However, such systems may not be suitable for personal music management, because manually labeling music based on individually-defined genres can be labor intensive and subject to inconsistence from time to time. This work studies an unsupervised paradigm for music genre classification. It is aimed to partition a collection of unknown music recordings into several clusters such that each cluster contains recordings in only one genre, and different clusters represent different genres. This enables users to organize their personal music database without needing specific knowledge about genre. We investigate how to measure the genre similarities between music recordings and estimate the genre population size of a music collection. The concept of image similarity may be defined in many ways: from a pure visual level, where we seek identical images, to a semantic level related with human perception the image. In our research we address the first approach, we explore topics of image matching (image alignment), however in terms of image fragments. The goal of image fragment matching is to find similar parts of two images, without a given model of particular objects present on images. It is also assumed that the number of similar objects (image fragments) is not known. In this paper we present a novel method for image fragment matching. It uses two ellipse pairs as an elementary object for image geometry reconstruction. The method is an extension of the previously proposed approach based on triangles. We have decided to replace triangles with a different geometrical structure to reduce computational complexity from O(n^3) to O(n^2), where n is the number of coherent key regions. The method can be useful in aiding to adopt a particular lesson plan for actual instruction, instead of adopting a lesson plan of unknown educational impact. Two limited knowledge areas are chosen from computer science and mathematics and our evaluation is done with human volunteers who have knowledge and (some) work experience with the tested knowledge areas. In this paper, we develop a simple model for oblique reconstruction by a viewport translation technique with the Visualization Toolkit Library (VTK). This technique allows a user to analyze inner anatomic structures in any oblique slice. The user can adjust the oblique plane of interest by rotating it up to 180 degrees as desired. With the concept of the proposed technique, we generate the oblique multi-planar reformation by rotating only the axial plane of interest and then generating the new oblique axial, sagittal and coronal views automatically. The proposed technique was implemented on Java and VTK. First, fuzzy rules are initialized more much than usual by employing Centroid Neural Network (CNN) and then the genetic algorithm-based optimization process used to exclude unnecessary and redundant rules; thereafter, the fuzzy rule parameters are tuned by the gradient descent method incorporated with momentum technique. Finally, we demonstrate with numerical experiments based on approximating some nonlinear functions and chaotic time series. Among open API solutions, OSGi is a Java-based service platform that is widely used in the service gateway of home network. In home network environments, the user authentication and authorization associated user's information and usability may be important security issue. Although the current OSGi support RBAC-based authori-zation, it does not support various facilities in the RBAC model. The access control mechanisms for OSGi proposed so far focus on supporting the RBAC conventions with the basic form of role-user-permission mappings. However, these are difficult to sup-port efficient access control. We propose the extended access control mechanism that includes the concepts of relative role and delegate class. Ideally, every project should be evaluated and managed based on its unique characteristics. Real option theory has been applied to IS projects and is considered the contemporary valuation method used specifically for strategic projects with negative Net Present Value(NPV). Current studies, however, stop at the initial decision and neglect to investigate the impact of project management on the project's value. In this paper, we attempt to integrate project management practices with project valuation using real option theory and process theory.
