Upaya pencegahan penting diterapkan oleh masyarakat, hal ini mengingat jumlah penderita diabetes yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, selain untuk mencegah penyakit diabetes melitus, langkah pencegahan ini juga dilakukan sebagai bagian gaya hidup sehat. Perilaku pencegahan dilakukan dengan baik apabila didahului dengan pengetahuan yang baik oleh masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan terhadap perilaku pencegahan diabetes melitus tipe 2 di RT 09 RW 01 Kelurahan Bambu Apus Cipayung Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang sudah dilakukan uji validitas sebelum digunakan. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 88 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan p value 0,013 < α 0,05 yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan terhadap perilaku pencegahan diabetes melitus tipe 2 di RT 09 RW 02 Kelurahan Bambu Apus Cipayung Jakarta Timur. The researcher intends to identify the presence of the chemical drug phenylbutazone which is added to herbal preparations. The methods used were Thin Layer Chromatography to determine the presence or absence of medicinal chemicals and UV-Vis Spectrophotometry to determine the levels of herbal preparations which indicated positive drug chemical phenylbutazone. The results obtained from the identification of Thin Layer Chromatography 3 out of 5 samples indicated positive for the chemical drug phenylbutazone. Samples indicated as positive for the chemical drug phenyl-butazone were then measured using UV-Vis Spectrophotometry and the results for sample 1 were 4.783% for sample, sample 2 was 2.184%, and sample 4 was 4.565%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam prenatal yoga terhadap pencegahan preeklampsia pada ibuhamil di Puskesmas Kelurahan Jatimekar Kota Bekasi.Metode : Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain praeksperimen dengan pendekatan menggunakan one group pre and post tanpa kelompok pembanding. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 42 ibu hamil dengan Sampel sebanyak 23 ibu hamil. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. The aim of this research was to assess the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and mass media on reproductive health behavior at SMA YPK Merauke. This research uses an analytical observational research design with a cross sectional approach. With the total sampling technique, a sample of 80 respondents was obtained, the independent variables (knowledge, attitudes and mass media) and the dependent variable (reproductive health behavior) used a questionnaire. The Chi-Square statistical test was used to determine the relationship between variables. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between knowledge and reproductive health behavior (p value = 0.003), there is no relationship between attitudes and reproductive health behavior (p value = 0.964), and there is a relationship between media access and reproductive health behavior (p value = 0.006) . There is a need for health counseling and education for adolescents regarding reproductive health issues, and there is also a need for supervision and attention from parents and teachers. In 2020 another Regent's Instruction was issued so that dengue cases decreased to 183 cases. There are many risk factors for increasing dengue cases that have not been detected. One way is to look at the risk factors for dengue fever from a regional (spatial) perspective. Sikka Regency has experienced 4 outbreaks in the period 2010-2021. The study aims to analyze the factors that influence the incidence of DHF studied in the spatial analysis model. Type of research is analytic observational with an ecological study design. The data used in this study is secondary data. The results showed that there was an effect of population density in 2020 on the incidence of DHF, while population density in 2019 and 2021 had no effect. There are 6 sub-districts that become hotspot areas (High-High) in the influence of population density with DHF, namely Nelle, Kewapante, Kangae, Alok, East Alok and Lela Districts, while the coldspot (Low-High) areas are East Alok and Koting Districts. The altitude of the area has no effect on the incidence of DHF in 2019-2021. There are 2 hotspots, namely Nelle and Koting sub-districts, while the coldspot areas are in Kewapante, Alok Timur, Kangae and Lela sub-districts. There is no effect of temperature, humidity and rainfall in 2019, whereas in 2020 humidity has a positive effect and rainfall has a negative effect on the incidence of DHF and in 2021 there is a positive effect of air humidity on the incidence of DHF in Sikka Regency. Suggestions for dengue prevention programs need to be prioritized in hotspot and coldspot areas. There needs to be an alert for DHF in neighboring areas of DHF outbreaks. For now, the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines complement the line of COVID-19 booster vaccines used by Indonesia. The government decided on the need to protect health workers as health workers who must be guaranteed their health in order to continue to provide health services to the community by issuing circulars and technical guidelines for the implementation of Bosster vaccinations for health workers, health worker assistants and other supporting personnel using the Moderna vaccine. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of vaccination with COVID-19 exposure of health workers at the Soekarno Hatta Health Office Class I Port. By using analytical observational research with a crossectional design. The sample in this study were 129 respondents. The research analysis used univariate, bivariate (paired sample t-test) and multivariate (logistic regression). Then it was found that there was a difference in the effectiveness of giving doses 1 and 2 of COVID-19 vaccination (Sinovac) with COVID-19 exposure. There is a difference in the effectiveness of giving doses of COVID-19 vaccination 1, 2 and dose 3 (Booster) with COVID-19 exposure and there is a significant difference between giving doses of COVID-19 vaccination 1 and 2 (Sinovac) and giving doses of COVID-19 vaccination 1, 2 and dose 3 (Booster) to the COVID-19 exposure of health workers at KKP Class I Soekarno-Hatta. And the most dominant factor is the administration of doses 1, 2 and 3 (Booster) vaccinations. Therefore, it is hoped that the Soekarno Hatta Class I KKP can provide Lab-based COVID-19 Serology Tests. The indicators show that An error has occurred in administering the patient's diet. RSUD Leuwiliang has not yet achieved a minimum service standard of 100% for indicators of the accuracy of patient feeding. Based on the background above, the researcher will know more about the results of \"Accuracy in providing a diet with the knowledge of the waiter on the quality of nutrition service at Leuwiliang Hospital.\" Objective : I am measuring the knowledge and thoroughness of the waiter in providing food according to the patient's diet on the quality of nutrition installation services. Methods : This descriptive-analytic study uses a cross-sectional study design and a closed quantitative approach. Primary data was taken using a questionnaire with the total sample method used to test the knowledge of servers with the accuracy of giving a diet—quantitative approach using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. Results : The accuracy of giving the diet at Leuwiliang Hospital is based on the questionnaire results in table 3. Poor knowledge is 36%, those who do the diet incorrectly are 12%, and those who carry out the diet properly are 24%, while 64% with good knowledge, there is no frequency of dietary values. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan keselamatan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat RSU Adhyaksa. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dengan populasi seluruh perawat 151 dan jumlah sampel 120 responden. Responden terlibat pada penelitian ini yang dilakukan dengan baik sebanyak 67,5% dan responden yang tidak dilakukan dengan baik sebanyak 32,5%. Responden yang kinerjanya baik sebanyak 61,7% dan responden yang kinerjanya kurang baik sebanyak 38,3%. Berdasarkan analisis data diatas didapatkan nilai p-value sebesar = 0,002 < nilai alpha (0,05) dan dapat disumpalkan terdapat hubungan keselamatan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat diRSU Adhyaksa.
