The user's activities and critical peak demand for short duration obtained from annual profile data are classified according to the frequency of electricity consumption. However, load factor of a plant depends on the control or clipping of a peak demand. Thus, the users need to identify electric device which may cause high impact on their bills. This technique enables us to solve a peak demand problem in a plant accurately.
