The user's activities and critical peak demand for short duration obtained from annual profile data are classified according to the frequency of electricity consumption. However, load factor of a plant depends on the control or clipping of a peak demand. Thus, the users need to identify electric device which may cause high impact on their bills. This technique enables us to solve a peak demand problem in a plant accurately. Particularly, we study a problem called MULTI-SOURCES SIMULTANEOUS COMMUNICATION PROBLEM in this model. This problem is stated as follows: given a mobility model M=(S, D, U, L, R, V, C, O), k pairs of distinct sources {s1, s'1}, {s2, s'2},...,{sk, s'k}, and a time t, can all k pairs of sources simultaneously communicate throughout the duration t of the model without sharing a source? The constant power load fails to describe nonlinear characteristic of all power system loads. Hence, this paper presents an extended technique to incorporate nonlinear profile of a composite load model into Newton-Raphson power flow calculation. The power flow solution with a group of induction motors and static loads is demonstrated through small scale power system. The proposed model takes a number of people in each status of an epidemic model called SIER into consideration. In this respect, CA take a Genetic Algorithm (GA) to generate the factor weight chromosomes and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) to determine the probability of state transition `S' to `E' at time step t (Pt(s,e)). In addition, other related probabilities are obtained by expert knowledge; P(e,i) = 0.15 and P(i,s)=0.001. P(r,s) is determined by GA. These probabilities were used to calculate the cell number of each state at the next time step of CA. CA compute the fitness for one time step and repeat every time step finally to compute RMSE. For performance evaluation, 32 factors of dengue causes are used in the model. The dataset collected during 2005 to 2011 consisting of 359 weeks in which 287 and 72 are used to train and test the model, respectively. These tasks provide useful data in planning transportation system. This paper presents an automatic system to classify a motorcycle and count riders on it. The system extracts moving objects and classifies them as a motorcycle or other moving objects based on features derived from their region properties using K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) classifier. The heads of the riders on the recognized motorcycle are then counted based on projection profiling. The proposed FLC is applied to SSSC and tested the performance in a two-area and four-generator interconnected power system. The main objective of this controller design is to enhance the stability of power system. The effectiveness of this control method is verified by simulations. The penetration of DG in distribution system has significant impact on protection issues, as the load flow of the network changes and also the distribution system remains no longer radial. The bi-directional flow of fault current increases the complexity of protection coordination as the range of fault current changes and may cause protective device to become blind in case of over current and short circuit with the integration of DG. The impact of DG on fault detection, fault clearance and minimizing the outage time demands the need for changes in fault detection and localization methods. To show how useful the transformation optics is, we propose photonic metamaterials or photonic crystal waveguide with the structure of honeycomb lattice to slow light. We also show that general relativity gives the theoretical tools for designing optical devices made of such exotic properties and man-made materials. The media with a desired device function facilitate space-time transformations and include negative refractive index.
