, gather, evaluate, manage, and present. Those indicators have not been applied, particularly to the implementation of social inclusion-based services. Five indicators of information literacy skills can be applied properly including identification of needs information, determining the scope of information needs, planning information retrieval strategies, gathering information sources, as well as evaluating. In this study, skills in managing and presenting information have not been implemented properly. \u0000Conclusion. The success and acceptance of the community towards The Librarian Season 1, comic indirectly show an interest in the librarian profession. Although the library and librarian described in the Librarian Season 1 are fictional settings, the values in the world of librarianship cannot be ignored. This study aims to examine the representation of librarians in The Librarian Season 1 comic. \u0000Research Methods. The method used was qualitative. Collecting data was conducted by document study by exploring the website? \u0000Data Analysis. This paper used Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis focusing on the denotative, connotative, and myth levels. \u0000Results and Discussion. In the comic The Librarian Season 1, there are 13 episodes out of a total of 15 episodes that have librarian representation scenes based on ideal characters in the Basic Framework for Indonesian Librarianship (KDKI). \u0000Conclusion and Suggestions. Miche is a representation of the ideal character of a librarian based on KDKI. Therefore, the paper suggests that comic artists are considered to reproduce story ideas about librarians in comics, content, or other pop culture products. The more information a person needs, the more active the person is in searching for information. Adolescents tend to follow fashion updates because of, their curiosity. This study aims to identify the triggers for youth information needs for fashion. \u0000Data Collection Methods. The paper used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. \u0000Data Analysis. Data analysis was carried out first by reducing the data obtained through observations, interviews, and literature study. \u0000Results and Discussion. There are five factors that encourage the process of information seeking behavior in adolescents, psychological conditions, demographics, interpersonal relationships, environment, and characteristics of information. Information seeking behavior by youth accidentally tend to create further interests. Several obstacles appeared in search fing information, these include difficulties to find relevant information, lack of satisfaction in model of clothes, and hard to find information . However, these obstacles can be overcome by digging information through other sources and conducting searches immediately after the needs. \u0000Conclusion. The trigger for the information needs of adolescents related to fashion is the need to support their appearance. The issue of terrorism in Indonesia has been a challenge around the world, particularly in a country with the world's largest Muslim population. This study aims to evaluate the trend of publications on the issue of terrorism in Indonesia in the period starting from 1980 to 2022 through a bibliometric analysis. \u0000Data Collection Methods. Data were obtained from the Scopus database using the keywords \"terrorism\", \"terrorist\", \"terror\", and \"Indonesia\". \u0000Data Analysis. The VOSviewer data visualization was used as a data analysis tool to show the trends in publications on terrorism issues in Indonesia. \u0000Results and Discussion. The publication trend on terrorism in Indonesia significantly increased, with distribution countries dominated by Indonesia including authors, affiliates, and sponsors. In addition, publications on the issue of terrorism in Indonesia were widely written in journal articles, particularly in the field of social sciences. \u0000Conclusion. The issue of terrorism in Indonesia is dynamic. This research may be used to update the understanding of current terrorism issues in Indonesia, particularly from bibliometric analysis. The insufficient level of understanding of statistical indicators is indicated by the low level of knowledge sharing culture among BPS employees in the Central Sulawesi region. In this case, BPS needs to encourage the employees to participate in knowledge sharing activities. Individual's willingness to share knowledge can be influenced by several factors, one of them is motivation. The main objective of this paper is to understand the influence of motivation to employee’s knowledge sharing activities in BPS. A conceptual model is designed based on the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). Data Collection Methods. A quantitative-explanatory research method was applied including literature study, data collection, and data analysis. Data Analysis. The study used the structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS) analysis method with a sample of 174 samples. Results and Discussion. Motivation has a positive-significant effect (p-value <0.05) on attitudes (β = 0.713) and employee intentions (β = 0.218). This has implications for employee knowledge sharing behavior (β = 0.758). Motivation and attitude can predict the intention by 42.7%, meanwhile, the intention can predict behavior by 57.5%. Conclusion.
