Meanwhile, to manage these problems, which can be done with public service management in accommodating complaints so that they can be resolved in an integrated manner as an embodiment of Good Governance at the university level. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and identify the effect of the UB-Care Application at the University of Brawijaya in managing complaints from stakeholders who have problems, criticisms, and also suggestions related to educational facilities at the University of Brawijaya, wherein this research it involves the existence of the effect of using the UB-Care Application on the perception of utilization, convenience, feedback that can result in customer satisfaction and the end can affect the image of University of Brawijaya itself. The method used in this research is explanatory research or explanation with a quantitative approach using an instrument in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire. The sampling technique is Non-Probity Sampling Purposive Sampling from 100 respondents. Komunikasi bisnis telah merambah setiap bidang termasuk didalam jual beli buku secaraonline termasuk media sosial Facebook. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui model komunikasi bisnisyang dilancarkan oleh penjual buku sebagai komunikator dan pembeli buku sebagai komunikandisertai Facebook sebagai media pemasaran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian berupa observasi nonpartisipan ataupun partisipan yang diketahui buku yang dijual beli online dibagi secara garis besarmenjadi tiga kategori jenis yaitu buku baru (cetakan baru/teks ajar), buku bekas(seken/tekspelajaran), buku langka/antik (antique/rare). Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil wawancarasecara mendalam bahwa model komunikasi bisnis serta pemasaran melalui Facebook dapatdikatakan masing-masing penjual dan pembeli buku memanfaatkan jejaring pertemanan(friendlist) secara komunikasi interpersonal dan komunikasi kelompok (komunitas grup ) yangmemiliki kesamaan hobi mengkoleksi kedua kategori jenis buku diatas secara mutualfriend. This research used a qualitative approach and framing analysis method with the Zhongdang Pan & Kosicki model. There were four (4) framing tools used to analyze,namely (1) Syntax, (2) Script, (3) Thematic, (4) Rhetorical. The research objects were five (5) news of the disbandment of FPI on mediaindonesia.com and three (3) news of that on kompas.com. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing news based on semantic, script, thematic and rhetorical structures. The results showed that mediaindonesia.com constructed the disbandment of the FPI mass organization as an appropriate government step, based on legal grounds, not making it up and there was no element of sentiment towards FPI because the decision had referred to the right legal basis. The framing of the disbandment of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) community organization on mediaindonesia.com supported the government by providing government sources and quotations from sources who supported the government. Meanwhile, Kompas.com was more supportive of the community with sources from within the community and quotations from sources who supported the community. This is however a commitment of the state to qualify the existence of Indonesia as a state of Pancasila law that embraces constitutional democracy. In the epicentre of human rights protection, including how the state's responsibility in protecting human rights defenders. However, in contrast to what is regulated in the text of the constitution, in practice as revealed in the report of the Institute for Public Studies and Advocacy (ELSAM) noted that during 2019, there have been 27 cases of violence against environmental defenders with the spread of cases reaching 14 provinces and 24 districts and resulted in 127 individuals and 50 groups of Environmental Human Rights Defenders being victimized. This study aims to describe and review how the responsibility of the state in protecting human rights defenders constitutionally. The research method used is normative research with qualitative analysis approach, where data collection is done through literature studies. The result of this research is that Indonesia as the state of Pancasila law has constitutionally mandated the state (government) to specifically protect human rights defenders.
