In Indonesia, this method is known as PJJ (distance learning). Online-based learning is a must for students and teachers to keep the learning process going. While on the other hand, there are still many students and parents who are not fully able to use smartphones and laptops to the fullest. In order for online learning to be carried out, smartphones and laptops must be supported by an internet network, while in areas students still complain that signals are difficult to obtain, this is due to the uneven distribution of infrastructure for Internet Network. With the long distance between students and teachers, online-based learning methods have implications in producing purity in the assessment of learning outcomes. This study uses qualitative methods, the data sources will be generated through observation, interviews and information from print and electronic media. The purpose of this study is to provide input on the problems of online-based learning. This study aims to determine the ideal PAI teacher from the perspective of KH Ahmad Rifai, a national hero from Kendal, Central Java, especially in one of his works, the book Takhyirah Mukhtashar. The scope of this research is KH Ahmad Rifa'i's thoughts about the criteria and requirements for a person to become a teacher. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative research method with literature study, namely by looking for data about his thoughts that explain the teacher in his books, especially the Takhyirah Mukhtashar book and relate it to the current digital era. The results of this study are that KH Ahmad Rifai has a standard formula that there are two absolute requirements for a person to become a teacher, namely being pious or knowledgeable, meaning knowing about Islamic law as well as possible and being fair or having integrity, namely never committing major sins or doing small sins regularly. . This kahoot game application emphasizes learning styles that involve the role of student learning activities through competitive participation with their peers in the learning they are studying and learning. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The method of data collection is observation with observation sheets and documentation. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative. The results of data analysis showed that the percentage of student learning activities before using the Kahoot game in PAI learning. Especially for a leader so that his leadership is able to bring prosperity to his people and peace to his country. Surah An-nisa Verses 56 to 59 can be a reference for a leader in the one he leads. The purpose of this study is to determine the obligations of leaders and the people contained in the letter An- Nisa verses 58-59, as well as recommendations to apply them in the life of society and state. The methodology of this study is descriptive qualitative with literature research (literature) which is compiled using the concepts of Tafsir Tahlili, Tafsir Maudhu'I, and Interpretive. The results showed that the leader's obligation to the people was divided into five aspects, namely; responsibility, sacrifice, hard work, service, and exemplary. Meanwhile, the people's obligations to the leader are divided into five aspects, namely; sincere and praying, respecting and glorifying, listening and obeying, delivering advice and reminding, defending and helping.
