In this paper, the actual operation data of 200 wind farms in a certain area of China are collected, and the wind farm stations are divided into different scale station clusters according to the integration location of the grid. The distribution characteristics of wind power prediction error of station clusters are analyzed. Then, based on the prediction error and power correlation characteristics, a clustering segmentation prediction error analysis method is proposed. Finally, the nonparametric kernel density estimation is used to fit the prediction error of station cluster, and the fitting precision evaluation indexes are compared to verify the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method for the prediction error distribution of station cluster.","PeriodicalId":308213,"journal":{"name":"2021 4th International Conference on Energy, Electrical and Power Engineering (CEEPE)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127213778","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, an evaluation index system is proposed to evaluate the adaptability of expansion planning schemes of the sending-end power grid with multiple HVDC links. The constructed evaluation index system comprehensively takes into account four aspects: economic development, generation mix, system strength, as well as security and stability. According to given grid planning schemes, the realization process of the evaluation index system is proposed to assessment the adaptability of the multi-send HVDC power grid. Sichuan Grid, a large-scale provincial power system in China, is taken as an example to compare the evaluation results under different expansion planning schemes.","PeriodicalId":308213,"journal":{"name":"2021 4th International Conference on Energy, Electrical and Power Engineering (CEEPE)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123361235","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By analyzing the aging phenomenon of PV modules and the corresponding changes of PV model parameters, this paper summarizes the three factors that affect the health state of PV system, namely transmittance, series resistance and shunt resistance. A fuzzy algorithm to classify the PV system health status into \"Health\", \"Sub-Health\" and \"Fault\" is proposed. Firstly, the fuzzy C-means (FCM) clustering method is used to obtain the clustering centers of the sample data set of the PV array. Then, the health state is diagnosed by applying the normal distribution membership function. Firstly, the dynamic model of wind-storage VSG is built, including the permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG), the energy storage unit, converters and the control systems, and the state-space model and transfer function are derived. Then, by combining the state-space model of multi-machine power system, the dynamic interaction model between the wind-storage VSG and multi-machine power system with the power and voltage as the transmission channel is established. Next, theoretical derivation of the dynamic index is presented by utilizing the transfer function between angular frequency and voltage. Finally, the modified 4-machine 2-area system with 2 wind-storage VSGs is used as test system to verify the effectiveness of the index proposed, and the simulation results demonstrate that the index could quantify the dynamic interaction in wind-storage VSGs integrated system and be used for the parameter optimization of wind-storage VSG.","PeriodicalId":308213,"journal":{"name":"2021 4th International Conference on Energy, Electrical and Power Engineering (CEEPE)","volume":"56 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131906816","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Hence, this paper, calling the electrical quantities, presents an optimal solution discrimination method, which determines the optimal solution by constructing the electrical criteria of suspicious faulty components. Furthermore, combining the established electrical criteria with the existing analytic model, a hierarchical fault diagnosis mode is proposed. It uses the analytic model for the first level diagnosis based on the switching quantities. Thereafter, aiming at multiple solutions, it applies the electrical criteria for the second level diagnosis to determine the diagnostic result. Finally, the examples of fault diagnosis demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed method.","PeriodicalId":308213,"journal":{"name":"2021 4th International Conference on Energy, Electrical and Power Engineering (CEEPE)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124484709","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The influence of the external area (EA) must be considered when the reliability of the internal area (IA) is analyzed. The equivalent method is widely used in the reliability analysis of interconnected power systems to improve the efficiency of evaluation. This paper proposes a high-accuracy tie-line probabilistic feasible region equivalent model, which replaces the traditional network flow method with the multi-objective optimal power flow. Based on the “not loss of load sharing agreement”, the feasible region states of the equivalent tie line are combined to further simplify the reliability assessment. Simulation results of IEEE 9-bus and IEEE-118 bus systems demonstrate the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed equivalent model and its effectiveness in reliability assessment.","PeriodicalId":308213,"journal":{"name":"2021 4th International Conference on Energy, Electrical and Power Engineering (CEEPE)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133495700","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
