Ontology is the description of objective existence. The objective existence of garment design can be considered the elements and process which is involved in the design process. Using computer, the elements and process in the garment design process can be expressed by ontology, and which can be applied in the process of cooperation design. The keystone of this paper is the description of definition of ontology and computer formalized expression. Also, the paper gives many kinds of definition methods of ontology and analyzes the architecture, at the same time it states the dividing of function model and realizing methods of the garment cooperative design based on ontology, and all kinds of garment knowledge and interconnect arithmetic implementation which is defined in the garment ontology. The set-point of the last part is the set-point of whole system. By this scheme, the control input we got can trace the set-point of the system. The system includes the photovoltaic arrays, the lead-acid battery and a flywheel. The optimal sizing can be considered as a constrained optimization problem: minimization the total capacity of energy storage system, subject to the main constraint of the loss of power supply probability (LPSP). Both of the two optimal algorithm got good results. LuGre dynamic friction model was adopted to characterize the friction forces and dual state observers were proposed to estimate the internal immeasurable state of LuGre model. Based on the estimated friction state, adaptive laws were designed to identify the unknown model parameters and the external disturbances. In the same time, combining with ballistic test data the resistance coefficient is identified in the flight of cannonball and rocket. In this paper, we propose a new one-way trap-door function, and present corresponding encryptosystem. Meanwhile, it is proven that our algorithm and schemes are feasible, secure and efficient. This method is based on the current estimation, in which the controlled stator voltage is applied to the induction motor so that the difference between stator currents of the mathematical model and motor can be forced to decay to zero. To make a better dynamic response and reduce the transient time, conventional PI controller has improved using non-linear scale controller. Also fuzzy logic controller has been used to obtain synchronous speed and eliminate steady-state speed error. SVC is considered as an effective method to reduce or even eliminate NSC, as well as some other power quality problems, such as reactive power compensation. Calculation formulae of NSC of two kinds of transformers are formed firstly in this paper. Then the mechanism of NSC compensation by SVC is discussed. Simulations by PSCAD of the system are followed. As LZ77 is to operate the bit of the data and change the original character of the byte, we replace the dynamic or static Huffman encoding with active Markov Chain.
