The article evaluated the stability of cars with internal combustion engines or electric drive on a road curve and determines the conditions of its ensuring using an algorithm that combines mathematical models of car movement on a road curve, synthesized based on balance equations of both kinematics and dynamics. The proposed models consider the change in speed of cars while driving on a road curve, and therefore belong to the class of differential equations. The analysis of these models allows calculating changes in time of values of limiting and critical speeds of movement of the car on a road curve. The problem of processing industrial gas flows is solved by conducting the process in an intensive mode. \u0000The main scientific results: as a result of the study, the regularities of ammonia absorption were revealed depending on the main parameters of the experiment: gas velocity in the column cross-section, ammonia concentration, free cross-section of the combined contact element, and liquid loads. Third, is an attempt to review his work and its relevance to African scholarship by using the qualitative research method, enabling us to understand the philosophical impetus arising out of his valuable contribution to African scholarship. \u0000The author investigated the following problems: social problems, caused by racism, discrimination race, exploitation, black disempowerment, inequality, and social justice. \u0000The main results of the research are: The findings of this study are: first, the importance of unity of the Africa people is crucial for its development. Second, the implementation of educational policies, political leadership, a vibrant economy, and the establishment of the military to protect Africa’s global interests are all very important for its survival and development. It is substantiated, that in order to optimize the policy of internal and external public debt management of Ukraine it is expedient to introduce a debt rule, which is based on the program-targeted method of attracting public debt and provides for the use of public borrowing exclusively to finance economic development programs. In this case, Ukraine, following the example of the United States, will be able to achieve sustainable economic growth, because changing the priorities from debt financing of current state budget expenditures to financing capital expenditures will allow the Ukrainian government to develop economic infrastructure, create conditions for high value-added goods and to develop small and medium business, which will ultimately ensure macroeconomic stability and progressive economic development of the state. \u0000The scope of practical use of research results. Zilinskyi","doi":"10.21303/2313-8416.2021.002042","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21303/2313-8416.2021.002042","url":null,"abstract":"The object of research: ultrasonic processing technology of textile materials. \u0000Investigated problem: increasing the degree of splitting of complex hemp fibers due to the effect of the mechanism of ultrasonic cavitation on them. \u0000The main scientific results: The article shows the potential of textile production to ensure the environmental friendliness of textile products, and the development and implementation of new eco-technologies of physical and mechanical cottonization of hemp fiber is important in this. Analysis of existing methods of cottonization and structural features of hemp fibers has led to the conclusion that the destruction of cellulose satellites in complex fiber can be considered as a process of purification from impurities, since the technologies for purification of substances in the aquatic environment by ultrasound now are widely used. Therefore the process of cottonization of hemp by technology of ultrasonic treatment was used in this investigation for the first time. The basic principle effect on the textile material what placed in the liquid are the hydroacoustic effects formed by the collapse of cavitation bubbles in the contact zone \"liquid-material\". Experimental studies of the geometric characteristics of the obtained hemp cottonine were carried out, and the effectiveness of the effect of ultrasonic vibrations on the change of the structure of hemp fiber was confirmed. Iurchenko, Svitlana Andrieieva","doi":"10.21303/2313-8416.2021.002039","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21303/2313-8416.2021.002039","url":null,"abstract":"Object of research: technology of production of dietetic hardtacks using germs and meal of wheat germ, by defatting them. \u0000Investigated problem: the process of defatting wheat germ meal not only reduces the total amount of lipids, but also contributes to a change in the ratio of individual fatty acids. \u0000Main scientific results: in order to use wheat germ meal as the main raw material, together with wheat germ in the production of dietetic hardtacks, their amino acid composition, biological value and balance of essential amino acids were studied in comparison with the FAO/WHO standard. The mineral, vitamin and fatty acid composition of the germ and meal of wheat germ has been determined. The results obtained were used in the development of the recipe composition and the technological process for the production of dietetic hardtacks. \u0000The results obtained (calculation of the balance according to the \"tryptophan\" and \"threonine\" indices) confirm that wheat germ meal is a valuable raw material that can be used in technologies for the production of high-protein food products. \u0000The moisture-absorbing capacity of wheat germ and meal was studied in order to determine their ability to form dough. It has been established that the best performance is characterized by a mixture of wheat germ meal and wheat germ in a ratio of 80:20. \u0000The ability of digestion by enzymes of the gastrointestinal tract \"in vitro\" of wheat germ meal proteins has been investigated, which determines the biological value of food products and makes it possible to predict the degree of their utilization by the body. \u0000The field of practical use of the research results: production of dietetic hardtacks in restaurant enterprises, in specialized confectionery shops, as well as within the boundaries of food production \u0000An innovative technological product: the possibility of using valuable secondary raw materials in food production technology – wheat germ and meal, which is a source of high-quality protein, vitamins and minerals. Mathematical models are proposed based on the regression equation of a factorial experiment using the elimination of the polarization layer on the membrane to determine the rational operating parameters of the membrane concentration of buttermilk. These parameters were determined: pressure – 0.4 … 0.5 MPa, buttermilk temperature – 40 … 50 °С, speed of pulsating flows – 1.5 … 1.7 m/s, frequency of bubbling of raw materials – 0 , 10 … 0.15 min-1, bubbling pressure – 0.56 … 0.58 MPa. A comparative analysis of the application of the method of vibrational mixing and bubbling of separated non-fat dairy raw materials to eliminate the formation of a polarization layer on the surface of membranes in the process of membrane concentration is presented. The graphs of the shift resonant frequency depending on the change in the diameter and thickness of the back tail with vertical radiator ribs are presented. Pylypenko","doi":"10.21303/2313-8416.2021.002009","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21303/2313-8416.2021.002009","url":null,"abstract":"Object of research: technological culture as a matrix of interaction of the components of the system \"man – society – nature/Earth\". \u0000Investigated problem: the substantiation of the meaning of the Ethics of the Earth in the context of technological culture, transforms the moral and value system of the late Modern era and provokes the emergence of the era of Posthumanism. \u0000The main scientific results: the definition of the technological culture of the late Modern era made it possible to determine the existing contradictions in the moral dimension of the existence of man and the Earth. It should be noted that in the context of the technological transformation of the Earth, the existing ethics as a monoparadigm of the Enlightenment does not correspond to the challenges of the beginning of the XXI century. It is emphasized that the ethical dimension of the introduction of technologies into the existence of the Earth is an indispensable component of modern scientific discourse. It is not only about the ethical dimension of technology, but also the importance of the formation of the Ethics of the Earth. This allows to conclude that a person determines its moral position relative to the Earth in the context of the technological transformation of the Earth's existence. \u0000The scope of practical use of the research results: the research results can be used in teaching such normative courses as \"Philosophy\", \"Philosophical Anthropology\", \"Culturology\" for students and undergraduates, graduate students of humanitarian and technical faculties. \u0000Innovative technological product: Ethics of the Earth destroys the concept of the Earth as an object that is external to humans. The anthropological dimension of the Earth testifies to the fact that a person should be clearly aware of the responsibility for its activities, since the existence of the Earth is a condition for the existence of a person. \u0000The scope of using the innovative technological product: the substantiation of the Earth Ethics corresponds to the polyparadigmatic optics of the modern post-non-classical scientific discourse, where a person is one of the constituent parts of the nature / Earth system. The post-non-classical paradigm eliminates the New European anthropocentrism, striking the consequences of which the person of the late Modern era feels.
