In this research, the writer wants to know whether halal labeling, consumer awareness and behavioral intention influences fast food buying decisions. This research used quantitative method. The data in this study are primary data. Technique of determining the sample using proportional random sampling technique with a sample size is 83 students from Islamic Economics and Business Faculty IAIN Kudus Sharia Economics Major in class of 2015 and 2016. Data analysis techniques using linear regression analysis. In its aftermath, this association has implications for understanding the ummah's vocabulary texts in the Qur'an. Toshihiko Izutsu, an Islamic scholar from Japan, introduced a new method of interpreting the Qur'an, namely a linguistic approach based on semantic theory. Izutsu uses the term ummah in the Qur'an as an issue he examines with this approach. Interpretation of the term ummah with a semantic approach is considered capable of presenting a variety of insights which he calls the Qur'anic weltanschauung. This article describes the framework of the semantic approach applied by Izutsu. This term shows that there is a supreme concept of the highest level of civilization since the society of that period is considered as an excellent civilization. There are several requirements to fulfil in order to reach the status of khairu ummah, those are the promotion of virtue, prevention of vice, and Iman in Allah. However, those requirements are very general thus it is necessary to decipher specific aspect to reach one of them. In another surah, Al-Hujuraat (49), Allah detailly explains the major features of the Mu’minun (those who believe). Of the features is Tabayyun, appears in the sixth verse in the context of incoming information. Examining the semantic concept of Tabayyun is a step to reveal the specific aspect to gain the status of the ideal Ummah. This work is deciphering the concept of Tabayyun according to the Qur’an through two main approaches: Semantic analysis and Composition examination. These both methods are conducted by two distinguished contemporary scholars, Toshihiko Izutsu and Hamiduddin Al-Farahi, to find the philosophical meaning of a particular term from the Qur’an. Eventually, it is concluded that the Tabayyun definition is an important high-level social ethics that only true believer can perform it. The student’s noble behaviour as the  objective religious subject in schools can be reached by fostering empathy. But, conservative teaching techniques such as lecturing, presentation and one-way communication are used by most teachers. In contrast, the simulation based-learning model for religious education could involve the affective domain which is appropriate to be used for behaviour change. Peace education in religious education subjects can be elaborated proportionally using simulation based-learning for developing the empathy of student as an important factor to have better peace education results. By using qualitative method, author conducted interview, observation and literature review for further analysis of this study. Barodak Rapancar is carried out when someone is going to have a wedding in Bale Brang Village, the couple is scrubbed using a potion commonly referred to by the community as odak, the odak is processed with a mixture of bark from various types of multipurpose trees. The people of Bale Brang believe that if this tradition is not carried out, the family of the bride and groom will experience a form of rabuyak disease. The research was analyzed using data reduction, presentation, and verification. (1) The research showed that interpersonal communication is the main pilar in building the communication, those are supported with the use of communication technology and social networking efficiently and effectively. (2) The reward given to members of Al-Azhar Mandiri Palu are in form of intrinsic and extrinsic. (3) Despite the school’s status as a non-Islamic private school, but the school able to implement the Islamic value both for school’s members and activities. Hampir sekitar 10 abad lamanya, isu-isu teologi Islam masih “bermain” di wilayah perdebatan metafisik an sich, di sana, belum menyentuh isu-isu fisik-humanistik-, yang bersifat historis-empiris, di sini. Akibatnya, teologi Islam tidak hanya dianggap meaningless, tetapi juga tidak berdaya, terisolasi dan termarginalisasi dihadapan kekuatan-kekuatan saintisme kontemporer. Artikel ini, ingin membaca ulang teologi Islam dalam konteks   tuntutan dan semangat era kontemporer, dengan berbasis pada teori dialektika Hegel. Tujuannya adalah membangun model teologi alternative yang sejalan dengan semangat tuntutan masa kini. Untuk merumuskan model baru teologi Islam [the new theology] seperti ini, masalah yang diangkat: 1). Bagaimana asal usul diskursus teologi Islam?.2). Mengapa dialektika Hegel yang dijadikan framework atau tool of analysis untuk pembacaan teologi Islam masa kini; dan 3). Bagaimana pembacaan teologi Islam berbasis teori dealektika Hegel?. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dirumuskan sebagai berikut: Pertama, asal-usul teologi Islam, meski ada pengaruh eksternal dari teologi Yahudi, Kristen dan ilmu-ilmu Yunani, namun, faktor internal, dalam hal ini, al-qur’an itu sendiri menjadi sumber yang paling otoritatif munculnya diskusi mengenai teologi dalam Islam.  Kedua, teori dialektika Hegel merupakan sublimasi dari teori argumen filosofis Plato untuk mencairkan dua kutub pemikiran yang berlawanan atau kontradiktif, Socrates dan lawan bicaranya di masa Plato, empirisme dan rasionalisme di masa modern bagi Hegel, dan Mu’tazilah dan Asy’ariyah dalam teologi Islam. Islam has provided all the guidelines or guidelines for humans to live in the world, both morally and economically. One of the most important economic activities that Islam promotes is the Qur'anic trade, and the hadith explains much about the profession. Where business is essential for the survival of humankind as civilization progresses on the surface of the earth, especially in the field of commerce where every trader competes for profit. Unfortunately, as the civilization of the traders begins to do everything to profit without regard to the rules laid down in the Shari'ah, One of the ways traders can benefit from unhealthy habits is to practice Siyasah al-Ighraq (dumping). And the people who talk about this are Yahya Bin Umar and Ahmad Bin Hanbal. The method in this study is library research aimed at studying the concept of a legal matter, using descriptive-analytical methods, normative-economic, and sociological approaches. The results show that the focus of Yahya bin Umar's attention is on the market rules that are reflected in the discussion of the bag (pricing). Implementation of prices (al-tas'ir) is a dominant theme in the book of Ahkam al-Suq, the author of the book, Imam Yahya bin Umar, repeatedly discussing it in various places. Apparently, he wants to say that price existence is an essential thing in a transaction and neglecting it can cause damage to people's lives. Related to this. Yahya bin Umar argues that al-tas'ir (pricing) cannot be done. Likewise, with Imam Ahmad, he criticized buyers who bought other people's goods at the same time. A seller who loses his price will monopolize the commodity, and if there is no competition, he can give it whatever he wants. Be more careful when making decisions.
