We developed this model with system generator for DSP by Xilinx that could be implemented on DSP chip. The advantage of our system generator based model is to develop highly parallel systems with the most advanced FPGAs, providing system modeling and automatic code generation from Simulink and MATLAB. Our real time modeling method can be adapted for any kind of latest signal type such as cdma-2000 and W-CDMA without any modification of the model and can be adapted to any environmental change such as temperature variation in PA without modify the model. That means our real time model is self adaptable. By using this method we can do a modeling dynamically the non linearity of the PA including memory effects for realistic modulation signals inputs. In this paper, a meshless RBF method is applied to time domain Maxwell's equations and calculates a two-dimensional (2-D) cavity case. The main idea is that the fields in the space domain are expanded into a series of radial basis functions and are treated with a meshless method procedure, and the time derivatives are still tackled with the customary difference scheme. As a result, the convergence of classical iterative methods, such as generalized minimal residual method (GMRES) would be substantially slowed down. To address this issue, this paper mainly concerns efficient computation of this large sparse linear equations using preconditioned generalized minimal residual (PGMRES) method Some typical preconditioning techniques, such as the Jacobi preconditioner, the sparse approximate inverse (SAI) preconditioner and the symmetric successive over-relaxation (SSOR) preconditioner, are introduced to accelerate the convergence of the GMRES iterative method. The ill-conditioned MoM matrix is improved by the preconditioning technique. First, considering government regulatory requirements, the main RF interference between GSM and CDMA 1X units in the terminal and the required C/N at CDMA unit input for the receiver normal operation is analyzed. Secondly, the C/N at CDMA receiver input under the cases of Co-channel and adjacent channel interference generated by GSM transmission are calculated respectively. Finally, the solution for suppressing the interference of GSM transmission to CDMA in a GSM/CDMA 1X dual-mode terminal design is given and experiment results are shown. This OMT achieves satisfactory performance using relatively short length compared with other same kind of designs. Measurements of the system in the frequency range 1-4GHz agree well with simulation results. The simulation predicts that the device is capable of generating output RF power of 63.0 W with 13% efficiency at 0.330 THz. The effect of parasitic series resistance on the RF power level of the device is further simulated. The presence of series resistance (2.5 Omega) reduces RF power output by 8.7%. The simulation clearly establishes the application possibility of 3C-SiC as a base material for high power THz IMPATT device. Single crystalline, epitaxial 3C-SiC films are deposited on silicon (Si) (100) substrates by rapid thermal chemical vapour deposition (RTPCVD) at a temperature as low as 800degC using a single precursor methylsilane, which contains Si and C atoms in the same molecule. No initial surface carbonization step is required in this method. A PCB (printed circuit board) inductor makes its size more compact. When the signal frequency reaches to radio or microwave bands the radiation and scattering from it must be considered. Electromagnetic scattering from a PCB inductor is studied in this paper. Combining Mom with wavelet analysis sparsifies the matrix produced in calculation, which decreases calculation time and saves the computer sources. A Coifman intervallic scarlet on [0, 1] with level 6 is constructed for evaluating the current distribution on the PCB inductor wire. The aim is to maximize the transmit rate under the constraints of the fixed transmit power and QoS. The algorithm exploits the fair of wait time of each user to allocate subcarriers whose allocation standard is the spatial subchannel whose SNR is best, bits and power of subcarriers and spatial subchannels.
