To accomplish this, a web-app user experience, navigation data representation options, their user perception and influence on their emotions were analyzed. Also, a list of recommendations for data representation and storing inside the app alongside with ways of fetching them was composed. An application that uses vector representations of Elmo words and other characteristics for the automated formation of a decision tree has been developed. A set of prepared texts containing more than 360,000 words was used to form the decision tree and evaluate the accuracy of the algorithm. The decision tree created to determine whether a pair of objects is coreference was used to form clusters of coreference objects. In this context, the unavoidable convergence of the Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) disciplines is considered an obvious and one of the following significant challenges within the engineering process. The life cycle, models, and technologies of AI/ML elements are pretty specific, and this should be considered in software engineering to ensure their performance and compliance with business needs. AI/ML applications have some distinct characteristics compared to traditional software applications. Thus, several challenges and risk factors regarding AI/ML applications appear to software developers. To study the common challenges in AI/ML application development, we used two different perspectives: software engineering and machine learning. AI/ML applications, like other software systems, need a well-defined software engineering process for their development and maintenance. We discussed challenges and recommendations for different phases of the software development life cycle for ML applications, particularly requirement engineering, design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment. AI/ML application development has specific aspects to consider as a software development project. We discussed the characteristics and recommendations concerning problem formulation, data acquisition, preprocessing, feature extraction, model building, evaluation, model integration and deployment, model management, and ethics in AI/ML development. In the work, there were formulated recommendations for each analyzed challenge that should be useful for software developers. Yershov","doi":"10.15407/pp2022.03-04.139","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15407/pp2022.03-04.139","url":null,"abstract":"An ability to extract hidden and implicit knowledge, their integration into a knowledge base, and then retrieval of required knowledge items are important features of knowledge processing for many modern knowledge-based systems. However, the complexity of these tasks depends on the size of knowledge sources, which were used for extraction, the size of a knowledge base, which is used for the integration of extracted knowledge, as well as the size of a search space, which is used for the retrieval of required knowledge items. Therefore, in this paper, we analyzed the internal semantic dependencies of homogeneous classes of objects and how they affect the decomposition of such classes. Since all subclasses of a homogeneous class of objects form a complete lattice, we applied the methods of formal concept analysis for the knowledge extraction and retrieval within the corresponding concept lattice. We found that such an approach does not consider internal semantic dependencies within a homogeneous class of objects, consequently, it can cause inference and retrieval of formal concepts, which are semantically inconsistent within a modeled domain. We adapted the algorithm for the decomposition of homogeneous classes of objects, within such knowledge representation model as object-oriented dynamic networks, to perform dynamic knowledge extraction and retrieval, adding additional filtration parameters. As the result, the algorithm extracts knowledge via constructing only semantically consistent subclasses of homogeneous classes of objects and then filters them according to the attribute and dependency queries, retrieving knowledge. In addition, we introduced the decomposition consistency coefficient, which allows estimation of how much the algorithm can reduce the search space for knowledge extraction and improves the performance. Particularly important tasks include, first of all, the rehabilitation of patients who have recovered from COVID-19 disease and people with Combat stress reaction. This fact is well understood both by the society and the leadership of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, which is creating a special working group on this problem. Ukraine has a system of medical and prophylactic institutions designed for psychological and physical rehabilitation of military personnel; these use modern rehabilitation technologies. However, long-term rehabilitation in such centers is not available to everyone. Therefore, the use of telerehabilitation technology for patients with post-traumatic stress disorder and similar disorders in com- bination with a means of objective control of the functional state is extremely important. One of the most effective solutions in medical rehabilitation assistance is remote patient / person-centered rehabilitation. Rehabilitation also needs effective methods for the \"Physical therapist – Patient – Multidisciplinary team\" system, including the statistical processing of large volumes of data. Therefore, along with the traditional means of rehabilitation, as part of the \"Transdisciplinary intelligent information and analytical system for the rehabilitation processes support in a pandemic (TISP)\" in this paper, we introduce and define: the revised and completed basic concepts of the hybrid e-rehabilitation notion and its fundamental foundations; the formalization concept of the new Smart-system for remote support of hybrid e-rehabilitation services and activities; and the methodological foundations for the use of services (UkrVectōrēs and vHealth) of the remote Patient / Person- centered Smart-system. The field of research refers to the sphere of determining the features of trust in artificial intelligence. An alignment method is proposed at the level of semantic components of the general alignment system. The method is a component of a broader alignment system and compares entities at the level of meaningful correspondence. Moreover, only the alignment entities’ descriptive content is considered within the proposed technique. Descriptive contents can be represented by variously named id and semantic relations. The method defines a fundamental ontol- ogy and a specific alignment structure. Semantic correspondence in the form of information scope is formed from the alignment structure. In this way, an entity is formed on the side of the alignment structure, which would correspond in the best meaningful way to the entity from the ontology in terms of meaningful descriptiveness. Meaningful descriptiveness is the filling of information scope. Information scopes are formed as a final form of generalization and can consist of entities, a set of entities, and their partial union. In turn, entities are a generalization of properties that are located at a lower level of the hierarchy and, in turn, are a combination of descriptors. Descriptors are a fundamental element of generalization that represent principal content. Descriptors can define atomic content within a knowledge base and represent only a particular aspect of the content. Thus, the element of meaningfulness is not self-sufficient and can manifest as separate meaningfulness in the form of a property, as a minimal representation of the meaningfulness of an alignment. Descriptors can also supplement the content at the level of information frameworks, entities, and properties. The essence of the alignment in the form of information scope cannot be represented as a descriptor or their combination. It happens because the descriptive descriptor does not represent the content in the completed form of the correspondence unit. The minimum structure of representation of information scope is in the form of properties. This form of organization of establishing the correspondence of the semantic level of alignment allows you to structure and formalize the information content for areas with a complex form of semantic mapping. The hierarchical representation of the generalization not only allows simplifying the formalization of semantic alignment but also enables the formation of information entities with the possibility of discretization of content at the level of descriptors. In turn, descriptors can expand meaningfulness at an arbitrary level of the generalization hierarchy. This provides quantization of informational content and flexibility of the alignment system with discretization at the level of descriptors. Complex tools are proposed for Decisions Domain Knowledge analytical operation. The Benefit is no essential resource demands while keeping the basic principles to deal with deep uncertainty (uncertainties and inconsisten- cies eliciting; Decision vulnerabilities searching instead prediction; threats resilience priority over effectiveness). EAM DMDU enables Deliberative multi-staged Process for Adaptive Decision forming aimed at expected future conflict situation solving. The Process stages are: Problem situation Analysis, Impact on Problem Situation Goal Proposition, Goal proposals Assessment; Efforts for Goal achieving Proposals; Effort Proposals Assessment; reference Proposal option Selection and Decision adaptations accordingly to Decision Frame changes Recommendation. Knowledge operation is enabled with the procedures such as: formal analysis, individual expert assessment, Decision elements deliberative forming. EAM DMDU common information space of is based on Domain Ontology and ensures equal participants’ awareness, expert judgments with their arguments constructive representation and knowledge reuse. Expert-analytical Selection of Proposals uses their Perspectivity Model. It is a sub-goals hierarchy to achieve the goal being formed over previous Process stages. Hierarchy knot is represented with ontologically formalized definition for State of the Art corresponding sub-goal achievement. Leaf node depicts State of the Art with explicit expert Estimates of Certainty factor (from the Stanford model) being provided concerning its implementation through Decision element Proposal being assessed. The Estimate’s arguments are elements of information space used by expert. Under incomplete certainty of element expert provides its boundary values and State of the Art estimates both pessimistic and optimistic. Perspectivity Model contains also conditions for goal achievement violation being caused with environmental threats. Procedures for Estimates formal integration up to Model provide extreme estimates of Proposals Perspectivity and Robustness regarding current uncertainty. Under unsatisfactory properties of integrated Estimates their deliberative adjustment is carried out using Uncertainty Map and arguments provided. The final reference Decision contains selected Goal-Means option and guides to adapt it when decision frame changes. Texts are parsed, keywords and extra features of questions are marked, and sentences in text with the most relevant information to question are defined. Proposed approach is applied to Cyrillic and Latin languages. Case study illustrates how to obtain answers to questions about Bulgarian fairytale that is represented on different languages (Bulgarian and English). Evaluation of the proposed approach is introduced. Description of the software architecture and source code of the corresponding software system are represented. In the V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of NAS of Ukraine, Concern \"BaltRobotics\" (Ukraine-Poland), NTU of Ukraine \"Igor Sikorsky KPI\" study of the possibility of theoretical development, research and practical implementation of methods and tools that make up the information technology of research design (informational, mathematical, algorithmic, software, technical, organizational support) of robots intended for reconnaissance and neutralization of TEE in a number of environment. For the classifying waves, mathematical models of the propagation of both running and standing waves in the sea area were obtained and solved. The structure of the information storage of the situation center has been developed. In order to create a database wave classification and mathematical and computer modeling were carried out. The deterministic process of sound propagation in a flat waveguide in the homogeneous mode is considered. Special boundary value problems and Cauchy problems are solved for the two-dimensional wave equation and, accordingly, for the Helmholtz equation. Calculation formulas for sound pressure and corresponding to its velocities are obtained in an analytical closed form. Cryptocurrencies and tokens are becoming an integral part of a person’s daily life. One of the main and, at the same time, the most difficult task for each project is the creation of a self-governing token economy. The violation of properties, such as equilibrium and decentralization, can result in the failure of a project and financial losses. Using the math and formal methods is a simple and efficient way to create self-sustainable token economies right at the stage of MVP development. Despite the rapid development of tokenomics, its popularity, and the rapid pace of implementing blockchain technology in various business areas, only a small number of works have examined formal models of tokenomics. In this study, we present an algebraic approach to analyzing the properties of tokenomics. The algebraic modeling approach is implemented within the framework of the Insertion Modeling System (IMS) that was developed at the Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine under the guidance of an Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Professor A.A. Letichevsky. The algebraic modeling methods prove the properties of safety and liveness. Insertion modeling is an approach for modeling complex distributed systems, which is based on the theory of interaction between agents and environments. The modeling algorithm is based on the historical data of exchange trading and the liquidity of tokens - which allows us to make accurate predictions and show possible outcomes. The interaction of tokenomics agents and their behavior, represented by the equations of behavioral algebra, is considered. The use of the algebraic approach to tokenomics development for the Internet of Things is considered, and the formal representations and methods of property analysis are presented.
