Handling of waste that is carried out is still not appropriate so that waste accumulates in garbage collection sites and in final disposal sites. As a result, the waste becomes a means of germs, bacteria, and animals that can spread disease to the surrounding environment. One way that is often used is to burn waste to reduce its volume. The incinerator is a modern means of burning waste by using a combustion system up to a temperature of 1000°C and can reduce the volume of waste by up to 90%. The research method used in making the design of the incinerator is starting from the design of the combustion chamber, the manufacturing and assembly stages, until testing is carried out on the tool. The test results from the incinerator can accommodate as much as 5kg to 10kg of waste with a combustion chamber volume of 0.165 m3. Proses penggunaan minyak goreng biasanya dilakukan secara berulang sehingga masih menyisakan suatu permasalahan dalam proses penirisannya. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka diperlukan alat peniris minyak pada makanan (spinner) agar proses penirisan minyaknya dapat berjalan optimal. Alat peniris minyak pada makanan (spinner) ini dapat digunakan untuk meniriskan makanan sejenis keripik, kerupuk, makaroni, bawang goreng, dan sejenisnya. Adapun perancangan alat peniris minyak pada makanan ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap mengidentifikasi masalah dengan metode studi literatur, tahap pembuatan konsep dan cara kerja alat, tahap perhitungan, tahap pemilihan komponen sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan, dan tahap mendesain alat dan membuat gambar kerjanya. Berdasarkan hasil perancangan yang telah dilakukan, maka dihasilkan sebuah rancangan alat peniris minyak pada makanan (spinner) dengan spesifikasi dimensi rangka 560x300x300 mm. Motor penggerak yang digunakan adalah motor AC 4P/1200 rpm dengan sistem transmisi berupa puli dan sabuk V, serta poros transmisi yang berfungsi untuk menggerakkan tabung peniris. Namun, dengan seiring pemanfaatan plastik dalam waktu berkepanjangan dan volume penggunaan yang besar akan menghasilkan limbah plastik yang cukup banyak. Limbah plastik atau limbah padat merupakan barang buangan dan dapat bertahan hingga bertahun-tahun hal itu akan menimbulkan masalah seperti penumpukan limbah sampah plastik sehingga dapat menyebabkan penyakit serta pencemaran terhadap lingkungan sekitar. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu proses pengolahan limbah untuk menguruangi terjadinya penumpukan sampah plastik. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan mesin pelebur dan pencetak paving block dengan jumlah kapasitas produksi pada paving block serta mengetahui analisa kekuatan uji tekan hasil paving block dari bahan dasar limbah plastik. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu rancang bangun alat pelebur dan pencetak paving block berbahan dasar limbah plastik HDPE. Rancang bangun alat molder ini menggunakan sistem pengaduk pada tuas pemutar, serta limbah plastik HDPE sebagai bahan dasar paving block. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu berupa alat molder limbah sampah plastic serta hasil uji. Berdasarkan pada pengujian 1 diperoleh nilai kuat tekan (F’c) sebesar 36.50 MPa, pada pengujian ke 2 diperoleh nilai kuat tekan (F’c) sebesar 38.91 MPa dan pada pengujian ke 3 diperoleh nilai kuat tekan (F’c) sebesar 37.90 MPa. berdasarkan nilai rata-rata kuat tekan (F’c) diperoleh nilai sebesar 37.77 MPa. This mushroom cultivation can be done by storing planting media in a mushroom house (kumbung) by monitoring and maintaining the condition of temperature and humidity. At present the monitoring and maintenance of temperature and humidity is done by manually watering methods by estimating the conditions of the kumbung temperature and humidity. This causes the temperature and humidity conditions only to be estimated manually so that mushroom productivity is not maximal. This study aims to facilitate the mushroom farmers in watering and monitoring the condition of the kumbung. This system consists of sensors placed inside the cage and will detect the temperature and humidity conditions of the cage, temperature and humidity data will then be processed by the controller to enable automatic watering. watering is done with the help of a pump that is equipped with a nozzle to create a mist of water. Based on the results of observations that have been made can be obtained that the system is able to streamline time by watering automatically when the mushroom house conditions are not in accordance with the setpoint. This system is also capable of producing mushroom house conditions that can reduce temperatures to the range of 22-28o C and increase humidity to the range of 60-80% RH in less than 600 seconds. Akan tetapi, masalah yang timbul pada pengisian bahan bakar secara manual adalah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja, tumpahan bahan bakar ke unit, dan terjadinya kontaminasi berupa debu yang masuk ke bahan bakar yang dapat menyebabkan engine bermasalah. Selain itu efisiensi dan efektivitas pada metode pengisian bahan bakar secara manual tidak dapat dikatakan maksimal. Pembuatan Portable Fuel Refiller ini kemudian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat yang sudah ada sebelumnya tetapi dari segi mobilitas kurang karena terpasang pada Excavator 313D sehingga unit Alat Berat yang lain tidak bisa menggunakan alat tersebut. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, maka metode yang dilakukan adalah pengumpulan informasi melalui studi literatur dan melakukan observasi secara langsung ke unit Alat berat  untuk menentukan desain refill fuel electric portable. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode simulasi pada generator 3 kW yang dilengkapi dengan beban komplemen dan beban konsumen. Pengujian dilakukan dengan memutar generator pada pembebanan penuh dan mensuplai daya listrik ke beban komplemen. Kemudian beban konsumen dinaikkan secara bertahap untuk melihat perubahan frekuensi. Jika beban konsumen besar maka frekuensi akan turun. Perubahan frekuensi tersebut dideteksi oleh sensor frekuensi kemudian output dari sensor frekuensi diterima oleh mikrokontroler yang akan diolah untuk mengatur switching pada TRIAC yang mengendalikan daya listrik yang dialirkan ke beban komplemen. Proses pengaturan ini akan berulang dan selesai jika frekuensi berada pada set point 49,5 – 50,5 Hz. The solar dryer uses a heat absorber in the form of a large wave plate and a small wave which is placed in the solar collector room. The dried material is cassava. The system used is natural air flow due to density differences. The research was carried out by making two rack-type solar collectors, the difference being the heat absorber used, one large wave and the other small wave. The test was carried out simultaneously between the two solar dryers. In this study, the results of large-wave solar dryers with an average efficiency of 9.24% had a better performance than small-wave solar dryers with an average efficiency of 7.68%. In the large wave solar dryer, the average efficiency on rack 1 is 1.33%, on rack 2 is 3.83% and on rack 3 is 5.93%. Salah satu cara pemanfaatannya adalah dengan pembangunan pembangkitan listrik skala kecil dan peningkatan efisiensinya. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan analisa perhitungan potensi nilai kalor sampah plastik serta simulasi mini powerplant menggunakan software Cycle Tempo. Pemanfaatan uap panas hasil pembakaran sampah sebagai sumber panas PLTSa. Komponen dari sistem pembangkit daya tersebut meliputi pompa, boiler, turbin, dan kondensor. Variasi tekanan dan temperature dilakukan untuk mendapatkan nilai optimal, sehingga didapatkan daya dan efisiensi paling tinggi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa nilai daya dan efisiensi tertinggi pada laju aliran massa 35 kg/s dan suhu keluaran boiler 125 0C, yaitu 2,86 kW dan 45,52%. Sementara pada optimasi tekanan keluaran pompa, didapatkan nilai daya tertinggi sebesar 2902 kW pada tekanan 35 bar. Drying of grain by farmers involves still checking the level of dryness manually using only the human senses as a measuring tool. One of the drawbacks is that manual checking process is not accurate enough and will affect rice production. So we need an innovation in existing technology to measure the level of drought.This robot is designed in the form of a prototype where the grain mixer system is in the middle. The movement of the robot is only forward and backward which will be controlled using a smartphone by the operator and the width of the grain area to be stirred is 50 cm or along the stirrer. In 2019, the export value of Indonesian fishery products reached Rp. 73,681,883,000, which is an increase of 10.1% from 2018 exports. Marine products such as shrimp, tuna, squid, octopus, crabs and seaweed are sought-after commodities. The development of fish farming can be carried out if the availability of good quality seeds and available in sufficient quantities, proper feed, prevention and treatment of disease and a good living environment. The survival rate at the seed stage is influenced by the type of feed given and the amount according to the needs of the fish. This study aims to modify the previous feed throwing robot so that it can be thrown further and the feed is not destroyed so that it can help the work of fish pond farmers in providing fish feed, modify the tool to help fish pond farmers work in knowing the pond water level, design and build a filling system. manually and automatically using solar panels and modifying the information system on the previous tool so that it can display more information to fish pond farmers. The results showed that the ideal distance of feed throw 5.1 meters, and maximum charging using solar panels 14.28 Watts per hour.
