{"title":"Pelayanan Proses Penerbitan Kartu Tanda Penduduk Berbasis Elektronik (KTP-el)","authors":"Desilia Purnama Dewi, Harjoyo Harjoyo, Rudi Irawan","doi":"10.35724/sjias.v9i1.2751","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35724/sjias.v9i1.2751","url":null,"abstract":"Layanan administrasi kependudukan yang berlangsung pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipildi Kabupaten Karawang mengalami keterlambatan penerbitan KTP-el, sebagian warga yangmelaksanakan perekaman KTP-el pada Kecamatan masing-masing, kenyataannya di lapangan masihbanyak warga yang belum mendapatkan KTP-el dikarenakan penerbitan melebihi waktu yangditetapkan.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengkaji pemahaman Pelayanan dalam Proses Penerbitan KTP-eldan secara khusus untuk mengetahui pelayanan dalam proses penerbitan KTP-el pada DinasKependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Karawang serta solusinya kepada masyarakat yang memiliki dataganda. Jenis penelitian adalah riset deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus. Metodepengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam dengan memilih informan utama, observasi secaralangsung terhadap pelaksanaan pelayanan dan dokumentasi hasil. Teknik analisis data menggunakantriangulasi sumber data. The existence of this industry is also aligned to achieve the agenda of sustainable developmentgoals (SDGs) on the 8th goal related to sustainable and inclusive economic growth. But for specificregions, the existence of the creative culinary industry has challenges in its development. This study aimsto discuss the opportunities and challenges of developing a creative culinary industry in Kendari Cityand their contribution to the achievement of SDGs. The research method used is a qualitative researchmethod using interviews and documentation of data collection techniques. The findings in this studyindicate that the opportunities for culinary creative industry development are triggered by the growth ofentrepreneurial interest and creativity of industry players, this has gained momentum because it is drivenby culinary trends as lifestyle and leisure, as well as government support programs in culinarydevelopment itself. As for the challenges faced, such as venture capital, licensing, andplace/business space for the development of creative culinary industries. Jumlahsampah akan meningkat sejalan dengan tingginya angka pertumbuhan penduduk. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkanaktor untuk mengurangi permasalahan tersebut, salah satunya adalah LSM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui bagaimana peran LSM SPeKTRA dalam mengurangi permasalahan sampah melalui pemberdayaanmasyarakat dengan program bank sampah. Dan untuk mengetahui pola kemitraan LSM SPeKTRA, pemerintah,civil society, dan swasta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-kualitatif. Data di peroleh melaluiwawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis datainteraktif dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa peran LSM SPeKTRA dan kemitraan yang terjalin antara LSM SPeKTRA, pemerintah, civil society, danswasta melalui program bank sampah telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian dilapangan, peran LSM SPeKTRA dijalankan dengan mengacu pada kesejahteraan masyarakat dan penyediaanpelayanan, pengembangan pendidikan, partisipasi dan pemberdayaan, serta jaringan. Sedangkan pola kemitraanyang terjalin yaitu melalui mutualism partnership. Metodeyang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan adalah dengan memberikan pendidikan kepada masyarakat tanipadi dengan berbasiskan pada kelompok usaha tani. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif,sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari studi pustaka dan studi lapangan melalui pengamatan,wawancara. Proses analisis data yang dilakukan meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikankesimpulan. Hasil dilapangan menyebutkan bahwa sosialisasi dilakukan untuk memberikan pemahamankepada para kelompok tani di kampung kuprik tantang cara mengembangkan suatu program pertanian,kemudian Petugas PPL melakukan pengawasan lapangan kepada para kelompok usaha tani, denganmemberikan motivasi dan arahan terstruktur mengenai cara mendapatkan dan mengelola hasil panenyang berkualitas. Kemudian petugas PPL juga melakukan analisis masalah yang terjadi di lahan pertaniankampung kuprik, masalah yang di dapat mereka teruskan kepada pihak dinas pertanian untuk di carikansolusi dalam rangka terciptanya hasil panen yang berkualitas. Hal ini seharusnya dapat dicegah pada saat proses pembentukan stigma. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembentukan stigma terhadap mahasiswi pelanggar tata tertib dan penyebab mahasiswi melakukan pelanggaran tata tertib tersebut pada Akademi Kebidanan Tunas Harapan Bangsa Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian deskriftif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan dilakukan dengan cara kombinasi antara penelitian pustaka, observasi lapangan dan wawancara mendalam (indepth interview). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stigma terhadap mahasiswi pelanggar tata tertib terbentuk atas peran lembaga pendidikan. Tahapan pembentukan stigma di awali dari adanya pelanggaran berupa penyimpangan primer (primere deviance) yang kemudian lembaga pendidikan memberi label/cap serta pandangan sterotif atau pandangan dimana pelanggaran merupakan suatu budaya bagi kelompok tertentu. Setelah itu lembaga memisahkan kelompok (separation) pelanggar tata tertib dengan kelompok pada umumnya dan terjadilah diskriminasi. Stigma kemudian terbentuk dan pada tahap akhir terjadilah penyimpangan lanjutan (secondary deviance), sehingga stigma melekat pada devian. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji strategi Komisi Pemilihan Umum dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan memakai Teknik mengumpilkan sebuah data melalui pengatan serta proses wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses sosialisasi politik, Komisi pemilihan umum daerah Merauke selaku institusi yang berwenang melibatkan pihak media dan tokoh masyarakat yang di anggap layak dengan memberikan serta menyampaikan sosialisasi materi tata cara memilih kepada pemilih pemula di kalangan pelajar dan mahasiwa se kabupaten Merauke. Kemudian, Komisi pemilihan umum daerah merauke melakukan komunikasi politik dengan melaui koordinasi dengan organisasi partai politik yang ada di kabupaten merauke. Koordinasi tersebut berupa himbauan Komisi pemilihan umum daerah merauke agar pertain politik memberikan pencerahan kepada masyarakat tentang proses pemilihan umum. Based on the results of the study that the strategy of the department of tourism in developing the Bamboo Park Mandira tourism object is currently not running optimally because this attractions is newly formed and is also an individual property so that government intervention is very limited or not fully accommodate by the government. Seyogianya pelayanan bidang kesehatan masih menjadi issu sentral dalam mendapatkan pelayanan yang berkualitas untuk mewujudkan nilai kepuasan bagi masyarakat. Tujuan kajian ini untuk menganalisis kepuasan pasien Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Analisis data menggunakan: reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepusan pasien Badan Penyelenggaraan Jaminan Sosial kesehatan masih belum memberikan nilai kepuasan bagi pasien pengguna jasa pelayanan rumah sakit sebagai mitra kerja Badan Penyelenggaraan Jaminan Sosial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ketidakpusan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan meliputi sikap petugas kesehatan dalam tindakan medis kurang menunjukan sikap ramah kepada pasien dan kurang memiliki sikap empaty kepada pasien melalui perhatian secara khusus deri petugas medis dalam meringankan beban batin pasien terhadap penyakit yang diderita. Fasilitas pelayanan yang belum maksimal dalam memberikan pelayanan juga menimbulkan ketidakpuasan pasien. Sedangkan hal yang perlu ditingkatkan yakni ketanggapan petugas medis dalam menangani keluhan pasien, serta proses kerja sesuai dengan prosedur kerja dan pelayanan yang diberikan selalu tepat pada waktu.
