Since demand of new construction project increases every year, construction waste dump at landfill has also increased at an alarming rate. In this preliminary study, current construction waste situation and construction waste exchange system are studied. Representative from Institute for Environmental and Development, LESTARI and Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia (CIDB) were interviewed, and a survey has was carried out to understand contractors and developers view of construction waste management. Reliable data gathering and transmission are important in wireless sensor networks. While node redundancy in WSNs, increases the fault tolerance, no guarantees on reliability levels can be assured. Furthermore, the frequent node or other physical failures within WSNs impact the observed reliability over time and make that reliability models don’t work properly in data transmission protocols. Many frameworks for modeling reliability of data transport protocols in WSNs are currently exist but don’t satisfy the reliable data transmission. The existence of such a framework would simplify evaluation and comparison of protocols. This paper formulates the problem of data transport in a WSN as a set of operations with reliability block diagram. The operations aim at filtering the raw data to streamline its reliable transport towards the sink. The system would enable monitoring of the water quality remotely via GSM. Conventional method used by aqua farms requires technical staff to visit ponds at designated time and perform manual testing on the water quality. Consequently, the technique consumes a lot of time and effort. This research project would focus on developing a prototype that can evaluate data collected through three criteria: Dissolved oxygen level, pH level, and temperature level. ZigBee enabled RFID interrogator mesh network has been formed for tracking person or object. The paper presents investigation of different scenarios of tag movement pattern to find out the virtual path in the RFID interrogator mesh network. When transponder enters into the intersecting zone then, all the two interrogators will interrogate it at different time slot. Therefore, two tracking dataset will be independently generated containing different timestamps. However, only one interrogator and its corresponding tracking dataset shall remain in the database. The deduction of this knowledge will be based on the position of the previous and the next interrogator of these two interrogators along the track. In this case, we have created a virtual interrogator at the mid point area Y to indicate the intersecting interrogation. Many of these collections are the photo that being taken around the globe using digital camera. We know the one way of indexing and searching these digital images collections was using keyword metadata, or simply by browsing. Nowadays, content based images retrieval (CBIR) is the way to assist the system to retrieve the related images. When the users are not satisfied with their query results, the relevance feedback (RF) retrieval is one of the solutions for this problem. The user needs to use this system in multiple time in order to increase the retrieval performance. In this paper, we concentrate on relevant feedback approach based and Gustafson-Kessel (GK) clustering approach in order to evaluate the availability this procedure to adapt into tourism website for the image retrieval results using users feedback. Shifting emphasis from consumption to services and systems, and combining a consumer-led approach, means that how key players in the industry think about and interact with the future will change. This study explores these changes and examines how it is possible to open up and engage with the future differently. Prometheus methodology for agent-based simulation has been applied in this paper to develop a simulation for evacuation planning in the building. Interaction and communication during evacuation between agents through protocol and its capabilities showed that the behavior of real human can be presented in a computer simulation. Two scenarios according to evacuation condition has been applied to the system, those are leaving immediately scenario and finding an obstacle scenario. Exit sign has been modified in evacuation system became an agent which ant colony algorithm was embedded on it to determine feasible route during evacuation. This research follows the Quality of Life measurement system developed by the ldquoe-Taiwan Programrdquo, which including Quality of Life indicators and e-Life indicators. By using telephone interview, 3,563 respondents aged 15 and above were validly interviewed. Through a series of regression analysis models, we found an influence link, which starts from the cognition of Internet service, through the usage of internet service, following the satisfaction of the internet service, to the quality of life in Taiwan. Summarily, for e-Life, people have higher cognition and heavier usage show the greater satisfaction.
