Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan kausal antar variabel resiliensi, kesyukuran, dan jenis kelamin terhadap kepuasan hidup pada siswa penyintas gempa dan likuifaksi serta pandemic covid-19 pasca kejadian tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di kabupaten Sigi Propinsi Sulawesi Tengah yang berjumlah 263 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah RYDM untuk resiliensi, GQ-6 untuk kesyukuran, dan SWLS untuk kepuasan hidup.Data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan kausal antara resiliensi terhadap kepuasan hidup; kesyukuran terhadap kepuasan hidup; resiliensi terhadap kesyukuran; dan khusus jenis kelamin telah didiskusikan di dalam artikel ini, karena ada perbedaan hasil ketika dilakukan uji terpisah dan dilakukan uji bersama variabel lain. Analisis Anova yang dilakukan menunjukkan koefisien korelasi yang signifikan, di mana resiliensi, kesyukuran dan jenis kelamin memiliki hubungan kausal terhadap kepuasan hidup siswa. Rekomendasi penelitian, hendaknya peneliti lain melakukan penelitian dengan memberikan treatmen tertentu untuk menguatkan kemampuan resiliensi dan kesyukuran pada siswa yang masih memiliki kesejahteraan rendah; mengkaitkan dengan variabel lain seperti menelaah perbedaan gender dengan memasukkan variabel psikologi indigenous persepsi siswa dalam memaknai kepuasan hidup untuk menjawab pro kontra hasil penelitian terkait gender. This type of research is descriptive research. The population of this study were 334 public junior high school teachers in the city of Sungaipuh with PNS status. Sampling was carried out using a stratified proportional random sampling technique. The size of the sample was obtained by 98 people. The instrument used to collect data in this study was a Likert scale model questionnaire, the data was processed using the mean and percentage formulas. The results showed that the leadership of school principals in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic was seen based on indicators: (a) influencing teachers was in the moderate category (77.31%); (b) moving teachers is in the medium category (78.95%); (c) directing teachers to be in the medium category (75.81%); (d) motivating teachers in the high category (83.79%); and (e) guiding teachers in the moderate category (73.86%). Most EFL teachers in Indonesian formal schools developed their formative assessment according to their own perception, whereas several studies had proven that formative assessment should be designed based on students’ perception. The aim of this study is to describe the students’ perception of formative assessment practices in EFL class, which use the formative assessment cycle as the conceptual model. The research design in this study is survey design. The subject of this study is 11th grader students in State High School 8, Malang, Indonesia. The study is held throughout the English subject in the odd semester of 2022/2023 school year. The data analysis techniques used is descriptive quantitative. The quantitative data distribution of five dimensions of formative assessment shows that all of the subject percept every indicator positively. This is due to a number of reasons, such as in social science learning activities at the basic education level only using teacher-centered expository learning strategies. In addition, the teacher is not right in selecting, sorting, and implementing learning strategies. The lack of variety in learning methods increasingly makes students less/less versed in the subject matter. In the end, with fewer/not mastering students in social science subjects, the learning outcomes/grades are poor. The research method used is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study in the form of implementing learning strategies in learning activities in the field of social science are generally divided into three steps, namely planning; time, sequence of learning activities, methods, media/learning materials, implementation; preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities and follow-up and end with evaluation; test and non-test. The smooth implementation of education in schools is heavily reliant on the operation of school administration. Management activities, in addition to the principal's leadership in achieving quality schools, are the principal's primary responsibility. A number of dominant factors influence performance appraisal ineffectiveness, including a lack of management commitment to conducting performance appraisal in a systematic manner, performance appraisal methods that are not yet performance-based poor follow-up. Improving teacher quality was discovered to be one of the teacher’s performance evaluation feedbacks that was not running effectively. This is influenced by a number of factors, including uneven awareness of improving teaching discipline, performance appraisal results that are not optimal as a reference in improving teacher quality, reliance on outside institutional assessment programs, a lack of follow-up on the results of upgrading or training attended, and a lack of empowerment to the fullest improvement or development forum in schools. This study aims to analyze the mediating effect of OCB in influencing spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence on employee performance. This study uses an explanatory research approach with data collection carried out simultaneously in one stage  or cross-sectionally through a questionnaire.The population used in this study were all employees of the Regional Inspectorate of Maluku Province as many as 85 people. The method of determining  sample is full sampling. Data were analyzed by path analysis that modified form of regression analysis in which the independent variables studied not only directly affect the dependent variable, but it can also affect these variables indirectly. These changes present themselves in a variety of different ways. This state is reasonably frequent among students, mainly when supporting causes of pressure are present. Some examples of these circumstances include living away from parents, shifting patterns of academic interactions from high school, differing academic expectations, and socio-cultural shifts. Moving beyond the theoretical foundation, empirical investigations, and phenomena in the area, there is a need for in-depth research and studies about attempts to identify models that alleviate the academic stress experienced by students. The Solution Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC) technique combined with the internet, and online media is one of these approaches. The goal of this research was to determine whether or not the SFBC method combined with the model of distant counseling might successfully alleviate the academic stress experienced by first-year students. The number of participants in this research was cut down to five college students to meet the research requirements. The design and analysis of the research adhere to the premise of using a single-subject experimental design combined with visual analysis. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research respondents were 185 students from PGRI Palembang University. Analysis techniques using variance-based structural equation models (SEM) SmartPLS. The results of the study indicate that the quality of service has a significant direct effect on reputation, not a significant direct effect on student loyalty. Institutional reputation has a very significant direct effect on loyalty. Student service quality has a significant indirect effect on student loyalty through the reputation of the institution, this implies that the reputation of the institution carries an influence relationship (antecedents) between service quality variables on student loyalty. This type of research is R&D (Research & Development) and uses the ADDIE analysis model, with design and development steps (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation and (5) Evaluation. The results of the analysis of the validity test by the validator were obtained at 85.23%, it can be interpreted as valid to use. Analysis of the practicality test was obtained at 95.18%, so it can be interpreted as very practical to use. The results of the analysis of the overall effectiveness test were obtained at 90.72%, so that the level of effectiveness can be interpreted as very effective in use.
