The robot is powered by two non-identical electric motors. A self-tuning-parameter fuzzy PID controller is designed to control the rotation speed of the motors independently in order to achieve a straight trajectory of the motion despite the motor differences. Simulation of the robot drive system is carried out in a Matlab/Simulink environment. Simulations were used to evaluate performance of the fuzzy self-tuning parameter PID controllers in the time domain. Conclusions are drawn concerning the performance of the controller. However, the inadequate attention is paid to the RPA operability problem during the electrical network reliability assessment. The study is focused on the determination of the RPA states probabilities with consideration of many factors characterizing the RPA ability to perform the specified functions. On the basis of the developed model calculations and evaluation results the dependences between the terminals self-control rate and the maintenance intervals in terms of the RPA equipment operability improvement were identified. Nevertheless, data confidentiality for users of hybrid and public clouds is cannot guaranteed in full. Cloud providers have full access to user data, which threatens to compromise the integrity of data. Existing methods of providing security consider methods to increase the speed and reduce the load during authorization and data encryption. The paper proposes a method that describes the use of separate services outside the cloud for authentication, data management and metadata storage to eliminate the possibility of obtaining unauthorized access to data, and the use of metadata to perform integrity control. The developed method is being used to create a stand based on OpenStack and two services on separate servers.
