This paper proposes a data system for software development in open avionics systems. The data system is built on a unified data model. Moreover, data system consists of four part, i.e., a portable component that provides operational data for the database, a data extraction based on the XML file, a database for storing metadata and operational data, and a frontend service that provides interactive user-interfaces and data downloads. Finally, the testing result shows that data system is workable and effective.","PeriodicalId":311302,"journal":{"name":"2019 14th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"192 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124263749","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The high-precision estimation of lithium-ion battery life has become one of the current research hotspots, and has attracted more and more scholars' attention. In order to realize the residual cycle life estimation of lithium ion power battery, an equivalent circuit model is established for lithium ion power battery. Based on the HPPC pulse experimental data, the second-order Thevenin equivalent circuit model is selected, combined with the equivalent circuit model and battery capacity model. The state equation and measurement equation of the double extended Kalman filter algorithm and the specific iterative recursive calculation process. The accuracy and adaptability of the algorithm are verified by the actual discharge conditions. Finally, based on the life data of this experimental object, the battery RUL estimation within a reasonable error range was made. It is of great significance to improve the safety, reliability and economic benefits of the system.","PeriodicalId":311302,"journal":{"name":"2019 14th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125216188","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper statistically calculates the per capita disposable income, per capita housing area, urbanization process, resident population, household registration population, and household electricity consumption from 2000 to 2016. Combining the Pearson correlation analysis method and the LMDI index decomposition method this paper analyzes the motivation of residents' electricity consumption growth in Shaanxi Province, and effectively solves the problem that the selection factors are too subjective and the decomposition result is not accurate. The results of the study indicate that economic growth and living conditions are important factors. Combined with the influence of ARIMA time series method and related policies, it is estimated that the average annual growth rate of electricity consumption of Shaanxi residents during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period is 8.81%, of which economic growth and living conditions are still the two factors with the largest impact.","PeriodicalId":311302,"journal":{"name":"2019 14th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127209083","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To solve this problem, it is necessary to solve the problem of control system synthesis for stabilization of control object relatively a point in the state space, and then to solve the second problem of optimal control to find some stabilization points for movement from initial position to terminal one with the best value of the quality criterion. For the first problem a network operator method was used. It finds a mathematical expression of a feedback control system in the form of oriented calculating graph by evolutionary algorithm. For solution of the second problem a particle swarm optimization was applied. In experiment the control object is a pair of robots that move a cart joined by rigid hinged hitch from initial point to terminal one trying to avoid obstacles.","PeriodicalId":311302,"journal":{"name":"2019 14th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"71 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123602255","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, due to the UPFC access, the impedance value of the conventional distance protection measurement could not truly reflect the fault location. To solve it, the impact of the UPFC access on the transmission line protection is studied in this paper. Firstly, the model of unified power flow controller based on modular multilevel converter (MMC-UPFC) was established. The control strategies for both the series and parallel side converters were designed. Then, by the fault sequence network diagram, the equivalent circuit model is given, and the influence of the UPFC access transmission line on the traditional distance protection is analyzed in details. Finally, simulations were carried out in PSCAD/EMTDC to verify the different mode effect on the traditional distance protection, when a single-phase ground fault by the metal occurs. The results show that in STATCOM mode, the apparent impedance is affected by the reactive power injected or absorbed, and it is more severe in UPFC mode.","PeriodicalId":311302,"journal":{"name":"2019 14th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116070865","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, based on the analysis of the linear waveform synthesis principle of buck DC-DC converters, double-switch inverter is added on the output side, and a single-phase diode rectifier and an LC filter are added on the input side to obtain a new step-up/down AC-DC converter, which can function as a unity power factor corrector. The theoretical analysis and simulation verification of the step-up/down DC-DC converter and AC-DC converter are carried out. In this paper, a 3-phase, learning-based methodology is proposed that generates and scores candidate grasping locations for unknown objects through vision. The point of difference of this approach is mainly in its industrial implementation, definition of a new metric to assess the quality of grasps and use of part-related information and multiple camera perspectives in determining such locations. Through experimentation this methodology has been shown to generate meaningful candidate grasping rectangles for unknown objects in under 2 seconds - given a single image - which demonstrates the potential of the proposed novel object handling research.","PeriodicalId":311302,"journal":{"name":"2019 14th IEEE Conference on Industrial Electronics and Applications (ICIEA)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114299298","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
