Abstract

In this paper, considering the influence of community structure and the importance of community partition methods, we propose an improved community/susceptible/infective/removed (CSIR) information propagation model. In our improved CSIR model, we use two methods, uniform-center and cluster-center to improved K-means used in CSIR model. We compare the improved CSIR model with the original CSIR model, and analyze the importance of community structure. We also show the difference between uniform-center method and cluster-center method. Then, we simulate the improved CSIR model in both BA and WS model network.
