Through this analysis, we aim to understand the contributions of women in maintaining the sustainability of the natural environment and promoting local economic development. The research findings indicate that women in Maluku possess rich ecological knowledge and play a crucial role in preserving the natural environment in this region. They actively engage in various aspects of ecotourism, such as guiding tours, managing local eateries, producing traditional handicrafts, and operating homestays. Their contributions in these sectors not only add value to the tourist experience but also have a positive impact on the local economy. Additionally, women in Maluku have the potential to strengthen their role in decision-making related to ecotourism development. By actively participating in the planning and management of local resources, they can play a key role in formulating policies that support sustainable development. The research also reveals that women in Maluku play a crucial role in raising public awareness about marine conservation. Concrete actions, such as maintaining beach cleanliness, anti-littering campaigns along the coast or rivers, and encouraging fishermen to use sustainable fishing techniques, are integral parts of their efforts to build awareness about the importance of preserving the marine environment. Thus, this research concludes that women have a significant role in ecotourism in Maluku, both in socio-ecological and socio-economic terms.

The objective of this research is to analyze the forms of social practices occurring in the MSME development program provided by BSI to MSMEs in the city of Banda Aceh, specifically focusing on the MSME known as Capli Sambal Cabe Ijo. Within this research, social practices tend to be dominated by the role of agents controlling the S-D-L structure, with agent motivation reflected in discursive awareness. The theoretical foundation for this study is Anthony Giddens' structuration theory, which identifies agents with various forms of awareness, including unconscious motives, discursive awareness, and practical awareness. Giddens also delineates the definition of structure into three propositions: Significance, Domination, and Legitimacy. The relationship between agents and structure forms a recurrence across space and time as a social practice. The research methodology employed is qualitative, utilizing a case study approach. The findings indicate that significance without the support of domination and legitimacy can lead to emptiness or the ineffectiveness of that significance. In the context of BSI UMKM Center as the Expert Agent and UMKM as the Lay Agent, three S-D-L propositions automatically shape social practices. Discursive awareness from each agent continually occurs across space and time, ensuring the sustainability of recurrent social practices. To address the issues raised in this research, both UMKM and BSI are expected to maintain the recurrence of social practices to ensure the ongoing success of the program and the preservation of the structure. This is necessary for the continuous perpetuation of social practices. \u0000 \u0000Keywords: Social Practices, MSMEs, BSI, Agents and Structures

Qualitative analysis, incorporating data coding and content analysis, is employed to understand social and economic impacts and emerging perspectives on pedestrian development. The findings highlight the need for active community participation in pedestrian planning, considering the influence of human practices and social capital on social structures and developmental decisions. While the government stresses pedestrian orderliness, community involvement is crucial for understanding social and economic impacts. In conclusion, active community participation is pivotal for optimizing positive impacts of urban infrastructure development. An educational approach is vital to raise awareness among vendors and residents, promoting rule adherence and fostering a clean, orderly, and safe urban environment. Effective collaboration among stakeholders is anticipated to create a supportive environment for all residents, including pedestrians and street vendors, ultimately contributing to sustainable economic success through transparent policies.

This is evident in the limited quantity and depth of women's representation in politics and leadership, particularly at the grassroots level. In Madura, a stronghold of patriarchal traditions, men dominate the institutional fabric of society, including political and leadership structures. However, recent shifts in village leadership have seen the emergence of female leaders, challenging this historical norm. The objective of this article is to examine the representation of klebun women as independent leaders, breaking free from patriarchal dynastic systems. Many female klebuns in Madura have familial connections to previous klebun leaders, and the klebun position has often been a breeding ground for political dynasties. Employing representation indicators, Max Weber's leadership model, and a qualitative approach, we will delve deeply into the issue. The study's findings will illuminate different models of women's representation in village leadership: first, the capability of Klebun women to provide effective leadership in their communities, and second, the endeavors undertaken by Klebun Perempuan to establish independent women leaders. In summary, this research sheds light on the evolving role of women in Madura's political and leadership landscape, challenging the deeply entrenched patriarchal culture and dynastic structures. \u0000Keywords : representation, leadership, klebun perempuan

The entity of a Muslim food stalls has a significant role as a place that provides symbolic space in affirming a person's intention to make a choice of a stall that has a strong religious symbolism. This study aims to analyze the typology of the existence of Muslim food stall branding in Singaraja and how Muslim food stall branding develops into a commodity that is not just a symbol, but has its own influence and selling value to Muslim consumers in Singaraja. This research uses a case study method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that; (1) The typology of Muslim shop branding can be seen in three models, namely implicit symbol, explicit symbol, and mixed symbol; (2) The presence of Muslim branding for food stall owners is motivated by the realm of belief and faith; (3) Providing a guarantee of the halalness of a product as an effort to crystallize the concept of halal as a religious teaching; (4) Making religious symbolism as a commodity that has its own selling value in shaping public perception, especially in the Muslim community in Singaraja. The ups and downs of coastal communities' income from fishing continues to decline over time, along with damage to coral reefs, mangrove forests, climate change and extreme weather and even anomalies here and there, while on the other hand various socio-economic factors, namely capital, boats, fishing experience, distance traveled at sea and labor are latent factors and determinants of the quality of life of fishermen from fishing (Ridha, 2017), including what happens to fishermen on Bungin Island, Sumbawa. However, despite the high ratio of income uncertainty from fishing, it is almost rare to find fishermen who leave their profession completely and then switch to a new livelihood, even though there is diversification of livelihoods available all around. Maybe it is true what Rogers said, that how complex a new innovation is for a person (in this case a new profession for fishermen) will determine how likely the innovation is to be adopted and diffused (As'adi, 2020). This research is a qualitative paradigm research with a case study design. Research locus on Kaung Island, Sumbawa Regency. Key informants were selected purposively while main and supporting informants were obtained through snowball sampling. Research data was collected through in-depth interviews and observation. Data analysis uses Miles&Huberman interactive analysis. The research results show that the majority of coastal communities on Kaung Island are taking active strategies as a form of adaptation to the diversification of available livelihoods, namely by making all commodities along the coast offered and sold through various online and offline platforms, such as shells, ornamental corals, ornamental fish, sea pearls, aesthetic shells, even coral which are considered unique and aesthetic in shape, next are boat rentals, selling food, drinks, playgrounds, parking and even accommodation. Promotions and offers are carried out online such as through placemarket, tik-tok, Facebook groups and various other social media. The factors that influence their choice of strategy are supporting facilities, understanding and mastery of marketing strategies, risks and level of difficulty in making strategic choices, and market opportunities.

This is primarily attributed to a lack of knowledge and the inability to meet the family's livelihood needs. The underlying basis for early marriages is how the community supports their underage children to engage in matrimony. An exploration of the meaning of early marriage and the family's role in early marriages is a novel aspect to present. This research aims to describe how early marriages are interpreted on both a national and international scale. Unlike other studies that tend to focus on external aspects of marriage, this research views marriage within the context of gender identity construction. The data collection method employed in this research is the interpretative understanding constructivist approach with a phenomenological framework. It adopts an approach of interpretative understanding analysis. The results indicate three key factors related to early marriages in rural areas: (1) Arranged marriages are a supportive factor for early marriages, (2) Social support, particularly the role of the family head, plays a crucial role in early marriages due to the prevailing tradition of arranged marriages within the community, and (3) The education levels within the community and among adolescents remain insufficient in terms of understanding the consequences of early marriages. The conclusion drawn from this research is that the socio-cultural norms present in the community can be used as one of the approaches to reduce the prevalence of early marriages. Formal education emerges as a primary area that has been overlooked by both adolescents and parents, thus aiding in reducing early marriages in rural areas.
