This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach through the main informants of the Village Head and the Director of BUMDes, while the supporting informants are Pokdarwis members who work in the Bukit Kehi Tourism Village and the Kertagena Daya Village Community. Data analysis in this study uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses source triangulation. The results showed that the role of BUMDes through the Bukit Kehi Tourism Village Business Unit was as community economic development, namely managing and developing the Bukit Kehi tourist village, including the management carried out by BUMDes, namely planning the Bukit Kehi tourism village program, managing facilities and infrastructure, promoting tourism villages through social media. Instagram and Whatsapp to increase visitors and carry out monitoring or evaluation activities. The next role of BUMDes is to carry out a training program for the community in the form of training on making legends, brown sugar and siwalan bags with the aim ofincreasing community skills. This study also aims to determine: (4) the effect of Job Stress on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population is the employees of SMK Leonardo Klaten as many as 62 persons. Sampling uses a sampling jenuh technique where all populations are taken as research samples, as many as 62 persons. Data collection techniques using questionnaires through validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique uses the classic assumption test, path analysis, and sobel test. The results of the analysis show: (1) A significant effectof work stress variable on job satisfaction. (2) A significant effect of the work stress variable on turnover intention. (3) Job satisfaction has no significant effect on Turnover Intention. The population in this study were lecturers of the STIE foundation in Semarang City as many as 288 people. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive judgment sampling method, namely the sampling method using certain considerations that were adapted to the research objectives. The considerations and criteria used are permanent lecturers of the foundation, totaling 288 people. The data processed were 165 respondents. Data processing method using SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing show that competence and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, so it can be interpreted that the higher the competence and emotional intelligence, the higher the organizational commitment. Organizational commitment, competence and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher the organizational commitment, competence and emotional intelligence, the better the lecturer's performance. The independent variables of this study are profitability, asset structure, liquidity and dividend policy, while the dependent variable is capital structure. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 15 banking companies used as observation samples during the 2018-2020 period, so that the research data analyzed amounted to 45. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. In the digital era where the millennial generation who is currently dominant or dominates the share of the labor market, it turns out that they are vulnerable to burnout. This study uses quantitative methods with primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample selection will use a non-probability sampling method, which is a sampling technique in which not all of the population can be sampled. The criteria that enter include the millennial generation with the age of 20-40 years. Data were collected from130 respondents of employees of manufacturing companies in Demak. Data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS. The results showed that workplace Incivility had a positive and significant effect on Job Burnout, Muthmainnah Adaptive Capability had a positive and significant effect on Job Burnout, Workplace Incivility and JobBurnout had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and Muthmainnah Adaptive Capability had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. This research method uses primary data collection. The population in this study were all consumers at the Purwodadi Cellular Counter Tectona 2 Cell. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 94 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability and the data analysis technique used was multiple regression. The results showed that product quality had a significant effect on consumer loyalty. This is evidenced by the t arithmetic value of 3.739 with a significant value of 0.009 less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.323; (2) Price has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 2.638 with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.251; (3) Service quality has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Salesforce also plays role as a representative of the company’s performance and image. This study based on the decreasing of salesforce performance on life insurance industry. This study aimed to analyse the effect of salesforces innovativeness and customer orientation on salesforce performance. The main data in this study was collected from the questionnaires answered by the sales forces of life insurance industry in Semarang. The response given by 52 respondents from joint venture insurance companies who hold an AAJI license then be analyzed by using SPSS. The result empirically showed that customer orientation had a positive effect on sales force performance. On the other hand the variable sales force innovativeness did not give the same effect as customer orientation. Based on the calculation of several types of activity ratio, the management of working capital management of PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk is still quite efficient. In the measurement of working capital turnover, the company’s average working capital turnover is greater than the industry standard average. For the total asset turnover ratio, the company experiences a low rating compared to the average textile industry standard in Indonesia. As time goes on, there is an increasing demand for producing medicinal products, medical devices in the health sector, of course, will have a positive impact on the growth of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Funding is one of the important factors to face competition. This funding source is also called the source of own capital funding. For investors, there are three most dominant financial ratios that are used as a reference to see the condition of a company's performance, namely the liquidity ratio (Current Ratio), solvency ratio (Debt to Equity Ratio), and profitability ratio (Return on Equity). The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Equity of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. Based on the calculation of the ratio value of 4 pharmaceutical companies in 2018-2020, the average CR is 273%, which means it is categorized as good in paying short-term debt. The average DER is 1.04%, which means it is very good at paying off its short-term debt and making a profit.
