This research uses one group pretest and posttest design. The population is non-formal education students of State University of Padang who take Education Statistics Subject in January-June 2017, consists of two classes each of which is control group and experimental group. There are 30 students in the control group and 41 students in the experimental group. The data obtained from the students’ learning result during January-June 2017 and analyzed using t-test statistical technique. The purposes of the research are (1) peer tutor is a strategy to help fulfilling the students’ need; (2) peer tutors will be proud of their role and they will learn from their experiences as tutor; and (3) peer tutor’s help can eliminate the students’ clumsiness. The purpose of this research is to know/see the learning effectiveness of family development session program within the participants’ preparation in Kebon Jayanti urban village. The type of research that used is survey research. The research approach is done by survey method, combined with qualitative to explore in-depth information of gained situation in this survey research. The results of this study indicate that companion has a role as an agent that posts positive inputs and directives based on their knowledge and experience. FDS participants are also expected to exchange ideas with existing knowledge and experience under guidance or counseling to raise public awareness, share information, and enhance family development session comprehension. The aim of this study is to reveal the perception of the illiterate in functional literacy programs. This research uses the qualitative approach with the type of phenomenology research. The research was conducted in Kadur Sub-district, Pamekasan Regency. The informants used were 6 persons who were illiterate in the functional literacy program. Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Analysis of this research data using Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study show several peceptions that formed in the functional literacy programs. Based on the research, it can be concluded that illiterate people perceive the functional literacy program as a place of fulfilment of desire, including the desire to get reward, acknowledgement, and appreciation of figure. As a place of fulfilment of needs, including the need to socialize, facing the times, empowered, and worship. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method with the research subjects were two tutors of learning groups holding non-education bachelor’s degrees in Binjai city which were determined purposively. Data collected by interview, observation and documentation techniques. Collected data is analyzed by steps: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. The results showed that in the package B learning group learning process in Binjai City, tutors with non-education degrees had many difficulties in the learning process. The conclusion that can be obtained in this study is the difficulties identified are located in: (1) the learning planning process, namely the difficulty in preparing RPP and syllabus. This study was conducted using research and development methods with data collection techniques; literature study, observation, interview, documentation, questionnaire and test. The data are analyzed descriptively, qualitatively and quantitatively. Implementation of activities in Neglasari Village Tasikmalaya. The findings show that the implementation of entrepreneurial activities as an effort to empower women can improve the level of better family economy. E-training as a medium of education and training is one of the aspects of achieving the goals of education and training effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to analyze the e-training based on Determination of Education and Training Models of Early Childhood Teachers Education Programs. This research approach is a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This research was carried out at the Center for Early Childhood Education and Society Education Education in Central Java. The respondents of this study were Early Childhood teachers who attended e-training based education and training which number were 183 respondents in total by using non-probability sampling techniques. Data collection technique used was questionnaire. Data analysis technique was using SEM AMOS software. The results of the study show that individual differences, job analysis and principles of learning indirectly have a positive and insignificant effect on the effectiveness of education and training through the use of e-training. Motivation, active participation, trainer competence, indirect training methods indirectly have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of training through the use of e-training. The objective to be achieved by doing this research is to see the productivity measurement of pamong work and to know which variable the most dominant influence on the productivity of pamong work is. This research was conducted at Agency Early Childhood Education Development and Community Education Gorontalo 2018. To collect data in this research, field research method is used, that is research done directly to the research object. The techniques used are interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The population in this study is the civil servant, technically the writer cannot examine each tutor or individual. Where the sampling method is done by using a random sampling technique. To obtain the data needed in this study used questionnaire survey techniques. From result of regression analysis showed that work productivity is influenced by five motivation motivation, physiological requirement (X1) = 0.699, need for safety (X2) = 0.720, social needs (X3) = 0.706, need for achievement (X4) = 0.677, self-actualization needs (X5) = 0.542. While the most dominant variable affecting the productivity of the civil service is the need for a sense of security of 0.720.
