The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach and was conducted on a sample of all employees of telecommunications companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a total of 50 respondents participating in the questionnaire. The study's results indicated that advertising campaigns in telecommunications companies are significantly proliferating, fostering increased competition among companies to enhance brand reputation. Moreover, there exists a statistically significant positive relationship between advertising campaigns on Saudi social media platforms and consumer attitudes towards the brand. The primary focus of the research revolves around the question, \"What is the role of public relations in spreading a culture of human rights and social peace among the Iraqi public?\" The researcher employed a survey methodology to analyze the commission's activities published on its official Facebook page using both quantitative and qualitative content analysis from 1/10/2020, to 1/10/2021. Additionally, the researcher conducted scientific interviews with employees in the Public Relations and Outreach departments to obtain relevant information and data for the research.\u0000The study found that field visits were among the most important direct communication activities, while press releases constituted indirect communication activities, focusing on topics such as the right to healthcare and social care for citizens. The commission utilized persuasion techniques and arguments to convince its audience of the content of its communication messages. The communication strategies were identified as media strategy, relationship-building strategy, dialogue strategy, and social responsibility strategy.\u0000The research yielded several results, including the commission's focus on human rights in general and specific rights for targeted groups. Notably, field visits, receiving appeals and complaints, and conducting training workshops were prominent activities. Various persuasive techniques were applied, with a focus on logical appeals achieving the highest percentage compared to emotional and fear appeals.
