The objectives of this research relate to a warning about how the media content influences the political environment on the KRG satellite Channels. For this reason, this research depends on the survey methodology, a survey to find out the opinions of expertise and employees in the news Kurdish satellite channel in the Kurdistan Region-Iraq, duration from February, 1st till August 1st, 2022. The conclusion of the research shows that more than half of journalists relate to the ideological and parties owner of the news channels in the Kurdistan Region-Iraq. On the other hand, the researchers come to the conclusion that the political environment affected the media contents. At the same time, besides the demography of the research, there are no differences in measurements that will reveal the positive direction. {"title":"تحلیل الکفاءة الانتاجية والاقتصادية لنظم انتاج محصول الخيار في محافظة السلیمانیة للموسم الزراعي (2021_2022)","authors":"Nigar Jebar Aziz, Khalid Mohammad Huseen","doi":"10.21928/juhd.v9n4y2023.pp12-22","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21928/juhd.v9n4y2023.pp12-22","url":null,"abstract":"يسعى الدراسة الى تحليل الكفاءة الانتاجية والاقتصادية لمحصول الخيار وتقييم نظم الانتاج الثلاث (نظام المكشوف –الزراعة التقليدية، الزراعة بنظام البيوت البلاستيكية ، نظام الزراعة بالانفاق البلاستيكية) المختلفة اقتصاديا في محافظة السليمانية . وذلك باستخدام بيانات اولية (مباشرة) تم تجميعها لعينة من مزارعي (منتجي) محصول الخيار في النظم الثلاثة في الموسم الزراعي 2021-2022. توصلت الدراسة الى تحديد العناصر الانتاجية الاكثر اهمية والاكثر تاثيرا بانتاج محصول الخيار المنتج بنظم الانتاج الثلاثة وهما كل من السماد العضوي والسماد النتروجيني ، وقد تم تقدير دالة الاستجابة المحصولية المقدرة واشتقاق دالة منحى الناتج المماثل وخط منحى التوليفات الاقل تكلفة . وجد الانتاج الفعلي لمحصول الخيارفي محافظة السليمانية يتم في مرحلة الانتاج الاولي مرحلة (غير اقتصادية) في النظم الثلاثة حيث بلغ حوالي 16 طن للدونم في حالة الزراعة المكشوفة ونحو(40 طن للدونم) في نظام الزراعة بالبيوت البلاستيكية ونحو(24 طن للدونم) في حالة نظام الزراعة بطريقة الانفاق.قدر صافي العائد المتحقق للطن حوالي (9934 الف دينار) في نظام الزراعة بالبيوت البلاستيكية ثم ياتي الانتاج في نظام الانفاق بصافي عائد للطن حوالي (3511 الف دينار) وجاء مستوى الكفاءة الاقتصادية لمحصول الخيار في نظام الزراعة المكشوفة اقل بالمقارنة بالنظامين السابقين حيث قدر عائد الطن من محصول الخيار بحوالي (1231 الف دينار) فقط . توصي الدراسة بالاستخدام الامثل للكميات المثلى الاقتصادية من عنصري الانتاج السماد العضوي والسماد النتروجيني كونهما من العناصر الفعالة لزيادة الانتاج لمحصول الخيار في النظم الثلاثة ، وذلك من خلال زيادة كفاءة استخدامهما بهدف الوصول الى الحجم الاقتصادي وتقليل الخسارة التي يتكبدها المزارع بسبب الانتاج بمرحلة غير اقتصادية ( المرحلة الاولى ) .","PeriodicalId":313826,"journal":{"name":"Journal of University of Human Development","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-09-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136072746","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

{"title":"التكامل بين تقنيتي سلسلة القيمة والتكلفة المستهدفة وأثره في تخفيض التكاليف","authors":"Othman Abdulqader Hama Amin, Tara Hama Rahim","doi":"10.21928/juhd.v9n3y2023.pp168-186","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21928/juhd.v9n3y2023.pp168-186","url":null,"abstract":" يهدف هذا البحث الى بيان أثر التكامل بين تقنيتي سلسلة القيمة وتكلفة المستهدفة في تخفيض التكاليف في الشركات الصناعية العاملة في إقليم كوردستان العراق، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث والاجابة على تساؤلاته اعتمد البحث على الاستبانة كأداة للبحث وقد وزعت على فئتين كعينة البحث، الأولى شملت المعنيين في الشركات الصناعية والثانية الأكاديميين في الجامعات والمعاهد (الحكومية والأهلية).فبالنسبة للشركات الصناعية تم اختيار (8) شركة من الشركات ذات الطبيعة المختلفة وفي مجالات صناعية مختلفة و(10) جامعات ومعاهد الحكومية والأهلية كعينة البحث وتم توزيع (199) استبانة على افراد عينة البحث منها (114) إستبانة على الشركات الصناعية (95) عن طريق استمارة الأستبيان و(19) عن طريق كوكل فورم وتم استرجاع (103) أما بالنسبة للأكاديميين فقد تم توزيع (85) بواسطة (Google Forms) التي تمثل نسبة (100%) من استمارات المستردة وصالحة للتحليل.تم تفريغ وتحليل بيانات الإستبانة من خلال برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Amos V.24) و(SPSS V.24) وبرنامج مايكروسوفت أكسل (Microsoft Excel). توصلت البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها وجود علاقه ارتباط معنويه موجبة من التلازم بين متغير تقنية سلسلة القيمة ومتغير تقنية التكلفة المستهدفة. اكدت النتائج بأن تكامل العلاقة بين تقنية سلسلة القيمة وتقنية التكلفة المستهدفة له تأثير ايجابي في تخفيض التكاليف بنسبة معقولة اي ان التغيرات التي تحدث في تخفيض التكاليف تعود الى تكامل العلاقة بين تقنية سلسلة القيمة وتقنية التكلفة المستهدفة بهذه النسبة في الشركات الصناعية باقليم كوردستان العراق.وتوصى الباحثة بضرورة الشركات الصناعية في إقليم كوردستان العراق إلى مواكبة التطور التكنولوجي السريع في بيئة التصنيع الحديثة ومواجهة المنافسة الشديدة التي تميز الأسواق من خلال توفير المنتجات التي تلبي احتياجات الزبائن بسرعة وبأقل تكلفة وبجودة عالية.","PeriodicalId":313826,"journal":{"name":"Journal of University of Human Development","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123809449","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Political discourse is a common form of public discourse. In the SFG, Halliday identified the ideational and interpersonal grammatical metaphor. This study pertains to the study of Systemic Functional Grammar in that it studies the linguistic metaphors in the political speeches of Mala Bakhtyar and Abul Latif. The two figures are representing two opposing ideologies and they promote different types of religious and political ideologies. The authors utilized a mixed-methods strategy using Halliday's grammatical metaphor to assemble the findings. In the paper, the following research objectives are addressed: The most frequent form of nominalized processes and mood grammatical metaphor in the political public speeches in CK, in the political discourse in Central Kurdish are focused. Second, the expression of reality through ideational grammatical metaphor is investigated. And lastly, the convey of interpersonal meaning in interpersonal grammatical metaphor in the speeches by the political figures is examined. Overall, 133 distinct nominalized processes were identified during the speeches. Four of the six distinct nominalized types of processes were used. The total number of nominalized material process selections is 65, (48.8%) of the total, with verbal process types accounting for 58 events, (43.6%) of the total, and mental process types accounting for only 9 selections, (6.7%). Only one behavioral type was used, accounting for 0.75%. There are no other nominalized process types. And 53 instances of mood grammatical metaphor were drawn. Adopting a deductive thematic analysis approach, the collected data from semi-structured interviews were analyzed. The findings indicate that special attention should be paid to both internal and external factors in order for Kurdish-English bilinguals to reach high level of proficiency in both languages. External factors of richness of input, input quantity, language output, and socioeconomic status are crucial for fostering morphosyntactic and lexical skills in Kurdish and English. Moreover, the bilingual learners stated that conducting mathematical and logical problem-solving activities frequently and having high level of language learning aptitude are important predictors of rapid development of bilingual language abilities. In terms of age effects, the bilingual adolescents conveyed that having younger age and earlier start to Kurdish and English learning always lead to better morphosyntactic and lexical outcomes in both languages. To the best of our knowledge, the current study is the first to explore the role of individual difference factors in bilingual development among highly proficient Kurdish-English bilinguals.
