The change in the name of the North Natuna Sea in Indonesia was protested by the Chinese government, given the abundant natural resources that made other countries especially China want to seize this region. Not only that, the North Natuna Sea is also one of the legal conflicts. The Indonesian government must increase awareness in terms of security and national defense in protecting sovereignty, especially in the North Natuna Sea. This study uses a normative juridical method and uses a legislative approach, a case approach, and a conceptual approach in this case literature study of library materials so that it can be called library legal research. The impact of the change in the name of the North Natuna Sea internally, the change in the map of Indonesia in the North Natuna Sea because this change can be implemented without external parties. External impact, Indonesia received recognition from other countries that the name of the Indonesian sea has changed its name. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out the accountability of business actors for offers submitted to prospective consumers and restrictions on the inclusion of standard clauses containing exenoration clauses in the offer of buying and selling houses as a legal protection effort for consumers. The results of the study indicate that the treaty law in Indonesia essentially assumes that brochures have binding legal force. This binding strength is based on the fact that the brochure is a binding form of supply as specified in the Consumer Protection Act which is based on the principle of good faith at the pre-contractual stage. Judging from the freedom of contract the standard agreement with an exoneration clause does not meet the subjective and objective requirements as specified in Article 1320 BW, thus the exoneration clause stated by the business actor in the brochure as a bidding instrument does not have binding power. Provisions for transferring accountability, actions in the form of business actors are not responsible for changes in specifications contained in brochures violating Article 18 paragraph (1) letters a, c, and d of Consumer Protection Act. In sustaining the economy of consumers occupy an important position, but ironically as one of the economic actors are very weak position of the consumer in terms of legal protection. However, because the funds used as credit facilities are public funds, then giving credit must be in accordance with the precautionary principle. One of the application of the precautionary principle is to make a credit contract. Credit contract are not only carried out by banks with companies, but also between banks and individual debitor. If an individual debitor is married and does not have a marriage agreement, the husband and wife are generally involved in a credit contract. This is done in addition to guaranteeing loan repayments, also related to guarantees that are generally in the form of property. Basically marriage ties still have the potential to be canceled. So that there will be legal consequences when the marriage is canceled. Can legislation on treaty ratification An overview held back, and how the legal consequences if there is a decision on the revocation of laws on ratification of the treaty in Indonesia. In order to solve these problems need to be supported by the research in the form of legal material. Research obtained through library research (library research) in libraries. From this legal research to achieve results that provide answers to existing problems, namely that the Constitutional Court only had authority to examine the material legislation and ratification of international agreements is not authorized to cancel the treaty. And the cancellation of a law the ratification of international treaties have no direct correlation to the bond Indonesia against international agreements canceled. Thus the State can withdraw from its attachment to an international agreement if the agreement is contrary to the destination country. The advantages of this system are the main reference for community of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. (BMI) Branch Pekanbaru in developing the mudarabah financing. In the profit-sharing system, the ratio is determined at the time of making the contract based on the possibility of profit and loss. Data are collected by using interview to the informants in BMI. The collected data are analyzed in inductive method. The results show that the mudarabah financing in BMI Branch Pekanbaru does not fully apply the profit and loss sharing, but rather the revenue sharing. It means that the profit sharing is still based on the assumPT.ion of revenue. It can be illustrated that the bank can assume that someone can produce profits in a certain amount each month. This financing requires valuedly material and immaterial supports to anticipate moral hazard. The losses of mudarabah financing are fully borne by the owners of capital of BMI. Fund providers endure all the losses due to mudarabah. The research is a socio-legal study by using primary, secondary and tertiary data sources. The data are collected through observation, interview and documentation. The results of the research show that firstly, rescheduling the murabaha bill in Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah (BRIS), Pekanbaru City branch is to make a new contract of the rescheduling, while the previous contract is declared null and void. Secondly, in fact, BRIS Pekanbaru City branch does not fully apply the provision that the amount of Murabaha bill can not be increased. In practice, BRIS only calculates the amount of months that become the customer’s responsibility by reducing the amount of installments, and does not calculate the amount of Murabaha remaining bill before rescheduling. Thirdly, if the party does not fulfill his/her obligations or if there is a dispute between the parties, the dispute will be settled through mutual consultation, the National Sharia Arbitration Board and  the Religious Courts. The use of the term disability have consequences on the paradigm shift that affects the approach to empowering people with disabilities. The research is normative juridist. The data obtained from primary legal materials, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The analysis is conducted qualitatively. Basing on the analysis concludes that the regulation of persons with disabilities in the legislation is very important. In addition because Indonesia is a country that has the goal of achieving prosperity, Indonesia also has an obligation to implement the convention on disability, other than the reality shows that the number of persons with disabilities each year is increasing. The research constitutes a normatively legal research. The used approach is the conceptual and statute approaches. The result of the research shows that postponing the administrative decision implementation makes applicable power of the sued administrative decision suspended temporarily; postponing the administrative decision implementation makes legal circumstances back to the first position, prior to the administrative decision disputed; and postponing the administrative decision implementation restricts to apply the principle of the legal presumption. Due to the influence of the postponement stipulation of the administrative decision implementation, it is necessary to put philosophically and theoretically and juridically legal reasons on the judge decision. The public interest reason is not required, because the administrative decision on the public interest has not become the State Administrative Court authority since the first time.
