It is shown that the size of sensitivity of such plasma to a magnetic field is a constant, but smaller than the size of sensitivity of the plasma calculated for a case of weak magnetic fields and tends to zero in case of the strong magnetized plasma. The size and the sign of a space charge define also uniformity of plasma in a transverse section and with small pressure of gas and rather big size of mobility of the charged particles, plasma is always uniform in a category transverse section. With pressure boost in gas and with increase in parameters of movement of the charged particles, plasma becomes the nonuniform in a gas transverse section.","PeriodicalId":311577,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Actual Problems of Electron Devices Engineering (APEDE)","volume":"266 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116245337","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At that, the autodyne model is used for frequency-stabilized case by additional high-Q cavity. This model allows an analysis of the autodyne system both in the case of usual single-circuit oscillating system and in the case of additional cavity presence. We state by numerical modeling that at strong reflected emission, the boundary value of the feedback parameter, at which autodyne characteristic smoothness is lost, is less than unity. Results obtained permit a calculation the dynamic range and the maximal range of autodyne action under conditions of the strong reflected emission.","PeriodicalId":311577,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Actual Problems of Electron Devices Engineering (APEDE)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115079989","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Protective abilities of a communication system at the same time are defined by the size of base of a spread spectrum signal. If hindrance power too big, isn't enough such protection. In this case additional ways of protection, for example, a rejection of a powerful hindrance are necessary. The present report is devoted to assessment of deterioration in autocorrelated function because of a rejection of a part of a range of a difficult signal together with a hindrance.","PeriodicalId":311577,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Actual Problems of Electron Devices Engineering (APEDE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128300719","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the framework of this paper, the experimental data obtained during the discharge of the Li-Ion battery (ICR 18650) with nominal voltage of 3,6 V and capacity 2,6 A.h are analyzed. The measurements were carried out in open-circuit conditions for different battery state-of-charge. Fluctuations in open-circuit conditions comprise new information that allows enhancing the diagnostic properties of electrical fluctuations. The corresponding properties can be used as a basis for efficient diagnostic systems of lithium batteries. The possibility of analysis in the in open-circuit conditions makes it possible to realize non-destructive testing of batteries without changing their actual technical state and include primary batteries into the scope of application.","PeriodicalId":311577,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Actual Problems of Electron Devices Engineering (APEDE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129366792","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The thin transverse resonance diaphragms with an aperture in the form of a rectangular window with two metal L-shaped ridges are used as resonators of the filter. The electrodynamic problem of calculating the complex conductivity of the diaphragm is solved. An equivalent circuit of the resonant diaphragm is proposed and the correspondence between the geometric dimensions of its aperture and the parameters of the circuit is determined. Apart from different existing techniques for frequency stabilization, phase locking has recently attracted strong interest. In this paper, we present the results of numerical simulation phase locking by injection of the external driving signal, self-injection locking by delayed reflection, and mutual phase locking of two coupled gyrotrons. The simulation was carried out with a homogeneous distribution of the non-recombined plasma with a concentration of 5.108 cm−3. In the case of filling the neutron tube volume by atomic hydrogen with pressure of 10-3 Torr, the slew rate of the extracted atomic hydrogen ion current equals only 10 mkA/mks. For increasing this value gas mixture of atomic hydrogen and xenon at a pressure of 0.5.10−3 Torr or molecular hydrogen at a pressure of 10−3 Torr to the atomic hydrogen were utilized. This led to increasing of the slew rate of the extracted atomic hydrogen ion current to 100 mkA/mks with xenon and 20 mkA/mks with molecular hydrogen.","PeriodicalId":311577,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Actual Problems of Electron Devices Engineering (APEDE)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114323797","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
