Almost all over Indonesia have sellers of this food, this is due to the soft and soft texture, with a sweet taste, so this type of martabak is very popular as a dessert. In addition, this sweet martabak is also preferred because it has various variants of toppings such as cheese, chocolate, peanuts, and many more so that buyers can choose and don't feel bored with this food quickly. However, in this business technique is required to be able to generate maximum profit or profit. Pada musim panen ikan, nelayan memperoleh pendapatan yang relatif besar sedangkan pada musim paceklik, nelayan memperoleh pendapatan yang relatif sedikit sehingga para nelayan perlu memiliki strategi dalam melakukan perencanaan keuangan keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi perencanaan keuangan keluarga nelayan di saat musim paceklik dan musim panen ikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah responden penelitian 10 orang nelayan di Kampung Bugis dan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada saat musim panen ikan, strategi perencanaan keuangan keluarga yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara ditabung dan dijadikan sebagai modal usaha. Because stock returns are used as a measure of company performance by investors to invest in the stock market. This study aims to determine how the effect of EPS, DER, and CR on stock returns with dividend policy as an intervening variable in property & real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was taken by purpove sampling method on property & real estate companies listed on the IDX, namely 12 companies with a research period of 5 years from 2016-2020. The results of this study indicate that EPS, DER, and CR have a significant effect on dividend policy. EPS, DER, CR, and dividend policy have no significant effect on stock returns. This research is a research with a qualitative approach with descriptive data type, which is trying to present objective facts in accordance with the conditions that occurred at the time the research was conducted. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study found that the production of woven sarongs is still in demand by people in Pemalang City and in other cities. Sales of this woven sarong export to various countries. Woven fabric products have their own characteristics because of the use of simple weaving techniques with non-machine looms, thus adding a more beautiful, smooth and neat impression.
