This article highlights the problems of special vocabulary of a certain sublanguage, approaches that allow identifying the inventory of linguistic signs. Discusses the process only semiotically complex entities of scientific-technical terminology, which is a simple design, the Exhibitor, for example, the construction \"adjective plus noun\", or in the case of the realization of a certain structural-semantic model, in which values of components, as their choice, to a certain extent due to the nature of the model itself. In addition, linguistic systems and subsystems are noted that cover transitional elements are at various stages of inclusion or dropout in a particular system of linguistic units. The article also offers a synchro-semiotic analysis of language signs as a step in the diachronic process of sign formation of scientific and technical terminology. In terms of language synchrony, the associative relationship between the intrinsic and special meaning of a complex sign, in principle, has the same conditional, arbitrary character as the relationship between the meanings of individual components of the intangible form of the sign. The result of the proposed analysis of complex formations represents the form of analytical expression of concepts and functioning in scientific and technical speech in parallel with the terms. Nazarbayev “Looking into the future: modernization of public consciousness” is “creating conditions for the full education of students in history, political science, sociology, philosophy, psychology, cultural studies, philology”, the purpose of which is to train able to conceptually analyze the achievements of world science and adapted to global competition in the field of knowledge. In this regard, a large-scale work has begun on the implementation of the project “New humanitarian knowledge. 100 new textbooks”. The “National Translation Bureau” has been created and in recent years, according to preliminary data, 54 titles have been translated from the world scientific classics in the humanities. New textbooks have been introduced into the learning process and are actively used by students. The rich material created by translation is important for the further development of a number of areas of Kazakh linguistics: firstly, translated texts, their style and language are a scientific and practical source for in-depth consideration of the methodology, methods, theoretical and practical problems of Kazakh linguistic translatology, in - secondly, thanks to the translation of the best examples of world science, the modern Kazakh language is enriched with lexical innovations. Textbooks intended for the secondary education system play an important role in replenishing the vocabulary of the Kazakh language with new words. The article analyzes lexical innovations in translated texts, created within the framework of the project “New humanitarian knowledge. 100 new textbooks”and materials of the didactic base of the secondary educational system. Theoretical and practical recommendations for their recognition and normalization are put forward. The analysis of the plot is carried out from the point of view of the author's process, from the point of view of the artistic structure. There are thematic features and ideological features. There is also an overview of the literary processes of the 60-80s. It is analyzed from the point of view of content and form, and an overview of the art world is made. Current ideas are discussed and topics are classified according to the literary classification. The relevance of the article is to analyze the thematic and ideological features of conversations that are not analyzed in the prose of past eras, to identify the main topics and current ideas of that era, to compare the advantages and disadvantages of stories of that period. Comparing the topics raised in the stories of Zhumeken Nazhimedenov, we can give an example of the main themes and main ideas of the stories of prose writers who received a good rating in their period, such as Sh.Murtaza, S. Muratbekov, A. Suleimenov, written in the 1960s and 1980s.
