According to this theory, followers attribute noble or exceptional leadership qualities to their leaders when they witness them engaging in engaging leadership behaviors. This study utilized a qualitative methodology with a detailed qualitative research design. Subjects were identified using strategic methods. Information collection methods involving observation, interview, and written notes. Milles and Huberman's dynamic paradigm for data analysis consisting of data compression, data display, and findings. Triangulation of data sources and methods was used to verify reliability. The following conclusions can be made based on the research findings: Kiai's method in leading better teaching at Mamba'ul Ulum 1. Kiai Pondok Pesantren Dukuh Mincek practices a democratic form of leadership in which he delegates authority to administrators and ustaz in carrying out activities and through general supervision, as well as regularly conducting musyawarah with alumni and his brothers on matters relating to school development. 2. This article aims to examine the understanding of ergonomic principles in the management of school infrastructure and learning activities in the classroom. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, which is library research. The data collection technique is done by tracing literature such as books, journals, and other articles that support the writing process. The chosen method is qualitative descriptive analysis, which is by understanding and compiling the collected data and then organizing it systematically to draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the knowledge of management managers regarding the principles of ergonomics of facilities and infrastructure in learning is relevant to efforts to increase student concentration and comfort in learning. By compiling this article, it is hoped that educators will pay more attention to ergonomic principles in managing educational facilities and infrastructure. Similarly, the leadership of school counselors began to be voiced. Changes in the orientation of guidance and counseling resulted in a shift in the role of the school counselor as one of the implementers in guidance and counseling management. School counselors exercise a leadership role in developing and organizing guidance and counseling programs. This study aims to describe and how the leadership of school counselors theoretically and empirically. The analysis method uses a literature review with four stages: identification, screening, suitability, and inclusion. The primary data sources are obtained from academic reference books and previous research on teacher leadership, guidance and counseling over the past five years that have been published in reputable journals in the Scopus database. The results showed that school counselor leadership in the last five years carried several themes, such as testing the effectiveness of leadership training interventions, the relationship of leadership with personality attributes, the design of leadership training frameworks, the relationship of counseling leadership with professional counselor identity, and school counselor leadership in the context of ethnicity. Recognizing the vital role of schools in society and the necessity for their constant evolution, it is essential to understand the breadth and depth of scholarly efforts in school improvement. Using the Scopus index, 596 English language journal articles on school improvement published between 1916 and 2023 were identified and analyzed. Utilizing the VOSviewer software, the bibliometric analysis was conducted in two stages: descriptive statistics to understand the trend of document volumes and co-authorship countries, and a multidimensional scaling technique to visualize co-authorship, co-occurrence, and citation networks. The data revealed a consistent rise in publication volume over the years, with a peak in 2020. Despite contributions from 45 countries, the United States and the United Kingdom were the most prolific. However, author collaboration was found to be minimal, suggesting potential for broader partnerships. The study also identified key research themes such as leadership, distributed leadership, and accountability through keyword co-occurrence analysis. The most frequently cited literature emphasized the role of collaboration, instructional program coherence, and school culture in school improvement. Produktivitas tenaga pengajar dalam publikasi ilmiah didorong oleh beberapa faktor, baik yang bersifat internal maupun eksternal, misalnya motivasi, keaktifan, beban kerja, insentif, dan alokasi pendanaan penelitian dan publikasi. Sehingga, upaya institusi dalam mendorong kinerja dosen untuk publikasi karya ilmiah menjadi aspek yang cukup vital. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, publikasi ilmiah dosen dan upaya institusi dalam mendorong produktivitasnya tersebut sangat penting dalam rangka menunjang persiapan akreditasi internasional bagi institusi perguruan tinggi. Jumlah koresponden yang mengambil bagian dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 204 orang. Data dikumpulkan dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, perhitungan rasio analisis jalur dan analisis lain dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS. Because of the rapid development of the times, educational needs continue to increase, especially in efforts to improve the quality of education in schools. The purpose of this study is to describe how to manage the extraction of sources of education costs through the role of religious leaders. The method used is a literature review (literature review), namely by reviewing journals or news articles related to research. The analysis model is done by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions/verifying data. This is because teachers are the frontliners who directly interact with students. Teachers are one of the spearheads in educational institutions that determine student success. Teachers who are of superior quality will certainly give their best performance. Therefore, this study aims to analyze how teachers are able to exploit the knowledge and skills that exist in themselves by optimizing all sources of knowledge around them through knowledge sharing activities among teachers, particularly tacit knowledge sharing so that they can improve their performance. The methodology used in this research is a systematic approach with the Systematic Literature Review method with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis) model from articles published from 2012 to 2022. Although the partnership is intended to provide benefits for both parties, there are still many problems. Research on the problems of nucleus-plasma partnerships from the perspective of oil palm companies is still limited, so it needs to be done. This study aims to find the root cause of partnership problems carried out by Company ABC as well as to provide a business strategy to generate sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships. The research was conducted by looking for the root causes of the low profitability of partnerships conducted with farmers, then looking for solutions to each of the root causes and at the same time strengthening the variables that affect farmer commitment and trust in partnerships. This study using institutional logic theory to evaluate Company ABC's oil palm program partnerships and key mediating variables models from commitment and trust theory to develop strategy.
