摘要

薪酬政策的诞生是为了不发生教育之间的收入重叠,而以前教育的公务员比永久教育的公务员收入更多,活动也更多。本研究旨在分析部分薪酬影响和部分激励,然后分析薪酬和激励对布拉维贾亚大学计算机科学学院公务员和非公务员绩效的同时影响。本研究采用定量方法,采用问卷调查的方式收集数据。数据分析方法采用SPSS Vr. 24程序。根据研究结果得出的结论是假设检验的结果Fcountdown b> Ftabel为22976 b> 3204显著性F < Alpha(0000 < 0.05)薪酬显著影响员工绩效,同时激励也显著影响员工绩效。
