Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada bulan Juni hingga Juli 2021 di Danau Tempe, Wajo, Soppeng, dan Kabupaten Sidrap. Metode Spektrofotometer Serapan Atom (AAS) digunakan untuk menentukan kadar logam berat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kadar timbal tertinggi pada sampel Soppeng 0,055 ppm, diikuti Kabupaten Wajo (0,042 ppm), dan terendah 0,035 ppm di Kabupaten Sidrap. Kadar timbal di setiap stasiun pengambilan sampel belum melebihi ambang batas Standar Nasional Indonesia yaitu 0,3 ppm bahkan pada tingkat yang sangat minimal tidak tergolong tercemar logam timbal. Hubungan antara kualitas air dan ukuran ikan terhadap bioakumulasi logam timbal ditemukan pada 65,89% ukuran ikan, pH 53,09%, dan suhu 9,08%. Ikan goby di danau Danau Tempe mengandung Pb namun belum melebihi ambang batas dan faktor yang paling berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan logam berat timbal (Pb) adalah ukuran ikan. \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000The present study aims to determine the heavy metal level of lead (Pb) and the relationship between water quality and fish size on Goby Glossogobius giuris. Sampling was carried out from June to July 2021 in Tempe Lake, Wajo, Soppeng, and Sidrap Regency. Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) method was applied for determining the heavy metal level. The results showed that the highest lead level was at 0.055 ppm obtained from Soppeng sample, followed by Wajo Regency (0.042 ppm), and the lowest was at 0.035 ppm in Sidrap Regency. The lead level at each sampling station has not exceeded the Indonesian National Standards threshold of 0.3 ppm for and even at the very minimum level, it was not classified as polluted by lead metal. The relationship between water quality and fish size on the bioaccumulation of lead metal was found at 65.89%, pH 53.09%, and temperature 9.08%. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni hingga Agustus 2021, di Sungai Batetangnga, Polewali Mandar, Sulawesi Barat. Lokasi pengambilan sampel dilakukan di Muara sungai, Rawa Bangun, Salu pajaan dan  Limbong Lopi. Pengukuran parameter fisik kimiawi meliputi  suhu, pH, oksigen  terlarut, arus, kecerahan, amoniak dan fosfat. Metode pengukuran berdasarkan American Public Health Association (APHA).  Data diolah dan dianalisa secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan m/detik), kedalaman (25-40 cm), oksigen terlarut (6,3-7,9 mg/L), pH (7,2-8,0), amoniak dan fosfat (0,000 mg/L). m/detik, kedalaman 56-67 cm, oksigen terlarut 6,9-8,2 mg/L, pH 6,9-8,2, amoniak dan fosfat 0,00 mg/L. m/detik, kedalaman 31-42 cm, oksigen terlarut 6,2-6,3 mg/L, pH 7,5-8,3, amoniak 0,015 mg/L, dan fosfat 0,041 mg/L. m/detik, kedalaman 131-143 cm, oksigen terlarut 6,6-7,7 mg/L, pH 7,2-8,2, amoniak 0,005 mg/L, dan fosfat 0,000 mg/L. Secara umum kondisi perairan S. Batetangnga masih dalam kondisi optimal untuk budidaya ikan.  \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000The present study aims to analyze the water quality of the Batetangnga River for aquaculture. This research was conducted from June to August 2021, in the Batetangnga River, Polewali Mandar, West Sulawesi. Sampling locations were carried out in the Estuary of the river, Rawa Bangun, Salu Pajaan, and Limbong Lopi in Batetangnga village. Data was collected on temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, current, water clarity, ammonia and phosphate. The data is processed and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that station 1 (Estuary) obtained temperature (26.0-26.6○C), brightness (25-40 m), current velocity (0.2-0.3 m/sec), depth (25-40 m/sec). cm), dissolved oxygen (6.3-7.9 mg/L), pH (7.2-8.0), ammonia and phosphate (0.000 mg/L). station 2 (Rawabangun) obtained a temperature of 25.5-27.2○C, water clarity 56-67 m, current velocity 0.1 m per second, depth 56-67 cm, dissolved oxygen 6.9-8.2 mg/ L, pH 6.9-8.2, ammonia and phosphate 0.00 mg/L, respectively. At station 3 (Salu Pajaan) the temperature is 25.2-26.1○C, brightness is 30-42 m, current velocity is 0.2-0.3 m/sec, depth is 31-42 cm, dissolved oxygen is 6.2- 6.3 mg/L, pH 7.5-8.3, ammonia 0.015 mg/L, and phosphate 0.041 mg/L. At station 4 (Limbong lopi) the temperature is 24.7-25.5○C, brightness is 62-70 m, current velocity is 0.3-0.4 m/sec, depth is 131-143 cm, dissolved oxygen is 6.6- 7.7 mg/L, pH 7.2-8.2, ammonia 0.005 mg/L, and phosphate 0.000 mg/L. A total of infected spots, growth performance, Water quality were recorded for data collection. A Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 3 replications for each was applied for experimental design. One-way ANOVA was performed for statistical analysis and Tukey's test was used for posthoc test. The results showed that the highest changes in infected fish with Pseudomonas aeruginosa were found in 20% of aloe vera gel treatment (89.78%) and followed by treatment was 15% (85.48%), 10% (82.69%), control (25.4%) respectively. This finding suggested that soaking aloe vera gel at a dose of 20% promote a high survival rate of treated fish \u0000ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis lidah buaya yang optimal untuk pengobatan ikan mas yang terinfeksi penyakit Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Parameter yang diukur adalah perubahan titik jumlah infeksi bakteri, pertumbuhan, kualitas air dan kelangsungan hidup. Metode eksperimental dengan pola Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan setiap perlakuan mempunyai 3 kali ulangan digunakan sebagai rancangan percobaan. One-way ANOVA digunakan untuk analisis statistik dan uji Tukey digunakan untuk uji lanjutan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, Perubahan titik bakteri Pseudomonas aeruginosa ikan terinfeksi ditemukan pada perendaman gel lidah buaya 20 % dengan nilai 89,78, selanjutnya masing-masing perlakuan 15 % (85,48%), 10 % (82,69%), kontrol (25,4%). A completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of four treatments with 4 replications, including pH 5, pH 6, pH 7 (Control), and pH 8 was applied. Skeletonema costatum density rate and water quality were measured for data collection. A One-Way ANOVA was performed for statiscal analysis and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the highest Skeletonema costatum density was obtained at pH 8 (26,667 cells/ml), then pH 7 (13,333 cells/ml), pH 6 (11,000 cells/ml) and the lowest Skeletonema costatum density was found at pH 5 (10,000 cells/ml).  Statistically, the pH had a significant effect on the density of Skeletonema costatum (p <0.05).  this finding suggests that the optimal pH level for rearing was pH 8. \u0000ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan pH terhadap kepadatan fitoplankton Skeletonema costatum. Metode yang digunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari empat perlakuan yaitu pH 5, pH 6, pH 7 (Kontrol), dan pH 8. Tiap perlakuan dilakukan tiga kali pengulangan sehingga diperoleh 12 unit percobaan. Parameter yang di uji meliputi laju Kepadatan Skeletonema costatum dan kualitas air. Analisis data menggunakan one way ANOVA untuk melihat signifikasi pengaruh perlakuan terhadap Kepadatan Skeletonema costatum dan hasil uji Kepadatan Skeletonema costatum di analisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini memunjukkan kepadatan Skeletonema costatum tertinggi diperoleh pada pH 8 (26.667 sel/ml), kemudian pH 7 (13.333 sel/ml), pH 6 (11.000 sel/ml) dan Kepadatan Skeletonema costatum terendah pada pH 5 (10.000 sel/ml). This study consisted of 12 experimental units, in which 4 treatments with 3 replications were applied, namely A (control temperature 22-29 ° C), B (24 ° C), C (temperature 28 ° C), and D (temperature 32 ° C). Temperature, pH, DO and hatching rate was measured for data collection. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) with a confidence level of 95% was performed for statistical analysis. Water quality data were descriptively described. The results showed that the highest number of hatching rate was obtained in treatment D (32 ° C) of 290 (99%), C (28 ° C) of 276 (94%), treatment B (24 ° C) of 251 individuals, and the lowest was observed in treatment A (22-29 ° C) of 242 individuals (83%). Statistically, the temperature of 22-32 ° C did not affect the hatching rate of common carp eggs. \u0000ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkatan suhu yang berbeda terhadap daya tetas telur ikan mas. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 12 satuan percobaan, yang mana terdapat 4 perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan yakni A (kontrol suhu 22-29°C), B (24°C), C (suhu 28°C) dan D (suhu 32°C). Parameter uji meliputi suhu, pH, DO dan daya tetas telur (hatching rate). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA) dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% dan jika menunjukkan pengaruh nyata akan dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Data kualitas air dijelaskan secara deskriptif sesuai kelayakan hidup ikan mas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah telur yang menetas terbanyak diperoleh pada perlakuan D (32°C) sebesar 290 ekor (99%), perlakuan C (28°C) sebesar 276 ekor (94%), perlakuan B (24°C) sebesar 251 ekor dan terendah pada perlakuan A (22-29°C) sebesar 242 ekor (83%). Purposive and snowball sampling was applied for data collection. A total of 12 fish krupuk Industries were used as research samples. The primary and secondary data were used in this study. Based on Multiple Linear Regression analysis that the effect of total cost production, number of workers on the average selling price of fish krupuk. The results of the analysis suggested that the 4 independent variables, simultaneously had a significant effect on the average selling price with a regression coefficient value of 0.67 or 67% at the 95% confidence level or a significant level (α) 0.05. \u0000ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga jual kerupuk ikan pada masa pandemic COVID-19 di Desa Tabanio, Kecamatan Takisung Kabupaten Tanah Laut Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan terhitung dari Mei sampai Juni 2020 di Desa Tabanio, Kecamatan Takisung Kabupaten Tanah Laut, Kalimantan selatan. Penentuan lokasi pengambilan data responden ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive sampling) dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Sehingga diperoleh 12 orang pengolah kerupuk ikan yang ada di Desa Tabanio sebagai sampel penelitian. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menjelaskan pengaruh variabel jumlah produksi, jumlah pengecer, biaya produksi, dan jumlah tenaga kerja terhadap variabel harga jual rata-rata kerupuk ikan di Desa Tabanio. Probiotics are non-pathogenic microorganisms, non-toxic, and without any adverse side effects when administered to aquatic organisms. Mixotrophic facultative bacteria isolated from intensive shrimp ponds are able to decompose ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in pond water. However, the potential of mixotrophic facultative bacteria to become probiotics still needs to be evaluated. The aim of this study was to evaluate the potential of mixotrophic facultative bacteria in producing extracellular proteolytic, amylolytic and lipolytic. Data obtained in the form of the enzyme activity from four selected isolates of facultative mixotrophic bacteria were statistically analyzed using SPSS. The test results showed that isolates AOB1 isolates did not have extracellular proteolytic activity, AOB1, AOB13, AOB28 isolates had proteolytic and lipolytic activities, while isolates SOB31 had proteolytic, amylolytic, and lipolytic activities.  SOB31 isolate showed the largest proteolytic, amylolytic, and lipolytic activity based on the resulting clear zone. \u0000ABSTRACT: Industri budidaya udang senantiasa membutuhkan teknologi baru dalam upaya peningkatan hasil produksi. Local farmers called “kunang-kunang” disease, which is caused by Vibrio harveyi. In order to prevent the disease outbreak, preventive measures are required. The control of the Vibrio sp bacteria population in the rearing pond can be done by using natural antibiotics derived from plants (herbs).  Several types of plants contain antibacterial compounds or substances and have been widely used by humans, including ginger, onion and honey. The results showed that honey can be used as a natural antibiotic against Vibrio harveyi, Vibrio parahaemolitycus, and Vibrio alginolitycus bacteria. Nonetheless, the use of honey in rearing shrimp larvae is inefficient due to the high price. In addition, onions and ginger cannot be used as antibiotics against the bacteria Vibrio harveyi, Vibrio parahaemolitycus, and Vibrio alginolitycus \u0000ABSTRAK: Infeksi bakteri pathogen bukan hanya terjadi di tambak namun juga dapat terjadi kolam pemeliharaan benih udang. Dan sudah lama pembudidaya mengenal istilah penyakit kunang-kunang, yang merupakan penyakit yang diakibatkan infeksi bakteri Vibrio harveyi. Upaya pencegahan berkembangnya populasi bakteri Vibrio sp dalam media air pemliharaan penting dilakukan agar tidak menyebabkan penyakit yang akut dan kronis pada udang.  Pengendalian populasi bakteri Vibrio sp dalam air pemeliharaan dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan antibiotik alami yang berasal dari tumbuhan (herbal). Ada banyak jenis tumbuhan yang mengandung senyawa atau zat antibakteri dan telah banyak digunakan oleh manusia, diantaranya jahe, bawang merah dan madu. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah diperoleh dari kegiatan ini, maka disimpulkan bahwa madu dapat digunakan sebagai antibiotik terhadap bakteri Vibrio harveyi, Vibrio parahaemolitycus, dan Vibrio alginolitycus. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai November 2019.  Penelitian ini adalah penelitian diskriptif kuantitatif pada aspek yaitu kondisi sosial masyarakat (kondisi tempat tinggal dan pendidikan), kondisi ekonomi (jenis pekerjaan dan tingkat pendapatan). Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara terstruktur kepada 45 rumah tangga sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum tingkat pendapatan masyarakat Kecamatan Arungkeke masih sangat rendah. Demikian pula, pendapatan masyarakat pembudidaya rumput laut. Mayoritas masyarakat bekerja sebagai petani, sedangkan masyarakat yang bekerja sebagai pembudidaya rumput laut sebagian besar bekerja sebagai nelayan. Masyarakat Arungkeke sudah memiliki tempat tinggal layak huni sesuai dengan beberapa kriteria serta status kepemilikan bangunan milik sendiri. Pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan selama enam bulan sejak Mei hingga Oktober 2018. Penangkapan ikan menggunakan alat tangkap jaring lingkar dan pancing. Ikan diukur panjang, ditimbang beratnya, dibedah, diidentifikasi jenis kelamin dan tingkat kematangannya gonadnya. Analisis Indeks Kematangan Gonad (IKG) dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian jumlah ikan tongkol diperoleh selama penelitian sebanyak 372 ekor ikan (216 jantan dan 156 betina).  Kisaran panjang total ikan tongkol lisong (A. rochei) yang tertangkap di Perairan Majene berkisar 16,20 – 29,80 cm. Sebaran frekuensi panjang ikan tongkol lisong (A. rochei) yang tertangkap di Perairan Majene didominasi oleh dua kelas interval yakni pada kelas interval 18 – 20 cm dan kelas interval 26-28 cm. Nilai IKG pada ikan tongkol lisong yaitu berkisar 1.5641-5.6401 (betina) dan 1.3846-7.0727 (jantan).
