Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan dibeberapa Negara termasuk Indonesia untuk meningkatkan literasi ekonomi siswa, misalnya upaya diluncurkannya kurikulum baru 2013. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui literasi ekonomi bagi individu maupun rumah tangga terutama pada siswa yang menginginkan mencapai kesejahteraan untuk belajar meningkatkan literasi ekonomi dapat berefek pada akumulasi aset, proteksi dan meningkatkan tabungan. Metode penelitian digunakan dalam deskriptif eksplanatori melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas X IPS berjumlah 216 orang, sementara yang menjadi sampelnya adalah kelas X IPS 5 dan X IPS 6 berjumlah 68 orang. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh hasil rata-rata kemampuan literasi ekonomi siswa adalah 14,39 yang berarti bahwa siswa kelas X SMA Al-Amanah Ciwidey memiliki kemampuan literasi ekonomi pada kategori sangat rendah. Sekolah sebagai harapan pembangunan sebuah negara, sehingga sebuah negara dapat berkembang dan semakin maju. Sekolah adalah sarana pengembangan manusia yang berkualitas. Namun demikian pelaksanaan pada tingkat daerah hingga unit sekolah terdapat berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam mewujudkan tujuan tersebut. Permasalahan tersebut berupa masalah mutu sumber daya manusia pengelola sekolah, mutu sarana dan prasarana, kebijakan yang belum sesuai dengan kondisi sekolah. Permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut harus diselesaikan, sehingga tidak menimbulkan intensitas resiko yang semakin tinggi. Artikel ini berupaya untuk menguraikan secara teoretik kajian sosiologi organisasi dapat digunakan untuk mengurai permasalahan organisasi sekolah. Uraian memuat bagaimana relasi antar manusia, relasi manusia dan kebijakan yang ada, relasi bagaimana manusia memahami, dan sejauh mana memenuhi standar nasional tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur. Menganalisis artikel jurnal terdahulu dalam kerangka pemikiran tokoh-tokoh sosiologis. Dalam kajian sosiologi organisasi individu di dalam sekolah memiliki pemahaman terhadap standar sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan dan sosial yang dimilikinya. Seperti yang dilakukan SMPN 9 Kota Ambon dengan 99% perserta didiknya beragama Kristen/ Katolik dan SMPN 4 Salahutu Liang Maluku Tengah dengan peserta didik beragama 100% Islam yang telah menerapkan nilai pendidikan perdamaian berbasis kearifan lokal pela gandong pada pembelajaran IPS. Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat penerapan model pendidikan perdamaian berbasis kearifan lokal pela gandong pada pembelajaran IPS. Penelitian dilakukan pada November 2019 dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode studi kepustakaan, wawancara, dan observasi-partisipatoris. This paper is presented on a conceptual basis from literature study so that there are no statistical tests and empirical studies in its research methods. Data and information obtained from various secondary literature such as government websites, national and international journals, books and proceedings. Then, the data and information obtained are presented descriptively accompanied by an analysis of the results of group discussions with the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) as a reference for model development in order to provide scientific studies that can be further developed. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan pedagogic Guru yang difokuskan pada indicator Merancang Pembelajaran, Termasuk memahami landasan pendidikan untuk kepentingan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 12 Guru IPS SMA Negeri 8 Muaro jambi. Responden dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan dokumen perangkat pembelajaran dan observasi. Instrumen evaluasi yang digunakan adalah angket penilaian kinerja guru yang diadaptasi dari Direktorat Ketenagaan Dirjen Dikti dan Direktorat Profesi Pendidik Ditjen PMPTK Depdiknas. As a result, teachers undergo their teaching activities efficiently, students are not optimal in improving learning outcomes and active learning. Therefore we need special treatment in the form of clinical supervision with a Contextual Teaching and Learning approach in undergoing learning activities of teachers. The research method used in this research is school action research. The scope of this method is broader than in classroom action research, because it covers one school instead of just one class. The results showed that clinical supervision succeeded in increasing the average teacher performance. The increase was 11% -17% from cycle 1 to cycle 2. Hamka was known to be very concerned about moral issues. Hamka always said that only with morality built on the belief and trust in God Almighty (a strong religion) then humans can be saved from destruction and problems of the nation. The purpose of this study is to explore, examine and analyze Hamka's ethical thinking in order to strengthen character education. The search method used is the library method. Data collection is done by observing and studying literature through Hamka's books. Upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam pengembangan pemecahan masalah ekonomi yaitu dengan adanya perubahan kurikulum KTSP menjadi kurikulum 2013. Tujuan penelitian untuk medeskripsikan tingkat kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Karawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran soal tes terkait tentang pemecahan masalah dengan materi pasar modal. Responden dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas X IPS di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Karawang yang berjumlah 63 siswa. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor yang paling dominan dalam pemecahan masalah adalah mengidentifikasi masalah yang berada pada persentase 0,89%, kedua memeriksa kembali dengan persentase 0,495, menentukan tujuan 0,32%, melaksanakan strategi 0,29% dan menentukan strategi berada pada tingkat paling rendah yaitu berada pada persentase 0,031%. To uphold quality, there must be outreach from policymakers working quality standards. Lack of quality standards causes poor employee performance. While implementation through regulations is sometimes not implemented properly. This study aims to describe the culture of work quality that was developed in an awareness manner by enforcing the quality standards of schoolwork in Public Junior High School 5 Arga Makmur. The results showed that the quality culture was seen from the habits every day in providing an understanding of students in front of the class. Work culture provides support for quality culture in schools. The culture of discipline has proceeded according to the corridor. The culture of worship has become a habit of daily life. The culture of responsibility in carrying out tasks has become an awareness for teachers, staff, and students. The supporting factors for implementing quality culture have been carried out naturally and continuously.
