In the first part of the paper, are presented results of measurements of the positioning of a point known with the Algerian National Center of Space Techniques, CNTS [1] of Arzew and it is included of the national geodesic network and the world network Tyrgeonet : 305 site. The purpose is the study of the total electron content (TEC) using measurements of GPS signal code. For that, two methods are used: Dual-frequency and Klobuchar model method. To eliminate possible skews from the satellite and the receiver. For a GPS receiver alone, one can use the model of Klobuchar to determine the vertical time on the code transmitted by the signal L1. A comparison between the two models will be made to choose that which characterizes best the ionospheric effect. In the second part of this article, we describe the principle of a new technique which is the radio occultation allowing to sound the troposphere by using the GPS signal. In this paper, we present a study of the annealing time of the films versus the increase of the particle size (varying from 6 nm to 19 nm) established by Scherer’s equation. We have also followed electrical resistance evolution with annealing temperature and time. An optimum value of 222 ; was measured on a sample annealed at 500 °C for 2 h. The crystalline structure of the films was characterized and phases identified by X ray diffraction in grazing incidence. Les mini centrales photovoltaïques offrent une solution très intéressante pour l’alimentation en énergie électrique nécessaire au développement de ces régions. De la même occasion, elles permettent de réduire l’impact négatif du diesel sur l’environnement. Dans cet article, nous avons présenté les résultats d’une étude effectuée pour l’installation d’une mini centrale photovoltaïque hybride au refuge Assekrem dans la wilaya de Tamanrasset. Les différents composants de cette installation, les schémas électriques et tableaux ont été présentés et commentés. Les relations proposées ont été déterminées par des méthodes numériques et sont applicables dans l’intervalle de température de saturation de – 40°C à 90°C pour l’état de saturation et pour une température réelle de + 120°C dans le domaine de la phase surchauffée. The model is based on recombination at dangling bond states and band tail states. It takes also into account the hopping transitions in the conduction hand tail states to describe the conduction in localized states at low temperatures. At high temperatures, the multiple trapping process is considered to describe the conduction in extended states. The density of states includes the exponential density of conduction band tail states and valence band tail slates and the density of dangling bond states. This later is determined by the Defect Pool Model ‘DPM’. The experimental features observed on the temperature dependence of the photoconductivity are generally the thermal quenching, the low activated region and the temperature independent photoconductivity at very low temperatures. All these observations are well reproduced by the model in un-doped a-Si:H. By the examination of the relative contributions of two processes of conduction: (i) the multiple trapping and (ii) the multiple trapping associated with the hopping, the model results show that the multiple trapping process of electrons where the conduction is assured by free carriers in the thermal quenching region above 140 K is important while the hopping process of electrons is negligible. At 140 K and below, the hopping transport of electrons in the conduction band tail states makes an important contribution in the photoconductivity. Nous avons déterminé l’influence de différents paramètres sur le fonctionnement du système de stockage, en particulier la température, pour un transfert optimal de l’énergie produite vers les charges. Le modèle utilisé permet de reconstituer correctement l’état de charge et de décharge du système de stockage. Son objectif est de calculer les efforts aérodynamiques qui s’exercent sur les pales, de déterminer les paramètres optimaux de ces pales et d’estimer la puissance maximale extraite par cette machine. Cette modélisation est une tache complexe à cause de la rotation de l’hélice qui crée un écoulement tridimensionnel de l’air autour des pales. Dans ce travail, deux théories sont combinées, la première théorie est celle de l’écoulement axial (the axial momentum theory), la deuxième est la théorie de l’élément de la pale (blade element theory), qui tient compte de la composante de rotation de l’écoulement de l’air engendré par la rotation des pales. La combinaison de ces deux approches a permis de résoudre les équations des efforts et du couple aérodynamiques par méthode itérative. Un modèle thermochimique bidimensionnel basé sur une méthode nodale a été créé. Il intègre un mécanisme de transfert de chaleur et d’écoulement diphasiquc. La décomposition du bois s’effectue selon trois réactions concurrentes, produisant coke, gaz et goudrons. Ces derniers subissent également des réactions secondaires. Des essais sur une unité de pyrolyse ont permis de caractériser le comportement de la sciure de chêne durant le process. Les champs de température dans le lit de biomasse ont ainsi pu être obtenu en régime transitoire. The design of the system is based on the fuzzy reasoning applied to crisp sets. In this case, it can be easily implemented on general purpose microprocessor systems. Four light sensitive devices, such as LDR, photodiodes or phototransistors are mounted on the solar panel and placed in an enclosure. The four light detectors are screened from each other by opaque surfaces. Therefore, a key consideration in the design and operation of inverters is how to achieve high efficiency with power output. This paper presents a concept of an inverter for grid connected photovoltaic arrays which can synchronise a sinusoidal current output with a voltage grid. Asymmetric PWM inverters can generate power at unity power factor, this approach, based on the active filter is proposed in this work. This method is used in order to correct the phase between the output current and the grid voltage and to maximize the system efficiency in design and control. The functional structure of this system is presented and simulated. Detailed analysis, Simulations results of output voltage and current waveform demonstrate the contribution of this approach to determinate the suitable control of the system.
