This research aims to determine the concept of implementing the independent curriculum in the context of Islamic religious education learning and to determine the character and implications of the independent curriculum in humanistic Islamic religious education learning for students. The research method used in this research is library research. Library research is a type of research where the data or material needed for research is obtained from sources in the library, such as books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, magazines, and so on. The results of the research show that the concept of implementing an independent curriculum for humanistic Islamic religious education learning includes: human values, empathy, student-centered concern. The characteristics of humanistic Islamic religious education learning in the independent curriculum include: individual orientation, social interaction, active learning, character development, flexibility in learning, and holistic evaluation. Meanwhile, the implications of independent curriculum learning in humanistic Islamic religious education learning include: more interesting learning, stronger character development, critical and creative thinking skills, healthy social interaction, development of problem solving abilities, respect for diversity, independence in learning and relevance religion in everyday life. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the concept of an independent curriculum, students' understanding of the teachings of Islam is deepened with an emphasis on human values, empathy and social care. And realizing this goal is not easy so it requires a process and cooperation from various parties, including PAI teachers who have their homework related to moral degradation that is increasingly becoming. Especially in this era where technological sophistication has advanced so rapidly that social media has emerged. So it takes a more interesting packaging of material from PAI teachers to students in the learning process to hit the heart so that the hope can be applied in everyday life. So the purpose of this study is to describe the role of social media for PAI teachers in the student learning process at school. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach, data collected from various relevant sources, and then concluded. The results showed that social media became a separate innovation for PAI teachers during the learning process with students, especially in the current era, and it acts as a means of learning from several sources, as a means of administrative documentation and integration, then as a means of planning both strategically and management and finally as a means of control that includes evaluation and measurement. This requires the development of learning media as well as the mapping of risks associated with the presence of AI phenomenon, specifically ChatGPT. The method used in this study is a literature review related to ChatGPT, gathered from the Google database using the Google Advanced search strategy. The keywords \"ChatGPT,\" \"education,\" and \"learning\" were used to access various publications, particularly national and international scholarly articles that discuss relevant topics. The research findings generally indicate that ChatGPT is currently popular and dynamic, and it is predicted to continue growing in the future. However, discussions specifically related to ChatGPT in the field of education and learning are still the subject of debate, with both supporters and dissenters presenting rational arguments. Several examples demonstrate the significant positive benefits of ChatGPT's presence. With the philosophy that has been passed down from Batak’ ancestors, children as the next generation of the nation can understand the meaning implied in it and learn a good lesson. Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya is a non-formal educational institution program that incorporates an independent curriculum. The establishment of a strong and effective partnership between students and parents plays a pivotal role in the attainment of learning objectives within distance learning programs. Hence, the purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in the context of distance learning programs, specifically focusing on its impact on enhancing the parent-child relationship within the Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya. The employed methodology is a qualitative approach utilizing a case study design. The employed methodology for data collection encompassed participatory observation as well as semi-structured interviews conducted with both managers and parents of students. The data analysis model utilized in this study is the Miles and Huberman model, which encompasses the sequential stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
