These modes include Mobile Wallets, Use of Credit and Debit Cards, Mobile banking, internet banking and UPI. The study aims to analyse the area of Digital Payments and understand how banks and financial institutions are strategizing themselves to gain a competitive advantage in this Digital Era. This will be achieved by mapping the relationship between the Indian Banks and the Digital Payment platforms using Social Network Analysis, thus trying to identify significant performing banks and their association with classified digital payment platforms. This network analysis will help banks to detect change-in-opinion, and design strategic decisions by resolving complications from the consumer’s perspective. This study demands the latest data, collected from pertinent sources. Information is being gathered from the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), supported by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Indian Bank’s Association (IBA), which is functioning as an often related umbrella organisation for retail payments, settlement systems and operations in India.","PeriodicalId":309254,"journal":{"name":"NLDIMSR Innovision Journal of Management Research","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127634471","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Providing adequate financial aid to these important sectors can lead to the development of an economy in real terms. These sectors include Agriculture, Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, Housing, Education and other weaker sections of an economy. Reserve Bank of India, since 1968 have specified separate targets and sub-targets for priority sector lending, falling short of which funds are transferred to Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF). The present study aims to analyse trends and performance patterns of priority sector lending at all Indian levels and Punjab in particular from 2004-05 to 2017-18. Comparative analysis of public and private banks has been done in India and Punjab and the impact of the crisis period on priority sector lending is also studied sector-wise. Steady CAGRs and increasing growth rates indicate a positive environment in banks concerning lending. But lack of social intent in private banks needs to be catered. This study analyses the trends and performance, pinpoints the problem areas and suggests some policy implications to improve lending to priority sectors.","PeriodicalId":309254,"journal":{"name":"NLDIMSR Innovision Journal of Management Research","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126821197","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The capital structure decision of the firm and the impact of determinants in capital structure decision is an important issue in the recent era for measuring the performance of any firm. Determinants of leverage can influence the selection of the capital structure of the business. Hence, in this study, we try to find out the relationship between the determinant of capital structure and leverage in the capital structure decision-making process of the PSUs in India. This study has been conducted to identify important factors along with the measurement of their level of significant capital structure theory. From the analysis, it is observed that most of the determinants follow the trade-off theory which means PSUs follow the trade-off theory of capital structure in the present situation in India.","PeriodicalId":309254,"journal":{"name":"NLDIMSR Innovision Journal of Management Research","volume":"94 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126017804","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Investments can be a great way to generate income as well as to create assets. Hence, people save money to target good returns and financial security. The current generation is proving to be more financially sophisticated than their predecessors. The purpose of this paper is to determine the investment pattern of millennials along with that of Gen-Z and to make a comparative analysis of the same. Investing involves the expectation to gain or to experience any financial risks that may happen in the future. Keeping this in mind, the research aims to look at what drives the decision-making process of both generations and if it’s gender-specific as well. An array of factors ranging from future security to travelling purposes are considered before investing. Primary data by questionnaire is used for the study. The sample chosen is further divided into two categories as per the respondents’ respective ages. Based on the readings, it is revealed that views regarding sustainable investing are not gender biased. The results show that because both generations do not have a huge age gap in them and are equally exposed to technology and sustainability, their investment patterns are similar.","PeriodicalId":309254,"journal":{"name":"NLDIMSR Innovision Journal of Management Research","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128412156","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The descriptive survey research design was used. Employing multiple regression and Pearson Product Moment Correlation, three stated hypotheses were tested and results showed a statistically significant influence of continuous learning activity and emotional stability on adaptive performance of university non-academics [F(2, 229)= 30.48] was calculated, and the obtained value was greater than tabulated critical 2 2 [F , (0.05) = 3.04 p=.00], with R at 0.21. This presupposes that 21% of the variance in adaptive performance is as 229 a result of continuous learning activity and emotional stability. Also, a positive and statistically significant relationship was found between university non-academics continuous learning activity and their adaptive performance (r=.44, p=.00). Further, a positive and statistically significant relationship was found between emotional stability and adaptive performance of university non-academics (r=.21, p=.00). From these findings, it could be recommended amongst others, that continuous learning activity and emotional stability machinery should be strengthened among non-academics by the management of university.","PeriodicalId":309254,"journal":{"name":"NLDIMSR Innovision Journal of Management Research","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128195624","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
