Frequent nutrition is used for the needs body like carbohydrates proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, and water. </em><em>In 2019 numbers national stunting prevalence to 27 .67. Whereas in 2020 numbers prevalence national to 24.1. </em><em>The level of the mother's knowledge about nutrition is very important in increasing the degree of the family's nutritional status, especially the nutritional status of children because the role of the mother is very influential. </em><em>Parents have an important role in fulfilling the nutrition of toddlers because toddlers still require special attention in their development, more particularly the role of a mother</em><em> </em><em>as the figure most often together with toddlers</em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Objective:</em></strong><em> Research conducted to know and describe the connection between knowledge and attitude mothers in gift nutrition balanced with effort prevention nutrition not enough on toddlers. </em></p><p><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong><em> </em><em>This type of research is quantitative and with explanatory surveys or interviews. The research design was cross-sectional, namely, the steps involved in collecting data and using a questionnaire given to respondents. The research sample was taken by using a simple random sampling method. Respondents in this study were mothers who had children aged 3-5 years as many as 83 people using the chi square test. </em></p><p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong><em> </em><em>The research that has been carried out is based on maternal knowledge with a p-value of 0.009 and maternal attitudes with a p-value of 0.015.</em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong><em> The research that has been studied based on knowledge and attitudes with the results of Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between balanced nutrition and efforts to prevent undernutrition in toddlers. </em><em>Providing balanced nutrition with efforts to prevent undernutrition in toddlers</em><em>. However, it is necessary to provide non-pharmacological interventions that nurses can guide. One of the interventions that can applied in that situation is maternal voice. That intervention giving the opportunity to the children hearing the voice of their mother via voice recorder.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Objective: </em></strong><em>This study was conducted to determine the effect of maternal voice on acute pain experienced by critically ill children during suctioning procedure.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Methods: </em></strong><em>The research method used was quasi experiment pretest posttest without control group design. The study was conducted in May-June 2022 in the PICU in one of the hospitals in Jakarta. The research sample was selected by purposive sampling, 21 respondents assessed at the time of pretest and post-test (5 minutes before suctioning procedure, during procedure, and 5 minutes after procedure). The pain of the critically ill children was observed by FLACC (Face, Leg, Activity, Cry, Consolability) Scale.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Results: </em></strong><em>The Saphiro Wilk test of normality data was carried out for all the data, either pretest or post-test data. The condition of adolescents who are unable to manage the stressors they face can make adolescents experience distress.</em></p><p><strong><em>Objectives: </em></strong><em>The study aims to analyze the effect of spiritual deep breathing teraphy on adolescents distress who lived in orphanages.</em></p><p><strong><em>Methods: </em></strong><em>This research used quasy experimental design method with pre-post test and control group design. The sample included 18 control groups and 18 treatment</em></p></div><p><em>group. The sampling technique use simple random sampling with mild, moderate, and severe distress and aged 13-18 years. Distress was measured using GHQ-12 (General Health Questionnaire-12) questionnaire and interventions which were given for 3 days with a duration of 10 minutes for each therapy. Data were analyzed by using both univariate and bivariate analysis with 95% (α = 0.05) significancy level.</em></p><p><strong><em>Results: </em></strong><em>The result showed majority of the rspondent who experienced severe distress (38.9%) and moderate distress (33.33%) were senior high school student. Obedience of pregnant women is the behavior of pregnant women in accordance with the guidelines. Compliance of pregnant women in the Covid-19 vaccination is important to study because it is to increase the complete adherence of pregnant women in the Covid-19 vaccination, thereby increasing the immunity of pregnant women. Internal factors that can influence pregnant women's</em></p></div><p> </p><p><em>compliance with Covid-19 vaccination include the pregnant woman's age, gestational age, educational status, employment, knowledge, motivation, perception and self- efficacy.</em></p><p><strong><em>Objectives: </em></strong><em>Analyzing the relationship between maternal age, gestational age, educational status, occupation, income, knowledge, motivation, perception, and self- efficacy with pregnant women's adherence to the Covid-19 vaccination.Analyze the internal factors that most influence the adherence of pregnant women in the Covid-19 vaccination.</em></p><p><strong><em>Methods: </em></strong><em>The research design used a quantitative descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study amounted to 86 pregnant women. The sampling technique used quota sampling with a sample of 46 pregnant women. The research instrument uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using Chi Square Test and multiple regression.</em></p><p><strong><em>Results: </em></strong><em>The results of the study showed that the factor associated with the compliance of pregnant women in the Covid-19 vaccination was gestational age (p value 0.002). The use of analgesics with nonsteroidal</em></p></div><p> </p><p><em>anti-inflammatory drugs or opioids is one of the most common strategies to manage CLBP, but is not free from various adverse side effects. The use of other effective interventions to control pain including non-opioid medications, topical treatments, physical modalities, and complementary and alternative therapies is needed to reduce the side effects resulting from the use of pharmacological therapies. Auricular Point Acupressure is one of the complementary strategies of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that is widely used clinically to treat pain. APA may be useful for acute or chronic pain, either alone or in combination with other treatments.</em></p><p><strong><em>Objectives: </em></strong><em>To analyze the effectiveness of Auricular Point Acupressure for chronic low back pain.</em></p><p><strong><em>Methods: </em></strong><em>Literature review through online databases namely: Google Scholar, PubMed, EBSCOhost, and Scopus on articles with free full-text criteria, using Indonesian or English, publication in the last 10 years (2013-2022), and research designs of clinical trials, randomized controlled trials, systematic reviews, meta- analysis. The article search used the keywords (low back pain OR low back pain OR back pain) AND (auriculotherapy OR auricular therapy OR auricular acupressure OR ear acupressure) AND (pain OR disability).</em></p><p><strong><em>Results: </em></strong><em>50 articles were found with 5 articles meeting the inclusion criteria. During hospitalization and especially in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), patients experience situations involving the need for personal hygiene, procedures performed on them due to limitations arising as a result of the ill condition. Bed bathing is an intervention that must be performed in critical patients with the aim of meeting personal hygiene needs in critical patients, but it is necessary to carry out close monitoring and control to avoid side effects, such as hemodynamic status instability. </em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Objectives:</em></strong><em>: To determine the effect of bathing in bed with warm water on vital signs and oxygen saturation in adult patients attached with mechanical ventilators. </em></p><p><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong><strong><em>: </em></strong><em>This study is a quasi-experimental study involving 18 samples determined by total sampling technique based on inclusion criteria: Patients attached to mechanical ventilators, aged 18 years or older, stable in hemodynamics and exclusion criteria: Attached drugs for the heart, patients with head injuries, receiving drug therapy to lower body temperature.</em></p><p><strong><em>Results: </em></strong><em>The paired t-test results showed an effect between bathing in bed with warm water on systole blood pressure (p = 0.042; p &lt; 0.005), breathing (p = 0.009), and pulse rate (p = 0.025). There was no effect between bathing in bed with warm water on diastole blood pressure (p = 0.063), body temperature (p = 0.862) and oxygen saturation (p = 0.120). </em></p><strong><em>Conclusions : </em></strong><em>Bed bathing affects systolic blood pressure, breathing, pulse rate and has no effect on diastolic blood pressure, body temperature, and oxygen saturation. Premature births increase the morbidity and mortality of newborns, necessitating innovation in primary health care. </em></p><p><strong><em>Objectives:</em></strong><em> This study was conducted to examine innovation programs with a continuity of care approach in primary health care for premature infants in an effort to strengthen the global health architecture. </em></p><p><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong><em> A literature review method was used to analyze articles obtained using databases such as Science Direct and Google Scholar. The researcher used the key words “continuity of care” and “premature infants”. The inclusion criteria were full-text journal articles published from January 2020-December 2022 in English-language journals. </em></p><p><strong><em>Results:</em></strong><em> This study obtained ten articles that correspond to the continuity of care approach for premature infants. The articles included four qualitative studies, three quantitative studies, one mixed-method study, one literature review, and one systematic review. There are three themes related to the continuity of care for premature infants, including (1) Primary healthcare with information continuity, relationships continuity, and management continuity; (2) Continuity of care in the antenatal, natal, and postnatal periods; (3) The continuity of care on premature infant approach improves the outcome of premature infant care, the ability of parents, and health service quality. </em></p><p><strong><em>Conclusions:</em></strong><em> A continuity of care approach can increase the achievement of adequacy, equity, efficiency, and effectiveness in primary health care for premature infants. These maternal deaths are preventable with appropriate management and care. Birth preparedness and complication readiness (BPCR) is a crucial strategy for making prompt decisions </em><em>to seek care resulting in reduced maternal mortality. Jember regency is one of the districts that rank first until the end of 2021 with the highest death rate in East Java and nationally. <strong> </strong></em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Objectives: </em></strong><em>This study aims to assess the proportion of BPCR practices and the aspect of BPCR in pregnant women.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Methods: </em></strong><em>This descriptive research was conducted among pregnant women in the working area of Panti Primary Health Service, Jember Regency as Primary Health Services with the highest maternal mortality rate in Jember regency in 2020. This study was conductedfrom August to November 2021. A total of 110 pregnant women were recruited by simple random sampling. The respondents were interviewed using the BPCR index, adapted from the John Hopkins Program for International Education in Gynecology and Obstetrics to identify nine indicators of BPCR.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Results: </em></strong><em>The proportion of good BPCR in pregnant women was 60,00%. The most mentioned aspect of BPCR was planning transportation (89,10%) and planning to give birth with a skilled provider (82,7%). The elements that pregnant women are least prepared for are aware of the danger signs during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p><p class=\"Body\"><strong><em>Conclusions: </em></strong><em>The proportion of good BPCR among pregnant women was moderate. The combination of yoga and acupressure was expected to help pregnant women in lowering blood pressure.</em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Objectives: </em></strong><em>This study aimed to test the combination of prenatal yoga and acupressure against blood pressure in pregnant women who had hypertension.</em></p><p><strong><em>Methods: </em></strong><em>This study was a quasi-experiment using a pre-post-test design with control group. The population in this study was all pregnant women in the Depok Regional Health Center. The inclusion criteria for this study included: pregnant women aged &gt; 20 weeks of pregnancy, suffering from hypertension, namely systolic TD ≥140 mmHg and diastolic ≥90 mmHg. As for pregnant women who had a history of preeclampsia, had a history of bleeding in this pregnancy, pregnant women with placenta previa totalis were excluded from this study. The sample was taken by purposive sampling with the number of respondents as many as 30 pregnant women in the intervention group and 30 pregnant women in the control group. Data analysis used SPSS version 20 with descriptive and Chi-square tests for respondent characteristics. Bivariate analysis was analyzed with the Wilcoxon test, while to find out the difference in blood pressure between the two groups, the Mann-Witney U test was used.</em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Results: </em></strong><em>Statistical results obtained that there was a significant difference in the blood pressure of pregnant women before and after yoga and acupressure. In addition, there were significant differences in blood pressure reduction between the intervention group and the control group.</em><em></em></p><p><strong><em>Conclusions: </em></strong><em>Yoga and acupressure combination was proven to reduce blood pressure.
