Kinerja desain pada bangunan hijau dipengaruhi oleh konsistensi pelaku utama pembangunan yakni pemerintah, perencana, perancang/arsitek, dan masyarakat pengguna. Komitmen mempertahankan desain hijau dapat berjalan berkesinambungan manakala terbentuk pola hubungan peran dan desain yang saling mendukung. Penelitian bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan desain dengan peran masyarakat untuk keberlanjutan bangunan hijau. Lokasi penelitian merupakan representasi karakter kota di Indonesia, yakni Kota Surakarta. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan induktif melalui survei lapangan. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui pengamatan lapangan, wawancara dan kuisioner dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara peran masyarakat dengan keberlanjutan desain bangunan hijau, dimana terdapat respon yang berbeda pada desain yang mengakomodasi peran masyarakat dan adanya kontribusi yang berbeda dari tingkat ekonomi masyarakat untuk mendukung keberlanjutan desain hijau. Kata kunci : Desain; Peran Masyarakat; Keberlanjutan; Bangunan Hijau Abstract _The concept of energy-conscious architecture considers the efficiency and conservation of natural resources in the design process, including the implementation of green buildings. Design performance in green buildings is influenced by the consistency of the main actors of development, namely the government, planners, designers/architects, and the user community. Commitment to maintaining a green design can run continuously when a role and design relationship pattern is formed that supports each other. The research aimed to identify design relationships with the role of the community for the sustainability of green buildings. The research location was a representation of the character of cities in Indonesia, namely the City of Surakarta. The study used qualitative methods with an inductive approach through field surveys. Data collection was obtained through field observations, interviews and questionnaires with purposive sampling technique. The results of the research indicated that there was a relationship between the role of the community and the sustainability of green building design, where there were different responses to the design that accommodate the role of the community and the existence of different contributions from the economic level of the community to support the sustainability of the green design. Due to the high density of the urban settlement, the condition of the elderly living unit that located in the middle of settlement area is questioned. Under the condition of lack of space, actually two questions are appeared. First question is “how do the elderly residents use the space for their daily life?”. Moreover, the second question is about “is the room as well the home environment good enough for supporting the elderly daily activities and maintaining their health?” These questions are actually directing to necessary of examining the vulnerability the elderly in their own home. This study was carried out through conducting field observation and doing the individual interview in two neighborhoods located at the city center of Yogyakarta City. By interviewing the elderly residents this study identified the room or spaces that most frequently used the senior residents during their lives inside their own home. The identification then proceeds in to the assessment of the space condition especially related to the natural lighting and ventilation. This study found that in urban settlement with high density and aging population, there was subtle vulnerability existed in the spaces within the elderly’s home that most frequently used. This vulnerability was sourced at the conditions of natural lighting and fresh air ventilation that performed by the home environment properties. These physical aspects of the space considered significant since the resident houses were in very limited urban spaces. Akan tetapi munculnya masjid-masjid kecil yang sangat mirip dengan arsitektur fasad Masjid Raya Makassar menimbulkan pertanyaan permasalahan adanya keterpengaruhan masjid kecil oleh Masjid Raya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fasad Masjid Raya dan masjid kecil di Makassar, mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen fasad masjid kecil yang dipengaruhi oleh fasad Masjid Raya dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas Masjid Raya dan 4 (empat) masjid kecil di Makassar yaitu, Masjid Jendral Sudirman, Masjid Pondok Pesantren Nahdatul Qurra’a Walhuffadz, Masjid Shihatul Iman dan Masjid Lantja Abduh Massi yang dipilih secara teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Masjid kecil yang ada di Makassar yang dianggap mirip dengan Masjid Raya Makassar dipengaruhi oleh Masjid tersebut, berdasarkan Elemen fasad menurut Utami, dkk (2013), Perlengkapan visual bentuk menurut Ching (1996) dan Utami, dkk (2014). Keterpengaruhan masjid kecil dipengaruhi oleh hasil desain Arsiteknya, keinginan pengurus, dan masukan dari bebrapa jamaah. Kemiripan Masjid-masjid yang diteliti terletak pada bentuk lengkungan pada gerbang-gerbang Masjid, penggunaan kolom-kolom besar, atap plat, bentuk yang simetris dan mudah dibentuk sesuai dengan ukuran lahan, bentuk kubah yang berasal dari satu pabrik, ornamen dan irama yang mirip dengan Masjid Raya Makassar. Kata Kunci : Pengaruh Fasad; Masjid Raya; Masjid Kecil di Makassar. Abstract _ Small mosques in Makassar have a variety of architectures on the facade. However, the appearance of small mosques that are very similar to Makassar Raya Mosque’s facade, it occurs the question of the existence of the small mosque influenced by Raya mosque. This study aimed to describe the facade of Raya Mosque, and the small mosques in Makassar, to identify the facade elements of the small mosques that influenced by Raya Mosque’s facade and to explain the influencing factors. The research used a descriptive method with a qualitative and quantitative data. The research sample consisted of Raya Mosque and 4 small mosques in Makassar were Jendral Sudirman Mosque, Pondok Pesantren Nahdatul Qurra’a Walhuffad Mosque, Shihatul Iman Mosque and Lantja Abduh Massi Mosque which selected by purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the small mosques in Makassar which considered similar to Makassar Raya Mosque indeed influenced by that mosque, based on facade elements according to Utami et al (2013), Visual equipment form according to Ching and Utami et al (2014). Pemikiran para filosof tersebut, menjelaskan bagaimana memahami manusia sebagai pengguna produk arsitektur. Berbagai pemikiran tersebut kemudian diterjemahkan oleh para praktisi dan mahasiswa arsitektur ke dalam konsep perancangan yang lebih humanis. Tulisan ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan pemikiran salah satu filosof yang berkontribusi pada perkembangan teori arsitektur, yaitu Luce Irigaray. Pemikiran Irigaray mengenai feminisme akan dijelaskan bagaimana relevansinya terhadap konsep desain arsitektur. Tulisan ini disusun dengan metode kajian literatur dengan mengkaji dua pemikiran Irigaray yaitu mengenai konsep fluiditas dan persepsi melalui sentuhan. Adapun hasil kajian dari kedua konsep hasil pemikiran Irigaray, yaitu fluiditas dan persepsi melalui sentuhan, keduanya menjelaskan bagaimana perbedaan gender dalam suatu ruang menentukan bentukan dari suatu produk arsitektur. Apabila arsitek telah dapat mewadahi perbedaan kebutuhan antar gender, maka karya tersebut telah mengakui kedua gender sebagai subyek yang diwadahi dalam suatu produk arsitektural, bukanlah lagi sebagai objek. Sehingga tercipta suatu karya arsitektur yang lebih humanis. Kata kunci: Irigaray; Feminisme; Teori Arsitektur. Abstract_ Architectural theory was born from several philosophical thoughts which discussed the relationship between humans and space. The thought of the philosophers explained how to understand humans as users of architectural products. These various thoughts were then translated by architectural practitioners and students into more humanistic design concepts. This paper aims to describe the thoughts of one of the philosophers who contributed to the development of architectural theory, Luce Irigaray. Irigaray thinking about feminism will explain how relevant it is to architectural design concepts. This paper is compiled with a literature review method by examining two irrational thoughts, the concept of fluidity and perception through touch. The results of the study of the two concepts of Irigaray's thinking, fluidity and perception through touch, both explain how gender differences in a space determine the formation of an architectural product. If the architect has been able to accommodate differences in needs between genders, then the work has recognized the two genders as subjects that are contained in an architectural product, no longer as objects. Thus creating a more humanistic architectural work. Analisis bertujuan menentukan detail struktur yang tepat untuk bangunan tersebut dengan program SAP2000 v.14. Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif karena menentukan dimensi struktur. Adapun penelitian bersifat komparatif. Struktur penopang cantilevered slab diberi dua alternatif, yaitu model 1 dan model 2. Terhadap beban-beban nongempa, model 1 lebih stabil sebesar 3,2%-10,39% dari model 2. Terhadap beban-beban gempa, model 1 cenderung lebih stabil dengan selisih efisiensi terbesar 37,7%-45,4% pada beban gempa respon spektrum. Adapun tulangan kolom menggunakan tulangan utama D20 dan tulangan pengikat D12; balok menggunakan tulangan utama D25 dan tulangan pengikat D12; pelat lantai dan basement menggunakan tulangan D10; dan shear wall menggunakan tulangan D16 (arah 11) dan D20 (arah 22). Struktur penopang model 1 menggunakan tulangan yang sama dengan shear wall dan model 2 menggunakan tulangan yang sama dengan kolom. Jumlah tulangan utama dan jarak antartulangan beragam sesuai dimensi penampang elemen struktur. Kata kunci : Beton Bertulang; Rental Office ; Rigid Frame; Kantilever; Detail Penulangan. Perancangan dengan pendekatan iklim dan konsep green building berpengaruh terhadap konservasi energi terutama energi listrik. Menara Suara Merdeka merupakan perkantoran green building pertama di kota Semarang. Dalam proses pembangunan green building, diperlukan ahli yang berpengalaman merencanakan, membangun, dan merawat bangunan. Melihat beberapa fakta tersebut, perlu diadakan penelitian mengenai penerapan Green Building di Gedung Menara Suara Merdeka. Tujuan penelitian ini berguna untuk mengetahui sejauh mana konsep Green Building diimplementasikan dalam bangunan, dan memberi rekomendasi apabila ada aspek green building yang belum terpenuhi. Optimalisasi penerapan Green building jika bernilai kuat dapat dijadikan referensi selanjutnya pembangunan gedung perkantoran berkonsep Green Building di Indonesia. Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif rasionalistik. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemilik bangunan memiliki komitmen kuat dalam mewujudkan bangunan ramah lingkungan. Hal ini didukung dengan arsitek, dan kontraktor yang berpengalaman dalam mewujudkan green building. Pengguna gedung berperan dalam perilaku hijau yang mendukung penghematan penggunaan energi. Penerapan Green Building yaitu: gedung parkir hemat energi, fasad serta tata bangunan yang menyesuaikan keadaan iklim, AC Variable Refrigerant Volume, pemanfaatan air limbah daur ulang, perlengkapan sanitair hemat air, peningkatan produktifitas kinerja, dan konstruksi berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: Green building; Menara Suara Merdeka; konservasi energi Abstract_ An appropriate building design can reduce both in environmental damage and energy consumption during the construction process and even the building is doing operationally. The design with a climate approach and the concept of green building has an effect on energy conservation, especially electricity. Suara Merdeka Tower is the first green building office in Semarang city. In the process of establishing green buildings, needs experts who experienced in planning, building and maintaining buildings. From some of these facts, it is necessary to conduct a research toward the application of Green Building in the Suara Merdeka Tower Building. The purpose of this study is to find how far the Green Building concept is implemented in buildings, and to provide recommendations if there are aspects of green building that have not been fulfilled. Optimizing the application of Green building; if has strong value, it can be used as a next reference in establishing the office building with the Green building concept in Indonesia. The Research method was a rationalistic qualitative approach. The results of the study showed that building owners have a strong commitment to realizing environmentally friendly buildings. Jalan Sulawesi merupakan salah satu Kawasan pecinan di Kota Makassar. Aktivitas Perdagangan mendominasi kawasan tersebut. Adanya Pergerseran Bentuk fasade dari pecinan ke modern. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Fungsi dan fasad pecinan yang masih terlihat pada bangunan di kawasan jalan Sulawesi. Metode Survey dan dokumentasi yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi Fungsi dan Fasade Pecinan. Hasil Survey data kemuadian dianalisis dengan mengunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang disajikan dalam bentuk gambar berdasarkan zona. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Sebagian besar fungsi yang berada pada Jalan Sulawesi adalah Toko bahan bangunan dan Fasad Pecinan hanya namapak pada bagian kecil dari bangunan lama. This study aims to identify functions and facades of Chinatown that are still visible on the buildings in Sulawesi Street. The results of the data survey were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods presented in the form of images based on zones. The res ults of the study revealed that most of the functions located on Jalan Sulawesi were building material stores and Chinatown facades only in small sections of old buildings. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui arsitektur rumah adat Sappo Lalanan Kaluppini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan observasi atau pengamatan langsung di lapangan, sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rumah adat Sappo Lalanan merupakan rumah panggung yang terdiri dari atas tiga bagian yaitu tapan sapo (atas), kale sapo (tengah), dan awa sapo (bawah). Pada setiap area dalam rumah memiliki beberapa pantangan yang masih di wariskan secara turun-temurun Kata kunci : Sappo Lalanan; Kaluppini; Rumah Adat . Abstract _ This research is motivated by the lack of knowledge about the values of tradition that grow in society, where that value can influence the existing of architectural style in an area, especially the Kaluppini village, Enrekang District, South Sulawesi. The purpose of this research is to knowthe architecture of traditional house of SappoLalananKaluppini. This research used survey method or direct observation in the field, then collecting data in the form of pictures and interviews with local communities and traditional leaders. The results of the study show that the Sappo Lalanan traditional house is a stilt house consisting of three parts, namely sapo tapan (top), kale sapo (middle), and awa sapo (bottom).
