This method takes second order statistics equations as restrictive conditions to construct blind separation criterion, then traditional blind separation methods are used to separate source signals through iterative optimization of genetic algorithm. In theory, not only can the coherent signals with overlapping spectrumbe separated, but the parameters of the sources such as DOA and intensity can be also estimated. Simulation demonstrates effectiveness of algorithm and separation performance.","PeriodicalId":314150,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Computer, Information and Telecommunication Systems (CITS)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114872413","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At present, most researches about VLC Medium Access Control (MAC) protocol are carried out in indoor environments, studies in inter-vehicles communication are less relatively. In this paper, we first present a Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) communication model and then propose a novel MAC protocol in VLC named OCTMAC which combines Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) with optical Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) mechanism. Then we analyze the system performance in terms of access delay and network throughput. Finally, the proposed protocol is evaluated with network simulation (NS3) to verify the theoretical analysis on a horizontal and straight road. Simulation results show that the average access delay is 2.75ms when network experiences the worst situation. Also, network throughput is improved by encoding the information with Optical Orthogonal Codes (OOCs).","PeriodicalId":314150,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Computer, Information and Telecommunication Systems (CITS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127242314","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the basic principle of Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol over IPv6 (DHCPv6), a novel scheme of address allocation and management for large-scale WSNs is presented. Address allocation scheme based on client / server was given and the message processing of the client and server were designed. At last, the simulation experiment had been operated for verifying the availability and effectiveness of our approach through OPNET Modeler. The results showed that the protocol can rapidly and efficiently support IP addresses distributing up to 450 nodes that are covered by one server node.","PeriodicalId":314150,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Computer, Information and Telecommunication Systems (CITS)","volume":"127 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116443005","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But it is difficult to select appropriate feature representation to realize fast abnormal event detection. In view of HVS's dual pulse propagation theory and computational complexity, LBP and OF are used as temporal and spatial feature representation of video in this paper. Since human understanding involves the abstraction of the high-level features from low-level features, a streamlined depth learning network, PCANet, is used to extract high-level fusion features of LBP and OF. And three fusion methods are proposed in this paper. Finally, these high-level features are used to detect abnormal events. Software-defined base station implementations have recently been able to drastically reduce the cost of hardware. However, covering the operating costs remains an issue, particularly in small communities. In this paper, we present a front end system exploiting significant idle times in a rural GSM network in order to reduce the overall power consumption of the base station, thereby reducing operating costs. The front end utilizes precisely timed switching signals from the downlink transmission of a base station. The switching signals are then used for automatic, on-demand power amplifier duty cycling at the GSM timeslot level to provide virtual coverage to subscribers. An implementation using a software-defined GSM-900 base station demonstrated potential power savings of at least 80% during idle periods. The reduced power consumption is foreseen to further lower capital and operating costs, allowing more rural communities to gain access to cellular communications.","PeriodicalId":314150,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Computer, Information and Telecommunication Systems (CITS)","volume":"51 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133672675","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It suffers from a low efficiency because of its slow convergence and a big cost of computing conspiracy numbers. However, the conspiracy number is still a promising concept for measuring the “stability”, which can be used to analyze game progress patterns. In this paper, we propose a method to analyze game progress patterns in Chinese Chess by using the single conspiracy number. We define the single conspiracy number and apply it in an alpha-beta search framework. Experiments are done on the ElephantEye program which is one of the most powerful AI engines of Chinese Chess. Experimental results show that single conspiracy number can cover the shortage of conventional heuristic values and give more information on the game progress.","PeriodicalId":314150,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Computer, Information and Telecommunication Systems (CITS)","volume":"164 7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127532247","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
