Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  kaum milenial yang mengunjungi Telaga Biru Cisoka, sedangkan sampel berjumlah 150 responden. Teknik  pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial hanya ancillary yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kaum milenial dan minat berkunjung kembali kaum milenial. Kemudian secara parsial secara parsial hanya ancillary tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali kaum milenial melalui kepuasan kaum milenial. Telaga Biru Cisoka memberikan kepuasan dan minat kunjung kembali karena: (1) adanya atraksi alam berupa keindahan warna telaga dan atraksi buatannya meliputi wisata selfie, ayunan, jungkat-jungkit, flying fox, wahana bebek, penyewaan perahu; (2) karena adanya aksebilitas yang baik dan mudah dijangkau seperti kondisi jalan berbeton dan beraspal, jarak tempuh yang singkat, transportasi yang memadai; (3) adanya amenitas yang cukup meliputi area parkir cukup luas, air bersih yang sudah ada, warung makan. {"title":"The Function and Meaning of Tope’ le’leng in the Death Ritual of The Kajang Tribe, South Sulawesi","authors":"N. Juniati","doi":"10.22146/kawistara.72740","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.22146/kawistara.72740","url":null,"abstract":"Tope’ le’leng in the Kajang language means black sarong and is a typical sarong of the Kajang tribe worn by men and women, both for daily wear and worn at various ceremonies held by this tribe. The study of tope’ le’leng has been quite a lot. Still, no one has discussed its function and meaning in the death ritual of the Kajang tribe, considering that tope’ le’leng has been recognized as one of the Kajang tribe’s identities among other tribes in Indonesia. This study examines the function and meaning of Tope’ le’leng in death rituals, starting from when the corpse was still at home, funeral preparation, funeral processions, and follow-up rituals until 100 days. This research used an ethnographic approach with descriptive analysis. Data analysis used triple pattern (Pola Tiga) theories in Paradoxical Aesthetics from Jakob Sumardjo. The data sources in this study are Tope’ le’leng, the funeral ritual itself, the shaman who led the death rituals, and the local community who followed the funeral ritual. Data collection techniques used participatory observation and interviews. The results showed that Tope’ le’leng functioned as an object of donation, a sign of grief. It is a marker of a family of mourning (not wearing clothes other than tope’ le’leng) as a ritual object to cover the bamboo coffin and Pammorangan. Tope’ le’leng, as a ritual object, shows the social strata or economic level of the grieving family in the community. The Kajang people believed that the deceased spirit could see the family and the shaman as long as they did not wear clothes other than tope’ le’leng for 100 days. As one of the ritual and sacred objects, tope’ le’leng has presented a moment of transcendence and belief in the existence of spirits in death rituals. Based on the triple pattern theory (Pola Tiga), namely the relationship between the upper, middle, and lower worlds. Many travel agents sell travel tickets for national or international destinations online through websites; one of them is Tiket.com, a popular travel agency in Indonesia. The intense competition in the internet-based service providing industry has, in fact, motivated this company to meet their customers’ needs and preferences with quality services; the goal is to increase the number of their service users. The purpose of this study is to identify aspects of user requirements by Tiket.com as an online travel agent service that need to be maintained and improved. This study combines two methods of measuring customer satisfaction, namely the Kano model and e-service quality. The identified customer needs, based on Voice of Customer, can be analyzed to increase satisfaction. The results of this study are grouped into the dimensions of e-service quality, i.e. reliability, responsiveness, fulfillment, ease of use, information, security, and efficiency. Using a combination of e-service quality and Kano Model, six attributes of True Customer Needs were acquired; five of them are recommended for improvement and one needs to be developed. Tiket.com are suggested to pay more attention to weak attributes that are included in the must be category because they are fundamental for the company's services. This research is motivated by the lack of study on tourist traveling behavior, particularly from a specific segment of respondents. These respondents are tourists who were diagnosed positive for COVID-19 and have already recovered from it and are currently on vacation in two areas in Bali, Denpasar, and Badung. Sampling in this study is based on a purposive convenience sampling method through questionnaires distributed online and offline. In addition, The author uses Roscoe's Theory as a baseline in obtaining the minimum number of respondents, where a total of 100 respondents were gathered on the field. The author used multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the data collected from this research. The results of this study found that: (1) perceived health risks do not have a significant influence on future travel behavior; (2) tourists’ conditions as COVID-19 survivors have a significant influence on future travel behavior; and (3) simultaneously, health risks and tourists’ conditions as COVID-19 survivors influence future travel behavior. This study concludes that reducing perceived health risks and improving the health conditions of tourists as Covid-19 Survivors will improve their travel behavior in the future. Kondisi tersebut dapat mempengaruhi persepsi risiko bencana penduduknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi risiko bencana gempabumi dan tsunami pada mahasiswa ditinjau dari pengalaman menghadapi bencana dan variabel demografis (gender, angkatan, rumpun pendidikan, dan jarak tempat tinggal). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek terdiri dari 213 mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang dari 8 fakultas yang berbeda yang dipilih dengan teknik cluster sampling. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala persepsi risiko bencana yang disusun berdasarkan model semantik diferensial. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) subjek memiliki tingkat persepsi risiko bencana yang tinggi; (2) tidak ada perbedaan persepsi risiko antara subjek yang pernah mengalami bencana dan belum pernah; (3) ada perbedaan persepsi risiko ditinjau dari variabel demografis meliputi gender, angkatan, dan rumpun pendidikan, sedangkan jarak tempat tinggal tidak ditemukan adanya perbedaan. The research method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative with the process hierarchy analysis technique (AHP). The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews with selected respondents. The results showed that the characteristics of shrimp waste in the form of shrimp heads and shells were still not used for economic value activities, and people dumped them in gutters around homes and at sea. The priority policy directions that can be applied to the Circular Economy of Shrimp Waste as an Alternative to a Green Economy are; 1) providing innovation and technology for economic-based shrimp waste processing with a total CR (consistency ratio) value of 1.878; 2) to improve environmental health by not disposing of shrimp waste around the house, the total value of CR is 1.127; and, 3) the government provides a shrimp processing industry for fishermen with a total CR value of 0.094. While research on tourism intention have been growing since the beginning of the pandemic, there was a lack of attention on discussion about people who face less opportunity for tourism due to their vulnerable physical conditions or people at-risk to COVID-19. Therefore, this research purported to reveal the influence of tourism constraints on tourism intention of people categorized as physically vulnerable to COVID-19 in the new normal era. Data collection was conducted through an online survey to citizens of Jakarta belonging to middle age and elderly group from end of June to September 2021. Multiple regression analysis with SPSS is used to test the relationship between tourism constraints and tourism intention, and analyze data of 337 respondents. The study showed that tourism intention of people at-risk from COVID-19 can be classified as high with intrapersonal constraints being the only significant constraints. This paper aims to explain the complexity and dysfunction of BUMDes in achieving the goals of village autonomy. The data of this study were based on qualitative research collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study showed that the limited space for community participation in planning and implementing policies is a factor that causes BUMDes to stagnate. In addition, the dysfunction of BUMDes occurs because the orientation of activities is more economic and political than community interests. Government policies that are not accommodating to the interests of villages in border areas further hamper the development of BUMDes. The solution that can be done is the cooperation of all parties in carrying out policies and a joint commitment to support village autonomy starting from the central, regional, and rural governments. {"title":"The Indigenous Politics of Justice: The Case of the Sedulur Sikep Movement in Central Java","authors":"Ronald D. Adam, Z. Bagir","doi":"10.22146/kawistara.67991","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.22146/kawistara.67991","url":null,"abstract":"The struggle by indigenous people to protect their land from capitalist expansion is often reduced by scholars to two contrasting models: class politics and identity politics. This reduction has partially come from how scholars separate between the cultural/spiritual and the political-economic dimensions of these struggles, which are often more complex in reality. Based on an empirical study of the Sedulur Sikep movement in Pati, Central Java, the purpose of this article is to understand what the indigenous politics of justice looks like in practice as they defend their land and way of life against the cement mining industry. This study uses a qualitative approach combining four months of field observations with two Wong Sikep households and interviews with 20 Wong Sikep individuals from 15 households in Baturejo Sukolilo Village, Pati Regency, Central Java. This article discusses two findings from the study. First, the cultural/spiritual and political-economic dimensions are inseparable in the lives of Wong Sikep. Such inseparability is manifested through the agricultural system as the core of Wong Sikep life, derived from the teachings of their ancestors (culture/spirituality) as well as their practical needs (political economy). Second, this inseparability forms the basis of their adoption of both the politics of recognition and redistribution in their resistance to cement mining.
