Organizations benefit from operational continuity with increased performance, while employees feel they have a greater commitment to the organization. In line with the phenomenon of human resource development, employee work discipline must also be developed. This study aims to explain the impact of human resource development and work discipline on non-PNS employees and employees. The results of the study state that the development of human resources on employee performance shows a positive but insignificant effect, besides that the effect of work discipline on employee performance shows a positive and significant effect. This research aims to analyse partial remuneration influence and partial motivation, then the simultaneous influence of remuneration and motivation to the performance of civil servants and non-civil servants at the Faculty of Computer Science of Brawijaya University. This research uses quantitative methods with the method of data collection in the form of a questionnaire. Method of data analysis using SPSS Vr. 24 program. Researchers analyzed development planning using 6 (six) components, namely The decision to adopt planning, collect and analyse data, identyfing alternatives course of action, plan and project appraisal, implement, and monitoring and evaluation. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Kelurahan Gading Kasri of Malang City is one of the sub-districts chosen by the Malang City Government to implement the City Without Slums program. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of education forest policy in UB forest is still difficult and be potential for failure. The failure is due to the achievement of the objectives of UB Forest, the program of activities which have not been carried out according to the programs design, and have not yet impacted to social group. The concrete step in the implementation of e-government in Probolinggo Regency, especially the Regional Personnel Agency is the establishment of an Online Employee Administration Information System (SIAP Online). This study aims to describe the Collaboration of Regional Personnel Agencies with other Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) as well as Coordination between fields in the Regional Personnel Agency in utilizing SIAP Online. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that the collaboration carried out by the Regional Personnel Agency in the framework of presenting staffing data has gone well. The results showed that the service management of the Inclusive Campus at PSLD UB has been running well, preparing competent human resources and caring for students with disabilities, implementing work programs that support services for students with disabilities (recruitment of volunteers, providing counseling and companion tutors), conducting socialization and disability awareness training for academicians, and actively providing studies on disability issues. Inclusive Campus Services in terms of quality dimensions of public services are implemented quite well; including reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence of services. Environmental awareness is no longer local normativity, but a construct of shared life. A good environmental awareness is not merely a national discourse but has become a global and urgent importance. This paper aims to identify and analyze the implications of environmental governance in sustainable city development. It is a descriptive research with qualitative approach.
