This type of research is quantitative-qualitative descriptive (mixed method). Respondents were obtained from a random technique in Betawi Cultural Village in Setu Babakan Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. Language defense is more concerned with how a particular speech community defends its mother tongue. The results of this study: 1) The transfer of mother tongue in Setu Babakan is still awake although not very strong. 2) Language loyalty in the Betawi community in Setu Babakan is positive. 3) Language loyalty has a significant effect on maintaining mother tongue. Abstrak P enelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mendeskripsikan kesinambungan pengalihan bahasa ibu di Setu Babakan .2) Mendeskripsikan loyalitas bahasa masyarakat Betawi di Setu Babakan terhadap bahasa ibu. 3) Menemukan pengaruh loyalitas bahasa terhadap pemertahanan bahasa ibu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif-kualitatif ( mixed method ). Responden diperoleh dari teknik random di Perkampungan Budaya Betawi Setu Babakan Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan. Pe­mertahanan bahasa lebih menyangkut bagaimana suatu komunitas tutur ter­tentu mempertahankan bahasa ibunya. Stakeholder theory and agency theory are used to explain the relation between variables. Risk disclosure in this research using content analysis is based upon on identifying sentences risk disclosure in the annual report. The Statistical method used to examine hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis with Structural Equation Model (SEM) model. The result of this research find that good corporate governance, board size of commissioner and firm size influence positive and significantly to the risk disclosure, while profitability level influence negative and does not significantly to risk disclosure. This research is able to provide knowledge for investors to determine the factors that influence the company’s risk disclosure . Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh tata kelola perusahaan, ukuran dewan komisaris, marjin laba bersih, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan risiko pada laporan tahunan perusahaan periode 2013-2016. Teori pemangku kepentingan dan teori keagenan digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel. Pengungkapan risiko dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis konten berdasarkan pada identifikasi kalimat pengungkapan risiko dalam laporan tahunan. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat model Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa good corporate governance, ukuran dewan komisaris dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengungkapan risiko, sedangkan profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pengungkapan risiko. The population of this study is the Motor Vehicle Taxpayer registered at Samsat, South Jakarta. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling method. Data were processed using SPSS version 23.The results showed that taxpayer awareness had a positive and significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. Thus, Radio Gen 98.7 FM Jakarta applies a communication strategy to the mature DJ Sore broadcast program which includes planning, carrying out the implementation and finally conducting an evaluation to find out what works and what is lacking in the planning. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The process of collecting data used in-depth interview techniques, indirect observation and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively. The results of the research process of the radio communication strategy Gen 98.7 FM in the Afternoon DJ program are using POAC Theory proposed by George R. Terry, namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The DJ Afternoon broadcast program is made based on the wishes of the crew on Gen 98.7 FM radio to create broadcast programs that can accompany their listeners both during their evening activities or while on their way home. This encourages the managers of the DJ Sore broadcast program to create interesting concepts and features that will later be available in the DJ Sore broadcast program. Abstrak Banyaknya stasiun radio swasta diiringi dengan kemajuan teknologi menjadi  tantangan bagi Radio Gen 98.7 FM Jakarta khususnya di program siaran sore bernama ‘DJ Sore’ untuk mempertahankan pendengarnya. Sehingga, Radio Gen 98.7 FM Jakarta menerapkan strategi komunikasi pada program siaran DJ Sore yang matang meliputi perencanaan, melakukan pelaksanaan hingga yang terakhir melakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui yang berhasil dan yang kurang dari perencanaan itu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Proses pengumpulan data yang digunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi secara tidak langsung dan dokumentasi. Data-data yang diperoleh pun kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dari proses strategi komunikasi radio Gen 98.7 FM pada dalam program DJ Sore adalah dengan menggunakan Teori POAC yang dikemukakan oleh George R. Terry, yaitu perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian  (organizing), pelaksanaan (actuating), dan pengawasan (controlling). Program siaran DJ Sore dibuat berdasarkan keinginan para crew di radio Gen 98.7 FM untuk membuat program siaran yang dapat menemani para pendengarnya baik saat beraktifitas saat sore hari atau ketika sedang dalam perjalanan pulang. Hal ini mengingat dalam prakteknya, pasang surut hubungan Kepala Daerah dan DPRD dipengaruhi oleh dinamika politik yang berkembang di daerah, seperti halnya yang terjadi dalam konflik Gubernur dan DPRD DKI Jakarta Penetapan APBD Tahun 2015. Konflik antara Gubernur DKI Basuki Tjahaya Purnama dan DPRD menarik untuk diteliti tidak hanya banyak menyita perhatian publik, namun yang lebih penting kasus ini merupakan preseden buruk bagi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah. Beranjak dari hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya konflik antara Gubernur dan DPRD DKI Jakarta Dalam Penetapan APBD Tahun 2015, serta untuk memahami pola yang digunakan dalam penyelesaian konflik politik antara Gubernur DPRD DKI Jakarta Dalam Penetapan APBD Tahun 2015.Dalam rangka menjawab permasalahan penelitian, teori yang digunakan menggunakan teori yang dikemukakan Paul M. Collier yang menyebutkan bahwa secara garis besar konflik politik disebabkan oleh dua hal, yakni karena perbedaan kepentingan, dan perebutan sumber daya (resources) yang langka atau sangat terbatas. Sedangkan teori penyelesaian konflik politik yang digunakan teori yang dikemukakan Simon Fisher, yang menyebutkan pola penyelesaian konflik terbagi menjadi tiga cara, yakni negosiasi, mediasi, dan arbitrase. Sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai, maka penelitian ini didesain dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study).Dari hasil temuan penelitian menyebutkan bahwa faktor utama penyebab konflik antara Gubernur dan DPRD DKI Jakarta dalam penetapan APBD tahun 2015 adalah faktor pemerintahan daerah yang terbelah (divided local government), dan faktor perbedaan kepentingan politik antara Gubernur dan DPRD DKI Jakarta. Konflik antara Gubernur dan DPRD DKI Jakarta akhirnya menemukan titik temu setelah melalui proses panjang dalam upaya penyelesaiannya. Muhammadiyah offers a new formula related to Pancasila by calling it Darul Ahdi wa Syahadah, a consensus and witness state. The mention of Pancasila as Darul Ahdi wa Syahadah is an affirmation to strengthen the position of Pancasila as the state ideology. Political reality becomes so pragmatic because political morality is \"ambiguous\" . Even sadder, immoral political behavior and sticking with abuse of power is actually done by making the Pancasila as a cover or cover. Mental revolution requires fundamental changes that involve material, mental, cultural and political revolutions. The basis and direction of this mental revolution is the value of the Pancasila, especially those contained in the first, second and third precepts. The most important thing in carrying out the Mental Revolution is the need for political ideology (uswah). Muhammadiyah menawarkan rumusan baru terkait Pancasila dengan menyebutnya sebagai Darul Ahdi wa Syahadah, yaitu negara konsensus dan negara kesaksian. Penyebutan Pancasila sebagai Darul Ahdi wa Syahadah merupakan penegasan untuk memperkuat posisi Pancasila sebagai ideologi negara. Lebih menyedihkan lagi, perilaku politik amoral dan lekat dengan abuse of power justru dilakukan dengan menjadikan Pancasila sebagai kedok atau tameng berlindung. Revolusi mental menghendaki adanya perubahan mendasar yang melibatkan revolusi material, mental kultural, dan political. Dasar dan haluan revolusi mental ini adalah nilai Pancasila, terutama yang terdapat dalam sila pertama, kedua, dan ketiga.Yang paling penting dalam melakukan Revolusi Mental adalah perlunya keteladanan (uswah) politik. One thing that is unique to the Sufi community in metropolitan cities in Indonesia is that its adherents are not only Muslims but also non-Muslims. Research conducted by the researcher intends to examine the existence of Sufism in the urban community environment, the researcher also examines the aesthetic values of Sufism which are the attraction of urban society to follow Sufi teachings, and researchers conduct research on the solidarity of the community formed in urban communities in Indonesia . The location of this research is in the capital city of Indonesia, Jakarta. This study uses a type of phenomenological (qualitative) research method. Extracting field data using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of the study explain that the teachings of Sufism still exist in urban communities that are in the midst of the life of the metropolitan city of Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sufism community that teaches Sufi teachings can be accepted by most urban communities. One of the driving factors that makes urban society to study the teachings of Sufism is the aesthetic value of Sufism, besides that the Sufism teachings are built in creating community solidarity among urban communities who are very heterogeneous in their socio-cultural background. Company performance can succeed well when supported by resources that are able to produce and realize the vision and mission of the organization. Organizations that are supported by strong and competent human resources with high commitment can definitely produce optimal performance. Higher education as an organization engaged in educational services is also required to demonstrate the ability to manage consumers optimally through a planned and systematic process, so that they have a good performance in managing educational services through the implementation of good university tridharma. Organizational performance in Higher Education can be measured through the Kaplan Balanced Scorcard approach, where the measurement approach includes (1). financial perspective, (2). Consumer perspective, (3). Internal business perspective, (4). and perspectives on learning and growth. Through this approach National University Organizational performance can be measured by finding that through financial, consumer, and internal business approaches can show good performance, but the measurement of a learning and nursing perspective approach shows poor performance. From the results of the performance of the National University, the organization's performance generally shows success, but the learning and growth perspective still needs to be pursued with a variety of strategic breakthroughs, in order to succeed well in the future. Keywords: Organizational Performance, Balanced Scorecard, financial perspective, consumer, internal processes, growth.      AbstrakSetiap Perusahaan dalam era globalisasi saat ini, sangat dituntut untuk dapat menunjukan kinerja yang optimal dan unggul agar dapat bersaing di dunia internasional, bukan hanya global. Kinerja Perusahaan dapat berhasil dengan baik manakala didukung dengan sumber daya yang mampu menghasilkan dan mewujudkan visi misi organisasinya. Organisasi yang didukung dengan SDM yang tangguh dan kompeten dan memiliki komitmen yang tinggi pasti dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal. Weighing efforts to strengthen public awareness of the prevention of the disease. The main question that will be asked is how can the persuasion efforts of the Ministry of Health through the \"Prevent, Treat, Fight Diabetes\" Campaign uploaded on YouTube affect the recipients of the message being communicated? To answer this question, this article uses the Elaboration Likelihood Model persuasion analysis model popularized by Richard E Petty and John T Cacioppo. Menimbang upaya untuk menguatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pencegahan penyakit tersebut. Pertanyaan utama yang akan diajukan adalah bagaimana upaya persuasi Kementerian Kesehatan melalui Kampanye “Cegah, Obati, Lawan Diabetes”yang diunggah di YouTube dapat memengaruhi penerima pesan yang dikomunikasikan? Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut, artikel ini menggunakan model analisis persuasi <em>Elaboration Likelihood Model</em> yang dipopulerkan oleh Richard E Petty dan John T Cacioppo.
