{"title":"青少年品味策略量表編製之研究","authors":"方偉育 方偉育, 顏姿吟 顏姿吟, 連廷嘉 連廷嘉","doi":"10.53106/102711202023063401002","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.53106/102711202023063401002","url":null,"abstract":"\u0000 本研究目的係為編製一份具信效度之青少年品味策略量表，並了解品味策略在相關背景因素的差異情形，以提供青少年助人工作者進行服務時，做為實務方面的評估或介入使用。本研究以在學國中生為研究參與對象，包含預試樣本104人，正式施測樣本604人，採問卷調查方式進行，進行青少年品味策略量表之編製。研究工具主要是以自編的品味策略為主，資料分析以項目分析、積差相關、因素分析、結構方程模式等統計方式進行分析。本研究所得結果如下：青少年品味策略量表包括擴展覺察10題，轉化亮點5題，共計15題。經量表信度考驗:在擴大覺察分量表上的內部一致性α值為.893，在轉化亮點分量表的α值為.865，而總量表之α值為.916，反映出本量表具有不錯之信度。在量表效度考驗之結果支持本量表之因素結構，反映出本量表具備不錯的建構效度。本量表並進行現況分析，結果顯示青少年感受到品味策略為中高程度，在擴大覺察為中高程度、轉化亮點量表為中等程度；背景變項差異考驗方面，本量表發現不同的性別在轉化亮點向度上有顯著差異，男生明顯高於女生，而其他變項在擴大向度與總量表沒有差異，另在年級向度上沒有差異。本篇研究根據研究所得結果，提出在輔導實務、及未來學術研究相關建議，供青少年工作者做為參考。\u0000 The study aimed to develop a reliable and valid scale, measuring adolescents’ savoring strategies and understanding the variation in the related background context, to serve as an instrument for assessment and intervention in professional helpers’ practices. For this purpose, questionnaire surveys were conducted on 104 and 604 in-school junior high school students as the pretest and the formal test. The researcher designed the scale with 15 items, 10 on perception expansion and 5 on highlight transformation. Collected data were analyzed statistically with item analysis, product-moment correlation, factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis of structural equation model, etc. The scale had a remarkable reliability, indicated by the coefficients of internal consistency of total scale (α = .916) and both perception expansion (α = .893) and highlight transformation (α = .865) subscales. On the other hand, the validity test also demonstrated good constructive validity, with the result supporting the scale’s factor structure. The A status quo analysis showed that adolescents had senses of savoring strategies at a medium- high level, perception expansion at a medium-high level, and highlight transformation at a medium level. Among background variables, different genders shared a significant difference in the highlight transformation subscale, with boys scoring significantly higher than girls, but had no difference in other expanding aspects and the whole scale. There were was also no difference among the grades. Since 2017, the Community Empowerment and Development Center of New Taipei City has upheld a dual-track approach, which includes: (1) policy objectives and (2) vision objectives, and four stages: (1) establishment of brand and community inventory, (2) community capacity building and welfare community promotion, (3) development and deepening of social welfare issues, and (4) development of diverse issues. The effectiveness includes: (1) enhancement of community participation and sustainability, (2) consensus as the foundation of community rootedness, (3) task grouping towards structured development, and (4) realization of vision objectives as the core of rootedness. This study took the social enterprise of Dongpian Baoshi Village in Pingtung County as the research target. The findings indicate that social capital used in the development of CBSE includes the following: organizational norms and institutions, common ideas of the members, the mission and responsibility of the community and social enterprise, interactions with the community, the trust relationship with the community, multiple channels for obtaining resources, and the social network. Social enterprise innovation based on social capital includes organizational norms and institutions, interactive strategies with the community, and multiple channels to obtain resources. {"title":"臺灣與英國社區長期照顧之發展歷程：福利多元主義觀點的分析","authors":"黃世州 黃世州, 廖宏恩 Shih-Chou Huang, 黃松林 Hung-En Liao, 陳秀靜 Song-Lin Huang","doi":"10.53106/222372402023041301003","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.53106/222372402023041301003","url":null,"abstract":"\u0000 當前臺灣長期照顧是從社區照顧關懷據點模式發展為長照1.0及2.0，與英國西元2000年之前的社區照顧發展過程相仿。本研究旨在探討英國和臺灣社區長期照顧的福利多元主義模式發展歷程。其研究方法係採用解釋性比較研究，在較複雜的體系內，探討部份政策改變的效果。研究發現，英國在機構照顧、社區內照顧之後，由1980s由社區來照顧至1993以後在社區範圍內的照顧階段，與臺灣2005之後兩階段相似。顯示臺灣從英國之模式中有所借鑒，使相關的預算支出獲得相當的控制。本研究建議高齡化國家初期以社區照顧據點自助、社區式長期照顧公助和機構式補助為主，中期則採取社區長期照顧和機構長期照顧的公助相輔相成之方式，而超高齡國家則需以長照保險發展共助來穩定財源。\u0000 This study focuses on community care in Taiwan and the United Kingdom. The comparative analysis was applied to explore the development process of community-based LTC in the United Kingdom and Taiwan from a welfare pluralism perspective. The study found that the United Kingdom and Taiwan have experienced similar policy ideas and practice shifts, that is, from “Care by the Community” to “Care within the Community”. In the time of change, the United Kingdom took place in 1993 and Taiwan in 2005. This study suggests that the national long-term care service strategies should be adjusted according to the degree of population aging. In the early stage, self-help community care bases and community care are mainly used, combined with institutional subsidies. In the medium term, community care, and institutional care provided by the government will be adopted. {"title":"社區居民健康促進需求之探究：以新北市三峽區為例","authors":"童伊廸 童伊廸, 游小美 Yi-Ti Tung","doi":"10.53106/222372402023041301004","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.53106/222372402023041301004","url":null,"abstract":"\u0000 本研究分析當今新北市三峽區居民健康概況及健康促進的需求，研究方法採問卷調查法，研究對象為新北市三峽區居民，問卷發放數模擬三峽區實際人口、年齡結構等，採分層隨機抽樣以配置問卷數量。由5名訪員至三峽區鄰里街頭進行問卷收集，有效問卷共600份。以SPSS Window 23.0 統計套裝軟體進行資料編碼與統計分析。研究結果發現有78.67%的受訪者表示生病會先至診所看病，10.83%會至藥房買成藥，4.17%的人不理會身體不適的狀況。有61.5%的受訪者或家庭成員罹患慢性病，居民自覺健康有26.0%，自覺狀況不佳的人有21.8%。社區居民健康促進的需求依性別、婚姻、年齡、教育程度、職業類別有顯著差異。建議醫療院所與在地社區友善睦鄰，並與工商團體結盟合作辦理健康促進方案。\u0000 The purpose of this study was to analyze people’s health situation and need for community health promotion in Sansia District, New Taipei City. The survey involved a questionnaire. The samples were people living in Sansia District. Five interviewers conducted the survey in the community, and total of 600 questionnaires were collected. The results showed that 78.67% people had gone to clinic when they fell ill, 10.83% people went to pharmacy to get medicines and 4.17% took no action. It is important to note that 61.5% people (or their families) suffered from chronic diseases. There are 21.8% people remaining in poor health which compare last year. Moreover, the needs for community health promotion varied according to gender, marriage status, age, education, and occupation. {"title":"行動團隊導向的社區能力提升：彰化縣社區幹部訓練的行動研究","authors":"許雅惠 許雅惠","doi":"10.53106/222372402023041301001","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.53106/222372402023041301001","url":null,"abstract":"\u0000 社區幹部訓練是社區發展工作的實務課題。幹部參訓是否能促成個人能力、組織與社區能力的提升，並非理所當然，而是需要系統地安排以促進知識轉換。本行動研究，納入成人學習理論，進行實務性、團隊建立、行動導向與永續發展等面向的培力行動設計，在2016-2020年間於彰化縣持續，有來自190社區的509位社區幹部參與。本文為專業社區培力的行動研究，闡析行動者解決社區培力五個面向的課題：符合成人學習心理的培力設計；形成實務取向的培力內涵；社區團隊取向的設計；行動應用取向的設計；永續取向的培力等。研究分析，以方案構思與執行記錄、學員回饋及社區後續服務情形為材料，經分析已得到初步驗證。為社區團隊建立、培力實務議題，已提供部分解方及啟示。\u0000 Community capacity building is a welcomed concept in community empowerment yet the training design which leads to action-oriented teams is seldom discussed with practical details. This action research was deliberated on community cadres training program design, which aimed at community team building for local welfare services. From 2016 to 2020, 509 community cadres participated in the training project from 190 communities. This action research originated the five-dimension frame to organize the training project and was successfully developed and performed through the years. The five dimensions are the adult-learner-centered design, the practical problem-solving aspect, team-oriented and sustainable development. The researcher explains in detail how to fulfill the above five dimensions in a half-year training program. Data from program records, the trainee’s feedback, and follow-up service plans in communities were applied for evaluation. Larsen-Freeman (2001, 2014) built a three-dimensional grammar framework to guide English teachers in constructing an approach to teaching grammar. The three dimensions are grammatical structures (morphosyntactic form), meaning (semantics; it can be lexical or grammatical) and appropriate use in context (pragmatics). Feng and Shi (2011, 2015) proposed a new model of teaching and learning Chinese called Trinitarian Grammar, consisting of three parts: the structure of sentences, the function of the structure and the contexts of the structure and the function used in Mandarin Chinese. The main research method was a comparison with\u0000 a similar corpus of spoken Chinese by native speakers. Preliminary analyses show that 11 of the top 20 most frequent words in both\u0000 the learner corpus and native corpus are the same. Learners used some grammatical function words, such as 把 (bǎ), 了 (le), 它 (tā), and 着 (zhe) less than native speakers, while other ones, such as\u0000 我 (wǒ) and 的 (de), much more frequently.
