Laju proporsional mortalitas dan survival rate embrio ikan medaka yang terpapar logam Pb pada nilai yang berbeda pada konsentrasi 0,02 mg / l, 0,2 mg / l dan 2 mg / l. Pengumpulan data kematian dilakukan setiap jam selama 10 hari dengan mengamati jumlah telur yang mati disamping mengamati kematian juga tingkat kelangsungan hidup. Hasil analisis data mortalitas dengan nilai rata-rata dan standar deviasi didapatkan mortalitas embrio ikan medaka pada kontrol berbeda nyata dengan kelompok kontrol. Dampak toksikologi embrio lebih terlihat pada konsentrasi mortalitas yang lebih tinggi (2 mg/l) dibandingkan dengan konsentrasi yang lebih rendah (0,02mg / l). Insiden tertinggi sebesar konsentrasi deviasi standar (0,02mg / l). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa semakin tinggi pengaruh konsentrasi logam Pb, maka kematian atau kelangsungan hidup embrio ikan medaka yang umum terjadi di perairan permukaan sungai pattunuangasue semakin rendah. \u0000A B S T R A C T \u0000The present study aimed to determine the mortality of embryos and the survival rate of medaka fish exposed to Pb metal. The proportional rate of mortality and survival rate of medaka fish embryos exposed to Pb metal at different values at concentrations of 0.02 mg/l, 0.2 mg/l and 2 mg/l. Mortality data collection was carried out every hour for 10 days by observing the number of dead eggs in addition to mortality also observed survival rates. Mortality data analysis results with the average value and standard deviation obtained mortality of medaka fish embryos at the control were significantly different from the control group. The embryo toxicological impact was more pronounced in higher mortality concentrations of (2mg/l) compared to lower concentrations (0.02mg/l). Their highest incidence amounted to standard deviation concentrations of (0,02mg/l). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2021 di Laboratorium Perikanan Terpadu, Universitas Sulawesi Barat. Rotifera dikultur dengan pemberian pakan alami Nannochloropsis sp.  sebanyak 41 ml dengan penambahan berbagai dosis ragi roti. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan yaitu perlakuan A sebagai kontrol yakni penambahan ragi roti dengan dosis 0,0 mg/L, perlakuan B dosis 15,0 mg/L, perlakuan C dosis 30,0 mg/L, dan perlakuan D dosis 45,0 mg/L. Parameter yang diujikan yaitu kepadatan rotifera. Analisis data menggunakan ANOVA dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pakan ragi roti dengan dosis yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap kepadatan rotifera pada hari ke-3 sampai hari ke-5 pemeliharaan. Kepadatan rotifera tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan B yakni pemeliharaan hari ke-4 dengan pakan ragi roti sebanyak 15,0 mg/L yaitu 3.999.333 ind/L, kemudian di ikuti perlakuan A (kontrol) yakni 2.999.667 ind/L, perlakuan C yakni 2.583.000 ind/L dan terendah pada perlakuan D yaitu 2.249.667 ind/L. \u0000A B S T R A C T \u0000The present study aimed to determine the effect of different doses of baker's yeast on the density of rotifers (Brachionus plicatilis). This study was conducted in August 2021 at the Integrated Fisheries Laboratory, West Sulawesi University. Rotifers were cultured with natural feed Nannochloropsis sp. with a density of 41 ml with the addition of various doses of baker's yeast. Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications, treatment was used for experimental design with the addition of baker's yeast at a dose of 0.0 mg/L, treatment B with 15.0 mg/L dose, treatment C at a dose of 30.0 mg. /L, and treatment D with 45.0 mg/L doses. The parameter tested is the density of rotifers. Data analysis used ANOVA with a 95% confidence level. The results of the ANOVA test showed that the feeding of baker's yeast with different doses had a significant effect (P<0.05) on the maintenance of the density of rotifers on the 3rd to 5th day. Pengambilan sampel ikan dilakukan dari bulan Mei-Agustus 2021 dengan mengukur panjang total dan pengamatan kematangan gonad yang dilakukan Pengamatan TKG akan dilakukan menggunakan mikroskop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebaran panjang total berkisar antara 15,5 – 22,5 cm, nilai eksponen b < 3 sehingga memiliki pola pertumbuhan bersifat allometrik negatif yang berarti pertambahan berat lebih lambat dari pertambahan panjang. Nisbah kelamin ikan Layang jantan dan betina tidak berimbang yaitu 2,277 : 1. Ikan yang tertangkap didominasi tingkat kematangan gonad tingkat III - IV. Estimasi nilai parameter pertumbuhan dimana panjang asimtotik adalah 23,6 cm; Nilai koefisien pertumbuhan per tahun adalah 0,67 cm. Nilai panjang pertama kali matang gonad lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan ukuran panjang rata-rata tertangkap serta laju eksploitasi ikan layang yang didapatkan melebihi rasio eksploitasi seimbang diindikasikan dapat mengganggu stok ikan layang di perairan. \u0000A B S T R A C T \u0000The purpose of the study was to determine the biological characteristics and rate exploitation of scad in the waters of North Gorontalo. Fish sampling was carried out by measuring the total length and observing the maturity of the gonads from May – August 2021. The results showed that the total length distribution ranged from 15.5 – 22.5 cm, growth pattern of Decapterus russelli was negative allometric, which means the weight gain is slower than the length gain. The sex ratio of male and female fish was 2,277 : 1. The fish caught are dominated by the level of maturity level of the gonads III - IV. The estimated value of growth parameters where the asymptotic length is 23.6 cm; The value of the growth coefficient per year is 0.67 cm. Metode Penelitian ini didesain dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan masing-masing 3 kali ulangan sehingga dibutuhkan wadah sebanyak 12 unit dengan perlakuan: A) Nauplius artemia diperkaya dengan HUFA selama 1 jam (Kontrol), B) Nauplius Artemia diperkaya dengan HUFA selama 3 jam, C) Nauplius artemia diperkaya dengan HUFA selama 6 jam D) Nauplius Artemia diperkaya dengan HUFA selama 9 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efek perbedaan lama waktu pengkayaan HUFA  pada Nauplius artemia terhadap perkembangan larva kepiting bakau (Scylla tranquebarica) tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05). Jumlah larva kepting bakau yang bertahan sangat sedikit pada perlakuan lama waktu pengkayaan HUFA pada nauplius artemia. \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000The present study aimed to determine the effect of the length of time enrichment of HUFA (W-3 Highly Unsaturated Fatty Acid) in Artemia nauplius on the development of mangrove crab (Scylla tranquebarica) larvae. A completely randomized design with 4 treatments with 3 replications were applied for experimental design, with the following treatments: (A) Nauplius artemia enriched with HUFA for 1 hour; (B) Nauplius Artemia enriched with HUFA for 3 hours; (C) Nauplius artemia was enriched with HUFA for 6 hours. (D) Nauplius Artemia was enriched with HUFA for 9 hours. The results indicated that the effect of differences in the length of time for HUFA enrichment in Nauplius artemia on the development of mud crab (Scylla tranquebarica) larvae showed no significant effect (P>0.05). Oleh sebab itu, dicari alternatif pakan murah dengan teknologi sederhana untuk menekan biaya operasinal pakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui waktu efektif yang dibutuhkan untuk fermentasi limbah ampas tahu dan isi perut ikan tongkol krai (Auxis thazard) dan mengetahui koloni bakteri. Penelitian dilaksanakan Juni sampai Juli 2021 di Balai Penerapan Mutu Produk Perikanan (BPMPP) Makassar. Metode penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental yaitu fermentasi limbah ampas tahu dan isi perut ikan tongkol selama 4, 8 dan 12 hari dengan perbandingan 1:1 (isi perut ikan tongkol: ampas tahu). Hasil fermentasi kemudian dilakukan perhitungan koloni bakteri menggunakan ALT. Hasil penelitian ALT menunjukkan jumlah bakteri pada fermentasi ampas tahu dengan isi perut ikan tongkol yakni 3.7x106 koloni/g - 5.4x106 Koloni/g pada ikan kecil, 4.2x105 koloni/g - 22.3x105 koloni/g pada ikan sedang, dan 4.2x105 koloni/g - 22.3x105 koloni/g pada ikan besar. Bahwa waktu fermentasi ampas tahu dengan isi perut ikan tongkol berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan jumlah total bakteri. \u0000  \u0000A B S T R A C T \u0000Feed is the main component with the most expensive cost in intensive fish farming. Therefore, it is necessary to look for cheap feed alternatives with simple technology to reduce feed operational costs. This study aims to determine the effective time required for fermentation of tofu waste and entrails of tuna krai (Auxis thazard) and to determine bacterial colonies. The research was carried out from June to July 2021 at the Makassar Fishery Product Quality Application Center. This research method is experimental, namely the fermentation of tofu waste and tuna entrails for 4, 8, and 12 days with a ratio of 1:1 (tofu dregs: tuna stomach contents). The results of the fermentation were then calculated using ALT. The results of the ALT study showed that the number of bacteria in tofu dregs fermentation with tuna stomach contents was 3.7x106 colonies/g - 5.4x106 Colonies/g in small fish, 4.2x105 colonies/g - 22.3x105 colonies/g in medium fish, and 4.2x105 colonies. /g - 22.3x105 colonies/g in large fish. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa fitoplankton yang ditemukan terdiri dari 3 kelas yaitu kelas Bacillariophyceae (27 genera), kelas Cyanophyceae (1 genus), dan kelas Dinophyceae (3 genera): zooplankton terdiri dari 7 kelompok yaitu Crustacea (8 genera), Protozoa (8 genera), Rotifera (1 genus), Urochordata (1 genus), larva Gastropoda (1 genus), larva Pelecynoda (1 genus), dan larva Polychaeta (1 genus). Komposisi jenis fitoplankton tertinggi pada setiap stasiun dari kelas Bacillariophyceae yang berkisar antara 81-91 % dan zooplankton dari kelompok Crustacea berkisar antara 31-55 % dari total jenis yang ada. Kelimpahan fitoplankton pada setiap stasiun pengamatan berkisar antara 527-6.991 ind/I dan kelimpahan zooplankton berkisar antara 8-152 ind/l. Jenis fitoplankton selalu ditemukan pada setiap stasiun pengamatan adalah Coscinodiscus, Navicula, Nitzschia, Rhizosolenia, Thalassiothrix, Peridinium. Sedangkan zooplankton selalu ditemukan adalah Calanus, Nauplius, dan Oithona. Nilai indeks keanekaragaman plankton berkisar antara 1.74-2,84 nits/individu, indeks keseragaman berkisar antara 0,53-0,80 dan indeks dominansi berkisar antara 0,08-0,27. \u0000A B S T R A C T \u0000The present study aimed to determine the structure of the phytoplankton community including abundance, diversity, uniformity, dominance, habitat similarity in Tanjung Kasuari Coastal Waters. The results showed that the phytoplankton found consisted of 3 classes, namely Bacillariophyceae class (27 genera), Cyanophyceae class (1 genus), and Dinophyceae class (3 genera): zooplankton consisted of 7 groups, namely Crustacea (8 genera), Protozoa (8 genera), Rotifera (1 genus), Urochordata (1 genus), Gastropod larvae (1 genus), Pelecynoda larvae (1 genus), and Polychaeta larvae (1 genus). The highest phytoplankton species composition was from the Bacillariophyceae class which ranged from 81-91% and the zooplankton from the Crustacean group ranged from 31-55% of the total species. The abundance of phytoplankton each observation station ranged from 527 to 6,991 ind/I and the abundance of zooplankton ranged from 8-152 ind/l. Types of phytoplankton often found in all observation station are Coscinodiscus, Navicula, Nitzschia, Rhizosolenia, Thalassiotrix, Peridinium. {"title":"Upaya Pencegahan Penyakit Pada Komoditas Perikanan yang Dilalulintaskan Antar Area dari Pintu Pengeluaran, Yogyakarta","authors":"Himawan Achmad","doi":"10.31605/siganus.v3i1.1192","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31605/siganus.v3i1.1192","url":null,"abstract":"Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa resiko penyakit ikan yang memiliki potensi tinggi untuk menyebar melalui aktifitas lalu lintas komodtas ikan dari Yogyakarta ke berbagai pulau di Indonesia. Data dianalisa secara deskriptif dan dilakukan desk study terhadap berbagai peraturan perundangan serta temuan penyakit ikan terbaru yang telah menyebar di Pulau Jawa dan Yogyakarta. Dari 51 patogen yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah, tedapat 25 patogen terdiri dari 14 virus, 7 bakteri, 2 jamur, dan 2 parasit yang harus dikendalikan dan dicegah terjadinya wabah di Yogyakarta. Adapun dari ke-25 patogen tersebut terdapat 15 patogen (10 virus, 4 bakteri, dan 1 parasit) yang harus ditetapkan status bebas pada setiap pengiriman ikan keluar dari Yogyakarta melalui pengujian laboratorium sebagai dasar penerbitan sertifikat kesehatan ikan. Dalam kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah penyakit ikan yang harus diwaspadai di Yogyakarta meningkat dibandingkan periode sebelumnya, dimana hal ini menunjukkan peningkatan tingkat kewaspadaan Karantina Ikan Yogyakarta dalam mencegah sebaran PIK dari Yogyakarta. \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000The present study was to analyze disease risks that have a high probability to transmit via fisheries commodities frequently transported from Yogyakarta to other islands of Indonesia. Data were analyzed descriptively and a desk study was carried out on updated regulations and new discoveries relating to diseases already spread in Java Island up to the year 2021. Of the total 51 diseases concerned in the latest national regulations, there are 25 pathogens consisting of 14 viral, 7 bacterial, 2 fungal, and 2 parasitic diseases which must be controlled and prevented to cause outbreaks in Yogyakarta. Of the pathogens concerned in Yogyakarta or Java island, there are 10 viral, 4 bacterial, and 1 parasitic disease that must be strictly free of any consignments translocated from exit points of Yogyakarta by carrying out laboratory tests before a health certificate is issued. Metode survey dilakukan untuk pengumpulan data. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan pendekatan SWOT (Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats). Hasil penelitian mendapatkan 4 (empat) strategi pengembangan perikanan dan pemasaran gurita, yakni 1) Strategi SO dengan perluasan daerah penangkapan dengan sistem informasi yang baik dan peningkatan produksi tangkapan yang sesuai dengan permintaan pasar, 2) Strategi ST melalui penyelesaian potensi konflik  dan implementasi peraturan serta persyaratan ekspor, 3) Strategi WO dengan opsi peningkatan akses permodalan, akses informasi, peningkatan pengetahuan, ketrampilan, kemampuan melakukan penanganan hasil tangkapan serta pemasaran. 4) Strategi WT melalui perluasan wilayah pemasaran dan perbaikan teknologi pengelolaan. \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000The present study aims to determine the strategy for fishery development and marketing of octopus commodity in Makassar. A survey Method was applied for data collection.  A SWOT (Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats) approach was performed for data analysis. Ikan koi telah menjadi komoditas budidaya yang bernilai ekonomis tinggi di pasar internasional dan domestik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembenihan ikan koi yang dikembangbiakan secara alami. Studi pembenihan ikan koi dilakukan selama 3 bulan di Mina Karya Koi, Sleman Yogyakarta.  Calon induk ikan koi dipelihara di dalam wadah berupa bak-bak beton selanjutnya diseleksi berdasarkan standar calon induk yang diinginkan. Derajat pembuahan telur (FR) yang dihasilkan selama kegiatan sebesar 70% dengan tingkat penetasan telur (HR) sebesar 82,3%.  Dalam satu siklus kegiatan pembenihan, dihasilkan benih ikan koi sebanyak 105,000 ekor tahun-1 dan R/C rasio sebesar 2,1. \u0000Cyprinus rubrofuscus is a freshwater ornamental fish species that has been cultivated and well-domesticated in the world. Koi fish has been a sought-after aquaculture commodity in the International dan domestic market. The present study aimed to investigate the series of koi fish hatchery processes that are bred naturally. Koi fish hatchery study was conducted for 3 months in Mina Karya Koi, Sleman Yogyakarta.  The broodstocks were firstly selected based on broodstock quality standards and reared at concretes tank. Penelitian ini diambil pada bulan April sampai Juli 2021 di Kelurahan Bintarore Kabupaten Bulukumba, metode penelitian menggunakan metode wawancara secara deskriptif eksploratif dengan tetap menggunakan protokol kesehatan yang diberlakukan pemerintah selama pandemic. Hasil wawancara dengan menggunakan analisis pendapatan dan R/C ratio. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa pandemi Covid-19 memberi dampak yang buruk terhadap jumlah pendapatan petani rumput laut. Nilai jual rumput laut yang rendah dengan biaya produksi jauh berbeda saat sebelum pandemic. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa harga rumput laut jenis Eucheuma cottoni mengalami penurunan harga jual yakni sebesar Rp16.000, dimana harga rumput laut saat sebelum pandemic Rp. 24.000. Perubahan harga tersebut mempengaruhi pendapatan petani rumput laut dengan hasil analisis R/C ratio adalah 0,6 lebih kecil dari angka 1 yang artinya usaha budidaya rumput laut saat adanya pandemic mengalami kerugian. Sehingga diperlukan strategi pengembangan budidaya rumput laut dan pembinaan diversifikasi hasil budidaya yang mampu dikembangkan selama pandemic. \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000The present study aims to determine the effect of changes in seaweed prices during the COVID-19 pandemic on the income of seaweed farmers. Data collection was taken from April to July 2021 in the Bintarore Village, Bulukumba Regency. An exploratory descriptive interview method with health protocols were imposed during data collection. A R/C ratio was calculated for data analysis. The results showed that Covid-19 pandemic had a negative impact on the income of seaweed farmers. The low selling value of seaweed with production costs is much different before the pandemic. The price of Eucheuma cottoni commodity went down from IDR27,000 to IDR16,000. These price changes affect the income of seaweed farmers with the results of the R/C ratio analysis was 0.6.  This suggests that the seaweed cultivation business during a pandemic suffers losses.
