This paper analyzes the main problems in China’s current electricity market systems in terms of resource endowment, trading barriers, and renewable energy curtailments. Based on the experiences of electricity market construction in Europe and the U.S., a three-level operation framework of a national unified market system is proposed considering the basic conditions of the grid structure and resource endowments, and then several key issues are analyzed in detail. Finally, the enlightenments and suggestions for promoting the construction of a national unified electricity market are put forward.","PeriodicalId":308213,"journal":{"name":"2021 4th International Conference on Energy, Electrical and Power Engineering (CEEPE)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115462279","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

According to the state average modeling method, the fractional state averaged model of the synchronous switching Z-source converter is built and the theoretical analysis is carried out. Then, using the forecast correction numerical calculation method, the discrete mathematical model of synchronous switching Z-source converter is established. The bifurcation diagrams are obtained with the reference current as the bifurcation parameter, to study the dynamical behaviors. And the complex dynamical behaviors, such as period-double bifurcation, subharmonic oscillation, chaos, and multiple periodic windows, are revealed. Based on the Oustaloup filter algorithm, the fractional mathematical model of the synchronous switching Z-source converter is built in MATLAB/Simulink. Under different values of reference current, time-domain simulation waveforms and phase portraits of the converter are obtained. It is shown that the time-domain simulation results verify the validation of the fractional model and the dynamical analysis.","PeriodicalId":308213,"journal":{"name":"2021 4th International Conference on Energy, Electrical and Power Engineering (CEEPE)","volume":"11 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115736903","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To alleviate this problem, this paper leverages an adjustable robust optimization model for corrective optimal power flow under system contingencies. The main idea of the adjustable robust optimization approach aims to find the solution under the worstcase scenario to immune against the possible constraint violation by using the participation factors and an affine function policy. Besides, we change the participation factor to decision variables and reformulate the model as a linear programming model. The effectiveness and the validity of the proposed new corrective optimal power flow model are verified using numerical examples based on a real local power grid in China.","PeriodicalId":308213,"journal":{"name":"2021 4th International Conference on Energy, Electrical and Power Engineering (CEEPE)","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114709941","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Automatic generation control (AGC) serves as an essential frequency regulation approach, which is important to maintain frequency security. In this paper, the AGC is improved by using a novel adaptive optimal control algorithm. The proposed adaptive optimal control method uses policy iteration (PI) algorithm with an actor-critic neural network scheme. Considering the timevarying power system operation state, integral reinforcement learning technique is embedded in the proposed control method, which could provide feasible approach for adaptive optimal control without accurate dynamic models of power systems. An excitation relaxed adaptive law is applied in the critic neural network design to guarantee the learning efficiency. For wireless battery-powered sensors with low data rate demands, the low power wide area network (LPWAN) technology is considered as an appropriate method due to its long-range and low energy consumption properties. In this paper, we aim at comparing and evaluating different LPWAN techniques in a converter station. In particular, we consider a scenario that wireless sensors are applied to monitor the condition of converters’ key components while gateways are placed in the patrol corridor of the converter hall to collect the state data transmitted from these sensors. Based on our onsite measurement results, we validate that the selected LPWAN techniques can provide the necessary coverage along with reliable link connections while a typical wireless local area network (WLAN) standard, i.e., WiFi, cannot fulfil. Moreover, the LoRa in 470 MHz outperforms other techniques in this certain scenario.","PeriodicalId":308213,"journal":{"name":"2021 4th International Conference on Energy, Electrical and Power Engineering (CEEPE)","volume":" 8","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120834538","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this context, taking the commercial park as the object, a multi-energy management optimization decision model for commercial building operators is proposed. This paper constructs a master-slave game(Stackelberg game) decision-making model between commercial park operator(as master) and commercial building operators(as slaves) considering the electricity substitution and integrated demand response. By optimizing the management of internal energy consumption, building operators can use their responsive resources as bargaining chips to urge park operator to reduce energy prices in the game, so as to improve their own interests while promoting wind power consumption in the park. The nonlinear and strong coupling characteristics of the system make the control very complex. The conventional control method is easy to lead to poor stability of the system, DC bus voltage collapse and other problems. To solve the above problems, a design scheme of seeker-optimization-algorithm (SOA) optimization back-stepping (BS) control is proposed. Firstly, the mathematical model of three-phase grid connected inverter system with decoupling active and reactive power is established in $alpha {-} beta$ static coordinate system, and then the BS controller of inverter is designed. Then the SOA is used to identify and optimize the shortcomings of BS control in MPPT. The stability of the controller is proved by Liyapunov stability theory. The results show that the scheme can achieve the maximum power tracking and grid connected function well, and has good stability and robustness.","PeriodicalId":308213,"journal":{"name":"2021 4th International Conference on Energy, Electrical and Power Engineering (CEEPE)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130736768","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
