J. Koellreutter’s musicaliza­tion project of Mario de Andrade’s Macunaima . The project, dated March 2000, describes the process for composing Mario de Andrade’s rhapsody, directed and composed by the conductor H. J. Koellreutter. The finding confirms H. J. Koellreutter’s interest on dialoguing with Mario de Andrade’s work, which would suspend the reductionist opposition between atonality and musical nationalism, revealing, in the end, H. J. Rare book, not included in histories of literature or Brazilian thought despite their presence in libraries and personal archives of Mario de Andrade and Guimaraes Rosa,  O Cami­nho de Gilgamesh is a constellation of aphorisms that are presented as the transcriptions of the steps of the Sumerian hero Gilgamesh. Tucholsky’s course consists of discussions of works belonging to one of the main writing fields of his time: war literature. Written by officers in the form of memories, these works deal with the constitution of the military and their corresponding hierarchies to the development of the official apparatus and its control in the disclosure of news in the press. A tese e resultado do estudo nos arquivos deixados pelo poeta paulistano Roberto Piva (1937 – 2010); um deles localizado na cidade de Sao Paulo em posse do herdeiro dos direitos autorais, o outro, guardado no Instituto Moreira Salles do Rio de Janeiro desde 2006. A investigacao em ambos os arquivos trouxe a descoberta de dois livros ineditos: Coracoes de hot-dog e Out-door. O recorte que constitui o corpo desta investigacao literaria esta formado pela analise de notas e poemas ineditos colhidos de ambos os arquivos e pela analise de poemas do livro Coracoes de hot-dog. The activities carried out were data gathering and critical analysis of the sources belonging to the Centre’s collection of press documents. Applying textual analysis and con­sidering the documents in its historicity, we analyzed the sanitary policies for disease control, and the representation of diseases in newspapers from the first decades of the twentieth century. The potential role of OSA in the risk or progression of specific cancers is not well known. We hypothesized that pathological differences in pancreatic cancers from OSA cases compared to non-OSA cases would implicate OSA in pancreatic cancer progression.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>We reviewed the medical records of 1031 patients who underwent surgical resection without neoadjuvant therapy for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) at Johns Hopkins Hospital between 2003 and 2014 and compared the TNM classification of their cancer and their overall survival by patient OSA status.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>OSA cases were significantly more likely than non-OSA cases to have lymph node-negative tumors (37.7% vs. 21.8%, p = 0.004). Differences in the prevalence of nodal involvement of OSA vs. non-OSA cases were not associated with differences in other pathological characteristics such as tumor size, tumor location, resection margin status, vascular or perineural invasion, or other comorbidities more common to OSA cases (BMI, smoking, diabetes). A logistic regression model found that a diagnosis of OSA was an independent predictor of lymph node status (hazard ratio, 0.051, p = 0.038).
